I have practiced law in Jacksonville for over 20 years. Just recently I faced a legal issue outside my area of practice. Several colleagues suggested that I retain Bill and I am extremely glad that I did. For years I had known of his reputation as a forceful advocate and hard worker. However, it is one thing to hear of a person's reputation and another to see their work first hand. Quite simply, Bill is one of the best problem solvers I have ever met. I've used Omar for a couple of things and been very happy with his service. He's great about communicating, which not all lawyers are. His fees are reasonable, given the cost of legal issues these days. He gives things to you straight, but lets you make your own decision after laying out all the facts. John worked on my car accident case back in 2008. He was very thorough and helpful during our initial consultation. He explained the legal process in ways we can understand, and he also returned our phone calls in a timely manner. To say that my case was unique might be an understatement. When I hired Logan, I had been to court several times already without representation in a civil claims trial. What made it different was the claims of the case brought against me by an ex boyfriend. With no knowledge of law and being pitted against someone who was more well-versed, I felt like I'd already lost. I reached out to Logan first for legal advice, and he went so much farther than I ever expected him to. He calmed my fears all the time, and helped me build a case. Logan was extremely professional during our conversations and remained even more so in the court room. Because he represented me, I was able to put the situation I was in in the past. I no longer feel anxious or nervous all the time about having to go to court or having to see that person. I own a building contracting company. We had completely built a job for a client without a deposit and at the end tried to collect all money for service rendered. The client then made up his own contract in addition to the one he had already signed with us and asked us to sign his new contract. It included extra items not included the original contract doubling our cost of the job, but for no additional pay. After trying several times to come to an agreement with the client we soon realized that our voice was falling on deaf ears. Once we refused to sign his agreement that he made himself, he banished us from the property and told us he would do it himself, that we weren't going to be compensated a dime, and were never allowed back. I've never been put in a situation like this in the past 7 years of owning my business or the 10 years of experiences in the building industry. Upon seeking legal advice, I was referred to Kevin through another associate and told him the story. Kevin went to bat for us. We went to trial and won. He was forced to pay us all the services rendered. Kevin and his team did an amazing job of presenting the case. I couldn't have asked for anything more. He's honest, hard working, and trustworthy. I can't say enough good things about him. You'll be glad you hired him. I guarantee it!

Teresa was great to work with. She asked specific questions about my life and then explained all of my different options (will vs estate). She provided me with examples of circumstances that may or may not work but ultimately left the decision up to me. Her information was current, clear and well referenced. To set up the trust, she came to my home, met me with friends to sign papers and then filled the property tax information for me. What I considered to be complicated process was seamless to her.

I hired Mr. Watson in 1998 for a work related auto accident with injury. The corporation wanted to get rid of me in order to make the problem go away. I was a very good emplyee with an outstanding work ethic. In one instant I was struck by a car running a red light. My life did a 180. In a time I needed support, and was suffering both physically and emotionally I found Mr. Watson and his team of staff. They handled me delicately, understood my needs, and fought to get my life back on track. When I was out of work Mr. Watson personally found work for me to do so I could continue to make a living during the legal process. Years later, just a month ago he repented me against an insurance company to recover work related income lost to their client wrecking our work vehicle which is our source of income. If you are looking for a great attorney look no further. Mr. Watson was very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of my case. He took the time to explain my rights as an employee in the workplace, and stood up for my rights as a worker. I was falsely accused by management of actions that I did not do. Mr. Watson provided excellent council making inroads and solving problems when the union was inept at providing me with proper representation. Recently, actually about three years ago I had a lawsuit brought against me. I didn't know who to turn to. First thing first, I would like to thank my lawyer, Mr,Davis for his fine work on my case. As many of you probably already know, suing a insurance company is not as easy as u think, many insurance companies are prepared to give u the run around and or stall you out for as long as possible, which liberty mutual tried to do in my case, and I’ve had a couple lawyers in my time and none of them were as professional as Mr. Davis. He was persistent in his efforts to get my claim damages took care of along with my medical claim, which I would say was a tedious process to say the least.
