We did not know if we wanted a trust or a simple will. We were confused and. Mr. Moss guided us through the entire process, explaining everything thoroughly. Mr. Moss and his employees are very professional. After our original consultation with Mr. Moss, we felt at home with him and his firm. Each step in the process was thoroughly explained, and we were given opportunity time and again to make changes before the final was done. My husband has been the executor of several wills and encountered problems. As we explained to Mr. Moss, we did not want our daughter the executor of our will to encounter any problems. We highly recommend this firm to anyone who needs estate planning.

The insurance company denied my case saying it was a personal condition. I called 4 other firms who turned me down. Mr. Feifer took my case telling me it may not work out. It took some time but I did get a recovery that paid off the medical bills I had incurred. Thankful for that!!

Mr. Feifer turned my case around after one of the associates with his firm made me lose faith in the process. I was about to fire the firm until they reassigned the case to Mr. Feifer., He responded to my telephone calls after hours and even when he was on vacation. He was truthful with me from the onset as to the pitfalls of the law but fought hard at mediation to get me $10,000 more at mediation after the insurance company relayed their final offer. A my old law firm Dwayne worked for me doing marine work as well as other trial work. When he moved to Jacksonville I continued to work with Dwayne as local counsel and to refer local Jacksonville work. He is well respected by the judges and lawyers in Jacksonville. He is gets the work done on time and in a manner that gets the best result for the client at a reasonable cost. Knows many people in the marine field in Jacksonville when we need to consult with outside experts. I have always found Dwayne to be on top of new developments in the marine law and a pleasure to work with.

One reviewer on GOOGLE gave him 1 star for telling her he was "too busy" to take her call -which I HIGHLY DOUBT ---- SO TACKY to take the time of her day to do such a thing. I have NO doubt that Shands would have NEVER EVER told anyone he was, "too busy" because of my 7+ years of knowing him and his professionalism. She missed out with her "quick-to-judge" attitude & hurt feelings because he does not employ a receptionist, or a paralegal to field calls. I will explain to you why this is awesome. And I never ever had difficulty with communication with Shands. He always took my call when he could, and always called me back promptly - even long after my case was over. So, In my opinion, Shands is best described like old school doctors when it comes to bedside manner; very professional, reserved, and compassionate. If you are looking for the best of the best when it comes to employment law, here you go. Shands handled my case about 6 years ago and of course he won it for me because Shands won't take a case unless he KNOWS he can win it. There are no paralegals to plead your hour long story to, only to miss important key details before getting turned down by the attorney. It's just Shands. You actually meet with him and he takes extremely detailed notes and asks tons of questions to help establish your case. I paid my retainer immediately after my meeting with him which was more than fair. Shands was and will always have been a blessing for me, and the validity and justice of my case. I love going back and reading his Prima Facie and the demand letters because they are powerful. I only accept the BEST in my life. I got turned down by a few firms who would not listen to me, and left out key details of my case. It was like I had won the lottery when Shands answered the phone, listened to me, and asked me to come see him. I spent hours and hours, and days researching attorneys before I found Shands. Do not question your judgment - Just hire him. Even if on the first call he is busy and has to call you back--You will be forever grateful. I am So thankful I did--even if I would have lost my case because I know he would have done everything to fight for me.

My wife and I have retained JASON ELLIS to represent us on two separate occasions. My wife was involved in an auto accident in which an out of town driver was at fault. Though both drivers were insured, the other driver's (who was cited) insurance company declined the claim. After we exhausted all attempts to resolve this, we were referred to Mr. Ellis by a close friend who had previously retained his services with excellent results.
Mr. Ellis worked hard on my wife's behalf and we were able to obtain a settlement that exceeded our expectations.
Last year I was injured by careless construction workers who effecting repairs on a condo that adjoins ours. My injuries required surgery and an extended period of PT. I had bad problems with my restaurant manager because he was too soft in its ways to screw employees and it happened thefts, cleaning done wrong, hours counted or improperly counted too, documents not filed in due time, fines, etc. . a real mess. I appealed to Mr. Francis M. Boyer who advised me, put the director on the right path, ask me to close the restaurant for two days to clean all up, what i did. He is a great guy and a very good lawyer. I recommend him eyes closed. Now, my director took the control of the restaurant with more confidence, employees are ok, all is in its due place, invoices are paid in time, documents filled in due time too because Mr Boyer have a look on it. My restaurant runs right and i enjoy it.

If you don’t want to be treated like a number, come see Amanda at her law firm, Baggett Law. We had the pleasure to meet both Amanda and Matt—very hospitable people—you won’t know you’re at a law firm. Amanda is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with—I highly recommend her. Many law firms have memorized and already have a sales pitch ready to go, where the lawyer(s) ignore clients’ individual situations, talks over them and tells them what they should do in five minutes. Admirably, Amanda does not conform to this lower / used-car-stylistic sales pitch. She is very approachable, as if she is part of your family, and though based on the big picture she may already know the general direction she needs to take and what needs to be done, she doesn’t hesitate to let you speak when she is done (as she attentively listens) and also asks if you have any questions without that stern glare of annoyance / are you done yet facial expressions.
We had roof damage, for which we hired a contractor and submitted a claim to our property insurance provider. Unfortunately there was a dispute between the contractor and insurer over the final payment. Due to this, we decided to retain Amanda. She was always swift to answer our emails and phone calls. Music to our ears – you never had to wonder if and when she was going to respond to you as it was always prompt! Additionally she was able to resolve the situation for us, and ensure that we were not at a legal risk due to the dispute between the insurance company and contractor. This provided us Great peace of mind and saved us time and money from having any undue future financial cost that we otherwise might have had!

I 'm from out of state residing temporarily in corporate apartments and was in need of a Power of Attorney. Thank goodness there was a neighborhood lawyer less than a mile away that provided the service that I needed, Mrs./Miss Marcella was that lawyer. She even answered by e-mail on Sunday afternoon concerning my POA.. The next day after work my POA was ready and my wife was very happy when she received the POA the next following day. Also a UPS Store was in the neighborhood. Now how convenient is that. Two birds with one stone. There are always two sides to every story, as indicated by the reviews and responses. I can only give you my perception and outcome from my dealings with Mrs. Taylor. First, I called to schedule an appointment with a "lawyer for people with limited income" and the fee was $295 per hour, now let me assure you I have never paid that amount of money in any of my appointments with Mrs. Taylor. Now, I'm sure someone will say, "you get what you pay for", in this case, I would say, "Board certified". In my opinion, Mrs. Taylor simplifies everything by telling you the bottom line. I would recommend Mrs. Taylor and if she isn't able to return your call right away, call again or better yet pay $300 or more per hour for the same law advice. In addition, I have in the past called for legal advice in which I will not mention names and I still have not heard back. In conclusion, Mrs. Taylor is, in my opinion, an honest and caring person with years of attorney experience. She is the first lawyer you should call if she can't help you she will tell you.

After a five and a half long years and an exhausting trial, I should be going straight to bed. However, it is more important to me right now to offer my endorsement of Mr. Block. If you want an attorney who can wax poetic and throw a knockout punch at the same time, look no further. This man knows when to be tough and when to be eloquent. Since the beginning, they were upfront with timing, prices, and possible outcomes. Ms. Benjamin helped me get a DUI case dismissed. I had no idea of my rights and basically give up so much by thinking the arresting officer was my “friend”. I know in cases of wrongful stopping and even arresting without probable cause is a violation and may have been avoided had I known Ms. Benjamin before.
After reviewing my discovery, my below the limit blood alcohol levels and incorrect arresting procedures, my case was dismissed. I’m happy to have that part of my life behind me with.
