A lot of the time people don't take the time to write about a good experience, but we will take the time to write about a bad experience. So I am definitely going to take the time to write about this amazing experience that I had with Christopher. Christopher walked me and my brother through the entire process of the litigation. I would like to share a recent experience I had with Mr. Israel.
While employed as a police officer, I was injured on the job which resulted in me being placed on worker's compensation. After several months of extensive delays by the w/c insurance company, a surgical procedure and extensive rehabilitation, I retained Mr. Israel to represent me in this matter.

A few years ago I was involved in a car accident that resulted in some injuries. It was my first car accident and I was extremely scared, lost and confused on how to proceed. Marc and his team of legal staff made me feel like everything would be ok and they held my hand throughout the entire painful process. I trusted them with my case and they did not disappoint! Marc was able to get my reluctant insurance company to pay the full amount of the policy! Marc was wonderful. Even when I wanted to give up. It took us almost 6 long years to get my case resolved, but Marc and Ken were great. They both kept me on track. Ken is Marc's assistant, and is good . If I hadn't of been with Marc then I probably would have settled for a pittance. If you are hurt at work and want someone who will fight for you, then Marc is the man for you. He cares, he really does, and now a days that's hard to find. An attorney who cares about his client , not just the money. We finally settled in Dec. of 08' to my delight and satisfaction.

I had reviewed a few employment and labor attorneys/firms online and consulted a couple before being referred to his firm. His firm was recommended by another attorney and having that endorsement made it an easy choice for me. We did not know if we wanted a trust or a simple will. We were confused and. Mr. Moss guided us through the entire process, explaining everything thoroughly. Mr. Moss and his employees are very professional. After our original consultation with Mr. Moss, we felt at home with him and his firm. Each step in the process was thoroughly explained, and we were given opportunity time and again to make changes before the final was done. Mr. Feifer turned my case around after one of the associates with his firm made me lose faith in the process. I was about to fire the firm until they reassigned the case to Mr. Feifer., He responded to my telephone calls after hours and even when he was on vacation. He was truthful with me from the onset as to the pitfalls of the law but fought hard at mediation to get me $10,000 more at mediation after the insurance company relayed their final offer. A my old law firm Dwayne worked for me doing marine work as well as other trial work. When he moved to Jacksonville I continued to work with Dwayne as local counsel and to refer local Jacksonville work. He is well respected by the judges and lawyers in Jacksonville. One reviewer on GOOGLE gave him 1 star for telling her he was "too busy" to take her call -which I HIGHLY DOUBT ---- SO TACKY to take the time of her day to do such a thing. I have NO doubt that Shands would have NEVER EVER told anyone he was, "too busy" because of my 7+ years of knowing him and his professionalism. She missed out with her "quick-to-judge" attitude & hurt feelings because he does not employ a receptionist, or a paralegal to field calls. I will explain to you why this is awesome. And I never ever had difficulty with communication with Shands. He always took my call when he could, and always called me back promptly - even long after my case was over. So, In my opinion, Shands is best described like old school doctors when it comes to bedside manner; very professional, reserved, and compassionate. If you are looking for the best of the best when it comes to employment law, here you go. Shands handled my case about 6 years ago and of course he won it for me because Shands won't take a case unless he KNOWS he can win it. There are no paralegals to plead your hour long story to, only to miss important key details before getting turned down by the attorney. It's just Shands. You actually meet with him and he takes extremely detailed notes and asks tons of questions to help establish your case. I paid my retainer immediately after my meeting with him which was more than fair. Shands was and will always have been a blessing for me, and the validity and justice of my case. I love going back and reading his Prima Facie and the demand letters because they are powerful. I only accept the BEST in my life. I got turned down by a few firms who would not listen to me, and left out key details of my case. It was like I had won the lottery when Shands answered the phone, listened to me, and asked me to come see him. I spent hours and hours, and days researching attorneys before I found Shands. Do not question your judgment - Just hire him. Even if on the first call he is busy and has to call you back--You will be forever grateful. I am So thankful I did--even if I would have lost my case because I know he would have done everything to fight for me.

My wife and I have retained JASON ELLIS to represent us on two separate occasions. My wife was involved in an auto accident in which an out of town driver was at fault. Though both drivers were insured, the other driver's (who was cited) insurance company declined the claim. After we exhausted all attempts to resolve this, we were referred to Mr. Ellis by a close friend who had previously retained his services with excellent results.
Mr. Ellis worked hard on my wife's behalf and we were able to obtain a settlement that exceeded our expectations.
Last year I was injured by careless construction workers who effecting repairs on a condo that adjoins ours. My injuries required surgery and an extended period of PT. It is a rare occurrence for an individual, or a team, to impress me with their knowledge, diligence, service, and expertise, all at the same time. Therefore, I am obliged to commend the efforts of Heather Visali and the staff of the Lasky Law Office. With my divorce settled and just a custody agreement to iron out, I am far from a high priority client for the group, but you would never know it by the level of service and professionalism I receive from the group day after day. In this complex time in my life, my attorney, Heather, has a rare and enviable ability to offer solutions and guidance through this turbulent process for both my near and long term goals. I 'm from out of state residing temporarily in corporate apartments and was in need of a Power of Attorney. Thank goodness there was a neighborhood lawyer less than a mile away that provided the service that I needed, Mrs./Miss Marcella was that lawyer. She even answered by e-mail on Sunday afternoon concerning my POA.. The next day after work my POA was ready and my wife was very happy when she received the POA the next following day. There are always two sides to every story, as indicated by the reviews and responses. I can only give you my perception and outcome from my dealings with Mrs. Taylor. First, I called to schedule an appointment with a "lawyer for people with limited income" and the fee was $295 per hour, now let me assure you I have never paid that amount of money in any of my appointments with Mrs. Taylor. Now, I'm sure someone will say, "you get what you pay for", in this case, I would say, "Board certified". In my opinion, Mrs. Taylor simplifies everything by telling you the bottom line. I would recommend Mrs. Taylor and if she isn't able to return your call right away, call again or better yet pay $300 or more per hour for the same law advice. In addition, I have in the past called for legal advice in which I will not mention names and I still have not heard back. In conclusion, Mrs. Taylor is, in my opinion, an honest and caring person with years of attorney experience. She is the first lawyer you should call if she can't help you she will tell you.

Since the beginning, they were upfront with timing, prices, and possible outcomes. She works with you , and explains the process with everything that’s going on when it’s actually happening so you don’t feel lost.
