Any show of appreciation I have made is truly sincere.My brother in law got in a wreck 2 months before I got hurt,his claim is still unsettled and he has no idea,not even a 'ball park figure' of what they are even asking for on his behalf. I want to take this opportunity to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. All I ever wanted was to be fairly treated, both medically and financially in this matter. I also realize my situation created some challenges taking work out of state. You were always honest and forthright, on how and what to expect, kept pushing through the ugliness of the work comp system, all to bring this to closure. I hired the Lakewood injury lawyers at the Mintz Law Firm to handle my Colorado personal injury car accident case. I was always able to reach my personal injury attorney, and my questions regarding my motor vehicle accident claim were always answered timely. My car accident lawyer and paralegal explained things to me clearly in a way I could understand, and if there was ever anything I did not understand about my automobile accident claim the accident attorneys at the Mintz Law Firm were patient and explained things in an alternative way. I would have never received the amount of money in my motor vehicle accident settlement without the personal injury attorneys at the Mintz Law Firm.

My dad's employer refused to provide his insurance benefits. I contacted Robert and he helped him through the process. He met with him right away so my dad did not lose his case because of time limitations. Robert walked him through the process, analyzed every aspect of his case and helped him win depite my employer fighting the claim. My dad received every dime he was entitled too from the insurance company. I would high recommend Robert Paysinger to anyone who has been injured in a car accident or at work.

We highly recommend using Darrell Damschen as he fought, and won, a dispute for us over improperly installed siding on our home. My wife and I hired Mr. Damschen to defend us against a complicated lawsuit filed against us by a reckless and negligent hardwood flooring contractor. Mr. Damschen initially provided us with free phone consultations and then we hired him to represent us.
Mr. Damschen is personable, cordial and easy to speak with as he does well to translate legal jargon into common English. He was always well prepared and did considerable research to stay on top of the case.
He was successful in getting a number of claims against us withdrawn or dismissed and ultimately put us in a good situation to address the true matter at hand which was complicated by the contractor's frivolous claims.
In the end Mr. Damschen was able to get us in a position to make a very reasonable settlement offer to avoid further legal costs.
We would highly recommend Mr. Damschen to anyone who is dealing with a construction defect or a contract dispute.

Darrell did an exceptional job of determining all that would be required and making contacts with all necessary players. He kept several of our people in the loop not just me. He guided the proper funds resources needed for the bidding process. He acted as our representative in the bidding process at the county office. He made sure all of the necessary paperwork was filed with the county. He checked to be sure that the transaction became finalized after the necessary waiting period. He secured the information needed to gain access to the property after the transaction was final. Everything that Darrell did was outstanding and clear and with the necessary detail. He made all of the required decisions that could have been a source of unnecessary work for us as client. I highly recommend Darrell to anyone seeking legal guidance. I interviewed a couple of Denver area attorneys before hiring Rose Mary Zapor to do my will. I learned about her after asking friends for a referral. Rose has had many years of experience with elder law and services for the elderly, including estate planning, and with how laws work in Colorado. She did my will for a reasonable flat fee, which made me feel at ease, not on the clock, while i asked numerous questions and she answered them patiently. Rose was meticulous and detail-oriented going through various options and scenarios, and gave me some good suggestions and warnings about what not to do. Her staff is efficient, too.

My wife Jennifer and I had a very warm, professional experience working with Kathryn and her staff.

I was charged with conspiracy to defraud the United States Government and was looking at 3 – 5 years in Federal Prison.

Rachel Oliver is the best attorney I've ever had. She was working for the Jefferson County Public Defender's Office at the time. This was my fourth DUI in a lifetime , My last DUI was 20 years ago. I went to AA and treatment and I have been sober for over 2 and 1/2 years. She believed I took responsibility for my actions and I was ready to take the punishment I deserved. I was also looking at a extensive jail sentence, but I ended up with a much shorter sentence. I have had other attorneys over the years that I actually hired and paid. I have never seen or heard of a public defender attorney fighting so hard for their client. I know they are so overwhelmed with clients.. but despite that she spent a lot of time meeting with me and treated me with respect and courtesy. Rachel really cares about all her clients . I feel I owe her so much. I would hire her for anything at any time. I have recommended her to anyone I know that needs an attorney. I would never hire any other attorney except for her! She goes to bat for you, and fight as hard as she can for you. She really, really listens to what you have to say. I could go on and on how great she is , but I would run out of room. A year and a half ago, my 19-year-old daughter was arrested and initially charged with 18 charges, one of which carried a mandatory sentence of life without parole. I am so glad we hired Rachel. Bastion was fantastic! I was in a car accident in April of 2015 and couldn't get any help from the Insurance companies. I reached out to Bastion in 2016 after spending over $20,000 of my own money for medical treatments. I am self employed and do not have medical insurance. Bastion went through my case and I hired him. He was very attentive to my needs and made sure that all of my medical care was first priority. He set me up with Injury Finance who paid for all of my medical expenses and made sure that I had the proper care. I was in need of 2 back surgeries which was all taken care of while Bastion continued to work my case. It took 4 years to finally get a settlement from the insurance company and Bastion never quit fighting for me. I can't tell you how much it means to have someone that you know is on your side. Excellent lawyer, excellent trial lawyer. I was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor DV. Lost my job and was threatened to loose my means of making a living. The hearing was scheduled three business days into the future. I was able to retain Mr. Tooley in which he pushed the hearing to a future date. He allowed me to make my own decision, after informing of the different directions I could go.
