I am a Utah resident. While driving through Nevada, I was cited for a moving violation. I contacted Steve Dixon for representation, and he was able to negotiate a lower fine and while having the charge reduced to a non-moving violation (i.e., this means my insurance rates wouldn't go up, I didn't have to worry about points on my driving record, etc.).
He was very patient and always kept me informed regarding the status of my case. Though my situation didn't carry dire legal consequences, I still feel that Steve made my case a priority and treated it with the utmost attention and care.
I do not hesitate to recommend Steve to anyone else seeking legal representation.

I would definitely recommend using the Steve Dixon Law Firm. I consulted with, and hired Steve to prepare a trust for my family. He was very professional at explaining how trusts work & what is required for the different Powers of Attorney available. He takes time to listen, and any questions we had, he either knew the answer or he found out and contacted us soon after. I picked Craig because he’s a vet like me and has a history of aggressively and successfully defending service members. I was in a pretty hopeless spot. It was crazy how we met. Todd was an appointed attorney on my son's case and before I got to meet him in person. I had a client of his come into my non-profit organization to do court ordered community service. The client asked if I could fax over my information to his lawyer to show where he would be doing his community service hours at and duties. When I asked for his attorney information, the client said Todd Leventhal and I said WOW we was just appointed him as counsel for my son however we haven't met yet. What a small world. Needless to say, we finally met Mr Leventhal in person and he was very professional, told us straight up about my son's case and advised us on what way he was going to represent him and what we should expect. Todd didn't sugar code anything, he was straight forward and delivered on what he said he was going to do. Todd arranged a plea deal that made it possible for my son to be able to come home and be with his family. My son was facing 27 years to life and Todd had him out in less than 5 years. My son is now working and finishing his classes to earn a certificate in welding. If you are looking for an attorney that is a realist and keeps it real. I would suggest you contact this man because he really goes to bat for his clients. We sent plenty of referrals his way and everyone was happen with the outcome.

I was referred to Mr. Modafferi by a friend who had previously had excellent results with him. I called his office number, and was told by the peeson who answered the phone, that Mr. Modafferi was not available because he was in court, so left my name and number and asked for him to call me. In situations like this, hoping and waiting for call back is not what you want to do, however, I was pleased to receive a call beack from Mr. Modaferri less than 3 hours later. He was very friendly and seemed to be detail oriented. He then scheduled an appointment the next evening, which was actually after their normal business hours. After going through the facts of my case, he assured me that he would would make my experience as stress free as possible. This was an understatement. Gary was very good about returning my calls, and keep me up to date and informed with what was going on with my case. Gary won my case, and obtained a result that put the issue to rest for good. His rates a very reasonable. I hope that I never need his services again, but if I do, I will go back to him without any second thought. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I never had to hire any type of Attorney before my case and I made a great choice. I found Gary, thanks to Von the computer genius, who told us how amazing he was. I have never needed a lawyer to represent me in the past, so this was my first experience. I bet that, along with fictional depictions of lawyers, a person's first experience with a lawyer probably colors how they generally think of them. If I am correct in that idea, then my idea of lawyers is that they are awesome.
Levity aside, Ashlee and her firm (to include Sue, the paralegal) are fantastic. I was going through a divorce that was initially civil and was going to be a joint petition but my ex kept delaying for months. Eventually I had to hire an attorney and from day one Ashlee was attentive in understanding the particulars of my circumstances, my ideal outcome, and explaining to me what I could expect.
I am the type who researches and ask questions. Ashlee was always available via their client portal and, once she realized my personality was to know the details, she provided explanations of everything happening along the way.
I ended with a settlement that was in line with what I wanted. 100% without hesitation recommend.

I was in an auto accident in December of 2015, it started great, they came to my home to sign the papers, and things were moving smoothly. I had surgery in February of 2016, there were long delays for doctor appointments, mri's etc... The other insurance company accepted liability right away, but I kept getting passed around different Point of contacts on my case. The ride was bumpy, I am not an easy person to deal with when I feel the communication is not there, however, once turned over to Chatree (managing attorney) , things went smoother. He was incredibly patient, and professional, even when I was not. When we hit negotiations, the tort's insurance company started "playing games" , however John was very persistent in keeping on top of them, letting them know we were ready to litigate. We agreed on pre litigation settlement amounts and post litigation amounts, as the fees are higher in litigation. Well, John did an incredible job keeping us out of court, and getting me far more than I expected. When we reached dispersal, April, was very expedient and professional. I have since recommended a friend to this firm and she referred them. I guess things have changed over the past 13 years, but they got the job done, it took longer than I thought it would, but I am more than satisfied with the outcome.

I am a single mother getting on my feet. I had 4 traffic tickets from 7 7-10 years ago. The total for all for was right at $5000. I was in a horrible controlling relationship and didn't have a chance to start taking care of them until this year. I searched for traffic lawyers in the LV area, I am now in California. Since day one the staff here has been so helpful. I thought I would have to pay the tickets before I could even think about getting my license back. But a month or so in to the process they reached out that I could get my license. They contacted the court to have it released to the DMV and then the DMV did their part. Then within a week I had my paper license in hand. When they finally went to court, I figured maybe they'd get the total between all 4 tickets down to half. I was so surprised with the total between all for tickets was $771 dollars. I cried. I did 5 hrs of traffic school online through a company they recommended and when an issue arose with doing my certificate the staff at Mr. Maridon's office took care of it instantly. I thank them for making this whole ordeal so smooth and stress-free.

