Josef is a highly skilled and gifted attorney. He is extremely responsive to phone calls and emails, and he works very hard to get the results we needed without running up unnecessary attorney fees. She has closed several real estate transactions for me and there was one transaction she definitely gave the WOW factor. I had a transaction that went down hill at the very end, meaning no one is going to get paid. Instead of having the "On to the next one" mentality like many Title Companies. This Seller was very upset because we were a few days from closing so she moved out of her house into a rental. Just before closing the buyers financing fell through and wanted their binder back. She fought hard for my seller back and forth with the Buyer's Agent, Buyer's Broker and the Lender for two weeks, to get down to the bottom of the problem and why they should explain to the buyer that giving the binder to the seller is the best course of action. She completely HANDLED the situation even though she had no dog in the fight and for that she is my #1 go to Attorney for anything in her scope of work.

I had the pleasure of getting to know Mr. Rinaldi through his work with my daughter in her dispute with her landlord over unjustified retention of a security deposit and their failure to uphold their end of the lease. Mr. Rinaldi kept me and my 100 year old DAV father of WWII (Marine Corp) warm and dry in my home for over 6 years while defending my case every step of the way and he did an "OUTSTANDING" job all the way to the very END! He even negotiated a large sum of money for me to turn my house over for "CASH FOR KEYS". With that money I was able to bury my father with RESPECT, move out, and start a new life somewhere else. During my initial consultation Mr. Rinaldi was very straightforward. He explained every possible outcome in layman's terms, concerning my debt collection matter. Within days of being retained, he filed documents on my behalf with the court and initiated communication with the Plaintiff's attorney. I expected my case to be open for 9-12 months. However, because of Mr. Rinaldi's experience in debt collection matters he was able to get the Plaintiff to voluntarily dismiss the case with prejudice. What I expected to take up to a year, Mr. Rinaldi got resolved within 30 days of being retained. I couldn't have asked for a better result.

Mrs. Johnson was the second lawyer I contacted regarding my divorce. She had me won over within the first 10 mins of our meeting. We were seeking an attorney to assist us with the unexpected task of Guardianship for our daughter nearing eighteen. I came to John Phillips office with little or no hope that I could prove my innocence or survive the alligations against me, I didn't think I would survive emotionally what myself and family were being put through. We were referred to this lawyer by a previous Duval county (Florida) judge after the separation of the unwed parents of a child with the indication that the mother might leave the state with the child and will not return. Florida law does not grant legal rights to an unwed father until paternity, time-sharing and shared responsibilities are established in court.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the result of this temporary hearing, giving credit to Debra and Thomas Treece. We are still waiting for the final hearing and hope that the Treece law team will continue to represent us fairly and honestly.
The Treece law team does not shoot for bashing the opposite party. From the beginning on, it was clear that they want a fair and honest outcome with no lies and only honesty. The reason to seek help was to fairly establish legal rights for the father and do all we can to benefit the child. The Treece law team maintained to fairly reach an agreement and asked for the continuation of the child's primary parent, which is tough to establish if it is the father who performed most parental responsibilities.
One "thing" I would like to mention is that I wish that the Treece law team would be more readily available when the father has an IMMEDIATE legal question, due to the mother using unfair tactics, lies and accusations that are unwarranted. I would love to at times receive a quick, brief legal advise right then and there, though acknowledge that we are not their only clients.
If you are looking for an aggressive lawyer to bash your opponent, keep looking. If you are looking for an aggressive FAIR lawyer, "fighting" for what is the honest truth and the best for the child, you found a calm legal team working for you.

Once my daughter received an order from the court, my daughter interviewed with many other attorneys. They would only allow her to talk with them. Upon meeting Mrs. Treece, I felt an immediate connection to her and Mr. Treece. In my opinion, they are like family to us. They are very approachable as well as professional. The personal injury and property insurance claim process, I discovered, is confoundingly complex and complicated. I drove a car for over 60 years. No accidents. A sunny morning in 2020 … BANG!! Rear ended on a highway. Car totaled—and I was off to the Emergency Room in an ambulance. Within a week after the accident, even though I was not at fault, I realized that I was still going to be involved in an arduous process. Seeking reimbursement? Tow Truck bills, the replacement car process, personal injury and health issues, medical bills, loss of income, etc. … all must be considered, collected, analyzed … then presented in a formal demand package to the other party’s insurance company. The documentation for a claim may run to hundreds of pages from multiple sources. As I said … it’s complicated!!!
