I can’t recommend this team enough!
I was recommend to them by a friend after I got rear ended by a semi trailer. I remember the first time I set down with Mr. Reed. He explained to me very clearly how everything worked in a lawsuit.
The other party was not wanting to play ball but Mr. Reed, Charity and his team stayed on them. After a long battle. They helped me get all my medical bills paid from the other party. I can’t think them enough for all their hard work and determination.
You couldn’t ask for a more friendly team to represent you. Available 24/7 and has complete transparency.
Hopefully I will never need to hire a lawyer again. But if I do.

My elderly father and I met with Mr. Crouse to discuss asset protection. We found out early in our consultation that Mr. Crouse would not be able to help us going forward, because my father lives out of state, and he would need an attorney from his state to draw up the trust.
However, Mr. Crouse still spent over an hour with us, educating us about our options. He explained everything in a way that we could comprehend. He answered all of our questions and really made sure we understood. He could have easily sent us home, but didn’t!
I highly recommend Mr. Crouse. He’s extremely knowledgeable and you can absolutely tell he is passionate about his calling.

Upon recommendation by a friend, we hired Stewart to prepare an estate plan and all related documents, including a Revocable Living Trust, Durable and General Power of Attorney and Last Will and Testament. My wife and I found Stewart to be knowledgeable, direct, sincere, honest and reliable. We met with him at our home for an initial consultation where he explained the process and gathered our information. We were impressed with his expertise and thoroughness and his ability to explain legal information in terms we could understand. Stewart then drew up all the Draft documents for us to review. After having answered all of our questions and making changes, a Final set of documents was drawn up for signing. Stewart was readily available to us throughout the process. What I initially thought would be a daunting painful process, turned out to be straight forward and simple. I give credit to Stewart for making it so. We also found his rates to be very reasonable.

Vanessa Samano is simply the best there is for child custody cases, specifically high conflict. I would highly recommend Vanessa for any type of divorce or family law case, but specifically if you have a need for representation for Juvenile Court. Vanessa has the relationships with the courts, judges, and other attorneys across East Tennessee. She is highly respected and knows the law, but mostly she cares about the families she represents. I could not have asked for someone who believed in me and my case more. She will be honest, even when it's not what you want to hear. She will encourage you to always do the right thing and to not just check boxes but legitimately follow through.
Vanessa helped me navigate a complex divorce followed by a difficult custody case in which I obtained primary custody. As a single Dad, this was not easy even though the facts were in my favor. My advice, without reservation, is to not just hire Vanessa Samano, but to listen to her and do what she says. If you are not willing to be honest or take responsibility, Vanessa is not for you. However, if you want someone to help you navigate a complex system in an honest but tough and caring way that puts the best interest of children first, then Vanessa is right for you. She will continue to be my choice for representation in all future custody matters, and has already been recommended to several friends and family members.

I hired Ben for a very long child custody battle for my daughter after hearing great things about him from a close family friend attorney. If I had three words to describe John Haines, it would be professional, knowledgeable and blunt. Divorce is always a sticky situation, but John navigated it like it was child's play. He's been doing this for a long time and if you think the retainer is too much to pay, it isn't. He chews gum and shoots from the hip. This does not mean he's cocky. He's just confident and that's what you need in a lawyer. Just listen to him, do what he tells you to do and it will be all over before you know it. He really isn't one of these sleazeball lawyers who is looking to overbill for every e-mail or call. I saw my ex's financials and he got billed 3-5 times a month. I never got a bill until the very end. He's there if you need him, but check your problem at the door to make sure you really need him. Divorce is emotional. He's not Dr. Phil. He's there to get you out of the predicament you're in and if it goes to court, fight for you. I appreciated his demeanor and when you hire him, you will too.

I heard about Jed through a family friend who also used him as her divorce attorney. So I figured I would have a consultation with him. After our consultation, I was VERY satisfied and knew that I wanted to hire him. This was back in 2018. He required the retainer, which was expected, and used that retainer towards the expenses. He was very professional, listened to my needs, had my sons best interest in mind, and maintained his integrity throughout my entire case. Not only did he handle my divorce, custody, and parenting plan case, he also handled my personal injury case, got me the most that he could, and knowing full well that he would get his share, so he made sure after giving him what was owed, I still had more than enough to cover costs. I don’t like saying I have an attorney “in my back pocket”, but I enjoy having the relief of knowing I have an attorney or any legal matters. My divorce experience was a long, painful nightmare using two different attorneys. While I recognized the need for extra time due to the pandemic and court closures, my first attorney failed to respond to any type of communication. Phone calls were useless and it took me 5 email attempts to get even one response. My second attorney was more responsive to my communication, however, slow to make any moves. We ended up in court in front of a judge which was a stressful and unnecessary ending to an already irritating process. I swear my divorce could've been completed in 30 days had I have had a supportive team behind me.
Fast forward to the need to relocate out of state (like across the country out of state) with my two children and I knew I needed to find better representation. Someone who was truly prepared to fight for me as I knew it wouldn't be easy. John was recommended to me in the middle of my divorce by several people, but at that point it was too late in the case. I knew that he would be the person to turn to when it came time for this next fight because of the successful outcomes of the recommending parties.
John did not disappoint. His responses were prompt and full of useful information. He kept me informed of the process, deadlines and delays. He had a plan mapped out for me right away and made sure I understood what I needed to do in order to move the process along. He was familiar with the laws, gave me his expert opinion on what to do legally once I had moved out of state and helped me through a surprisingly quick and painless mediation process. Previous reviews speak volumes of this man's skills and concern for cases he upholds. He has turned a bleak and dreary, nearly irredeemable case into a hopeful, salvageable one.
Without going into too many details, I had to change attorneys and dump their mess onto Luke's shoulders. He had very little time to make adjustments and to absorb the case. This did not deter mister Durham. He took it upon himself to visit places handfuls of hundreds of miles away (out of state) so that he could 'paint a picture' and get the information he needed.
He did the work you would expect a phenomenal attorney to do. No stone was left unturned, no possibilities or options had gone unconsidered. He did his absolute best, and hardest work for me. My best interests were - and still are - in his heart. This is why he is my attorney, and why he should also be yours.

Our son was charged with a DUI because he was asleep in a car after drinking. Terrifying to find out your child has been arrested.
