Mr. Neal thoroughly explained the Contract of Sale to me. Everything went as explained. I subsequently called him to evict a tenant. He's mobile. He did the paperwork at my house on a portable printer! And, worked it out where the tenant had incentive to leave. He also saved friend's houses from foreclosure.

I hired him for an eviction, I gave him over $500 dollars. He listed the wrong address on the eviction form and blamed me for giving him the wrong address when i faxed him the lease, gave him my home address to serve the tenant. If i gave him the wrong address, how did he make it to my house to serve the tenant?. He was suppose to serve the tenant again, he asked for over $600. 2 weeks past by, i asked him if he served the tenant, he rudely asked if i was calling his number by mistake, why was i calling him, if i had nothing else to do, bored to why i was calling him. He yelled at me stating he will serve the tenant on a timely manner refusing to give me time frame. I finally gave up and hired a new lawyer and spend more money. Please beware of this lawyer.

My experience with Adrienne D. Edward Law Office was appalling. I felt always in the dark regarding my situation because of the inadequate communication. The level of service was subpar, and it appeared that they were more concerned with collecting money than assisting me. I wouldn't suggest this business to anyone looking for capable legal representation since the entire process was stressful and disappointing. Considering my experience, all the glowing reviews seem dubious. Look elsewhere and spare yourself the headache.