I must say dealing with the Maridon Law Firm has been a unique pleasure from start to finish, heres why..I had another atty prior to Maridon Law deal with an issue I had, long/short they completely screwed everything up. Feeling disparaged about my experience, I started doing research online and came across Joseph Maridon Esq.. I took a shot in the dark not expecting much after my last experience that ended horribly, and to my amazement Maradon Law not only reopened my case and fixed the other attys mistakes, they reduced my fine and somehow pulled off NO traffic school, though it was part of the expected outcome that I would probably have to! Maradon Law and staff treated me with respect and dignity throughout the entire process, and sent continual updates every step of the way. Fact is, drama free help like this is hard to come by these days. The atty even took my phone call about a more recent concern, and the conversation was very pleasant, informative and wasn't rushed. This atty and staff actually care about their clients on a more organic level, and for that and everything else I cannot recommend highly enough. Since my last experience I have returned again, and also sent an acquaintance their way, and will continue to do so. I was in a huge bind and was 3 days away from losing my home due to a lease option contract gone wrong. My father and I made an appointment with Marjorie to discuss preparing a will and trust. Marjorie and her staff were all very professional, warm and very nice. They treated my father respectfully and explained everything very simply and to the point. Karen Gesund handled my case, she’s straight forward, answers her phone and responded very quickly to an email I believe it was a weekend. When a debt collector in my words, “tried to get me,” by suing me, she backed them off me. She settled my case for less than half of what was owed. I really thought I was going to have to pay them half at the least but Karen Gesund got it down more than half. I’m so glad I found her. I highly recommend Marshal and all the legal staff at the Willick Law Group. I hired them to assist me in a complicated family matter and they were simply amazing in their handling of my case. The paralegals are so knowledgeable too and the team approach they utilized was paramount in the success of my case. I wish, I had hired them to handle my legal case initially, as I feel so doing, I would have likely saved money. They will use their expertise to help the courts see the truth from the get-go, which is so important-so your ex can not use the courts to create legal issues that cost you dearly financially years after the fact. I'm currently usuing Right lawyers for a child custody case.
I'm a stay at home mom, and my husband is active military,. We live outside the jurisdiction of nevada, but my case is being held there. So I hired RIGHT LAWYERS because of the positive military review.
I have had two retainers. One in which was smooth, informative, knowledgeable, and kept me up to date on all decisions made with approval on my behalf. (Laura) Nothing was done unless it was ran and throughly discussed by/with me (as law intends). I FULLY enjoyed the service. I paid 3,500$ and I felt it was well spent for everything Laura did. (She spoke a language I could understand, let me know I hired her to do a job, and my goals and intrest were top priority. She had an open line of communication and understood these cases can be very stressful and draining. She kept me informed EVERY step of the way. So I thank you from the bottom of my heart for that.
Then theres the new retainer.... (theres a previous 1 star review on here, and I'm experiencing the EXACT same things although I've agreed to pay the money asked of me)
The military community has even come together to help fundraise for my cause for "keeping military family's together" both in vegas in alaska. So that my family doesnt go without the basics. ( we sold most our belongings to meet the needs of our case financially and have been recognized for our efforts) All I am asking is for RIGHT LAWYERS to do is the services I've agreed to pay with my families best interest in mind. Without threats that would cause undue hardship, pressure, and unusual demands.

I interned at Barnes Law Group when I thought that I wanted to be a Family Law attorney. While interning at the office I got to witness firsthand the internal workings, their services, and their staff. I can tell you that this staff puts a tremendous amount of work, attention, and strategy behind everything they do. A woman I hadn't seen in years tried to collect child support monies from me for a kid that wasn't mine. I hadn't spoken to the woman in years. My girlfriend said I urgently needed an attorney. I contacted Attorney Barnes who explained how my wages could be garnished and I could even be put in jail for nonpayment of child support if I don't dna test and prove I am not the father. I could not be happier with the service I received from Attorney Carol Barnes and Barnes Law Group. Everyone at Barnes Law Group was able to answer my questions when I called. Peter James esq. has been my armor and shield against my narcissistic Borderline personality ex-wife saying anything she thinks might sway the judge including (I kid you not) that I treat our daughter like "a modern-day Cinderella" in her actual motion! Peter often cited cases of precedence from memory during consultation and always included these in his written and verbal arguments. He did not waste time with hearsay and stuck to referencing actual requisites of family law for the judge to weigh against whatever false or twisted half truth that (sadly in Nevada) must be taken as true unless evidence to the contrary is provided. Becky represents my brother in a nasty divorce and custody battle. He lives in Texas and his ex-wife in Las Vegas. Because of lies his wife told the hearings are held in Vegas. Becky put forth and continues to put forth 100% for my brother. Not only has she been able to show the courts what kind of lying, manipulative person his ex-wife and her family are, but she was able to get my brother custody of my niece and reduced visitation for his ex-wife to his daughter. Becky continues to represent him in a professional manner since his ex-wife continues to file motions to keep this in court and in her attempt to drain my brothers money and time and ruin his lively hood. This is one of the most difficult and worst cases seen in a long time by the courts and Becky because of all the lies and deceit told by his ex-wife. Becky truly is a fantastic attorney. After interviewing several attorneys, I hired Becky to handle my divorce. When I first spoke with Becky, she immediately calmed my worries and showed true compassion and empathy. She told me NOT to worry; that everything would be alright, and because of her expertise, everything turned out better than I expected. Becky even allowed me to pay monthly payments when other attorneys demanded payment up front.
Becky and Teresa, her paralegal, would keep on top of the numerous emails and plethora of documents I'd send and ALWAYS were quick to respond by either email or phone call. During the months we worked together Becky told me details matter of factly. She explained exactly what was going to happen and what I would expect with each step (requests for discoveries, settlements, going to court and with mediation). She explained everything so thoroughly I would share the information with my ex-husband as he had not been told by his attorney.
Becky did not sugar coat the information. She was always knowledgeable and truthful. She even gave me some "tough love" advice, which I needed as I was letting my emotions get the best of me.
