I hired Jesse Nelson and his team to assist me with my labor case this past January. This was my first experience with a lawyer, so I honestly had no idea what to expect. I had the preconceived notion that hiring a lawyer and filing a suit would be a dreadful experience. Needless to say, I was completely wrong. I could not be more satisfied with my experience or the outcome of my case. He and his team made the entire process painless. In fact, it was actually enjoyable. Jesse and his assistants were always available to answer any questions I may have had, and always kept me informed with the progress of my case. Jesse always did a great job with explaining everything is layman's terms so I was able to truly understand every step of the process and make educated decisions. Gary Dupler is a great attorney and a fine person. He represented me in an estate case was complicated and drawn out over two and a half years. Gary was very methodical in researching and building the case, and clearly explained his reasoning for everything. When it was time to present the case to a jury, Gary was tremendously better prepared than opposing counsel. After the trial Gary went well beyond anything he was required to do in assisting in the retrieval of property.
I never thought I would need the expertise of an attorney or be involved in a legal dispute. Gary was very patient with my naïve questions and my occasional annoyances. I would highly recommend Gary Dupler for your legal needs!!

Ever wondered if your attorney was too afraid to take your case to trial? Maybe it was too much work for him/her? Or perhaps they’d rather bleed your retainer dry with countless motions while you remained stuck with the problem. A problem you knew in your heart would only be rectified once it saw the inside of a courtroom?
Well, that was me before Michael Bellamy. TWO highly regarded and overcompensated attorneys managed my case before Mr. Bellamy. There were endless motions, numerous delays, and countless tears. However, when Mr. Bellamy looked at me and said “I will take this case as far as it needs to go in order to find you justice” I reluctantly believed him. Sorry, but after a while, you stop trusting people. Beyond grateful I chose to believe one more time.
Michael did what he said and stood behind his promise. He took my case in front of a judge (after waiting seven years for the other attorneys to do so) and we WON!
Two FULL days of testimony and at least 50 exhibits .. frankly I lost track. But Mr. Bellamy didn’t; he kept going until the very end. Until the judge said he didn’t even need to hear the closing arguments (hehe).
Best part... I was awarded attorneys fees! That’s right. The other party was ordered to pay my attorneys fees. Sure I know that’s asked for plenty, but it’s rarely awarded. As a matter of fact, opposing counsel even said “your client got things you didn’t even ask for” - and she’s right, Michael delivered more than he promised.
Bottom line: don’t let the number of years someone’s been practicing or their name in the community sway your decision to find the PERFECT attorney. Pick one who’s NOT AFRAID to take the case all the way to court, and win!

My husband and I were referred to Ms. Gilliam for legal advice in setting up documents to cover situations as we age. She met with us for just 1/2 hour to establish our needs and advise us on which documents are needed (e.g., Power of Attorney, Last Will and Testament, Living Will). In addition, she explained the importance of establishing beneficiaries on savings accounts and when it is important to set up Trusts.
After this short, but informative meeting, she conveyed additional information via email so that we could decide on the basics of how we wanted these documents prepared.
Ms. Gilliam used our next meeting to finalize our agreements so that she could prepare the documents. Then we closed out this important process with another short meeting where he staff stayed after hours to make last minute changes and print the final documents for our signatures.
In addition to her efficiency, she was very pleasant and professional to work with. She kept us on task with a good sense of humor. And, the cost for her services were slightly less than other attorneys we are aware of that provided similar services.
My husband and I highly recommend Ms. Gilliam for professional legal services. In fact, our daughters plan to use her services when they are ready to complete these documents for themselves.

Well as a protection, in the event, a wreck occurs it is the law to have car insurance. I have been a medical professional for 30 years. During those years I have been involved with many attorneys both professionally and personally for many different situations.
