Ms. D’Andrea represented my children in my divorce matter and I felt from our first interaction that she could and would advocate zealously for by kids. She did not disappoint. Ms. D’Andrea met with my children regularly, called to check on how they were doing, made contact with their doctors, teachers, and therapist. She went the extra mile for my kids to get to know them and learn what was in their best interests. Children are the most innocent and vulnerable participants in our legal system and I feel blessed to have had such a thoughful and sharp representative for my children in the courtroom. Without her voice being heard on their behalf I believe my children would have suffered. At times, my ex engaged in personal attacks against Ms. D’Andrea because she advocated for my kids contrary to the wishes of their dad but she did not back down or pander to the intimidation tactics. I can only imagine an attorney of her caliber has grown accustomed to being bad mouthed by those she opposes but I was impressed by her tenacity and commitment to my kids. I battled my ex in family court for over two years and I hired Liz after I fired one of the local “good ole boys” due to his ineffective representation and completely inadequate communication skills. Don’t be fooled...the guy with 30 years experience isn’t necessarily the best for the job. I found Liz to be direct and honest- she was able to articulate the risks and benefits of different courses of action clearly for me which was important because as a layperson I had never been through this before. She helped me obtain a fair resolution which allows me to be an equal partner in raising my children. She was always timely in responding to me and didn’t make promises she couldn’t deliver on. She was sensitive and compassionate but didn’t take any nonsense from the other side who tried every trick they could think of to minimize my role in my kids lives. I can’t thank you enough, Liz, for the guidance you offered and the patience you showed me (despite my never ending questions!). I would go back to Liz again in a heartbeat if ever the need arose.

I contacted William for an injury to my hand. He explained everything and made feel at ease in an uncertain time. Beyond that he also explained that my particular injury was obvious and really didn’t require anything more than having the proper paper work filed. He also supplied the form numbers for that paper work and said his services shouldn’t be required. If they were, I knew he would be there for me.

Before I even finished explaining my situation he knew what was going on with my claim and what was going to happen next. Mr. Petro did an exceptional job representing me and resolving my case. He went above and beyond for me. When he says “I’ll take care of it”, it is taken care of. Period. He is super busy and if he does not get back to right away, he is probably working on your behalf. Just leave the guy alone and let him do his job. As first-time homeowners, we had many (many) questions. Al and his team were incredibly knowledgeable, forthcoming, and kind-hearted from the moment we made an offer until the last document was signed at the closing. Last week my company needed legal advice with an issue that could have easily gotten out of hand. I called the office of Mainetti, Mainetti and O'Connor, and was able to speak right away with Michael about my problem. When I was charged with a felony DWI I need a lawyer who listen, care for and defend me to the best of their ability. Having children and a career, I knew that loosing my license would be detrimental my children's lives because I could potentially loose my job or need to quit my job. I had initially hired a larger firm, with the mindset that "you get what you pay for." After a few weeks, I found myself to be utterly disappointed with my decision. I signed the contract and payed the fee, but nobody would return my calls in regards to my case, or call me to update me on my case. I felt like I was in the dark. Then when I finally did receive a call, instead of the lawyer talking to like their was hope, he talked to meet like I was just another case in their case load. I was utterly disappointed in my decision. I then began saving money to seek out other representation. A coworker of mine suggested I meet with Attorney Melanson. After meeting with him for a short time, I realized he was the person I needed from the beginning. He made me feel like he had my back at a time when I desperately needed someone to. Attorney Melanson returned my calls almost immediately, was honest and upfront about my case from the beginning, and treated me like I was his most important client. He made sure I knew the worst possible outcome but fought incredibly hard to get the best possible outcome. In the end, my case was reduced significantly. I have my job, my license and most importantly my children's safety and security.My family and I are so thankful for his hard work and for his dedication to my case.

I was referenced this law office by a friend when I was being confused with the amount of paperwork I kept receiving from the workers compensation board and New York state insurance fund. I made the call and received a call back within 15 minutes. The receptionist took my information and had everything ready for my appointment then next day. I walked into the office and didn't have to fill out any paperwork. It was all handled for me. I was early to the appointment and Rebeccah was on time. She sat down with me for a little over a hour and explained to me every paper I brought to her, She explained in detail everything that she would be doing for me. She is extremely helpful and patient with all the questions I had. I can't stress this enough but she seems to be a very motivated attorney and I'm happy she is working with me.

Met this attorney for a consult. Smart and straightforward. For example, attorney explained why the case was in the current state and gave a honest reason why a consult was the only course of action - at this time. I came away with the impression that this law firm remembers its about their clients. I know I received excellent information. Moreover, I go to a lot of offices, this practice is buttoned up - example the receptionist had documents prepared and when I arrived there was no "here's a clipboard come back when complete" this receptionist handled the startup and got the ball moving quickly. I truly regret not coming to this firm earlier.

Bryan and Lindsey are absolutely awesome. He's my husband's attorney and has been fighting tooth and nail to get him much less time than what the judge wants to give him. He's so experienced and much more so than the one that we hired prior, and knew about certain things that even the DA didn't know about when it came to getting a specific DA off of the case. If you are in trouble, this guy is your golden ticket. My husband is doing 16 months in jail instead of 1 1/3-3 or 4-7 yrs. He is also taking care of his parole matter. If you are in trouble and can afford a good attorney (he is NOT cheap by any means), then this is the guy you need to call.
