I knew I was going to hire marc 10 minutes into our consultation. Ive never been in any sort of legal battle but marc really made me feel at ease. He fought for me! I was threatened by a company over a negative YouTube video I made to expose some shady business practices. Marc reviewed my case and was immediately on-board to defend me and stand up against this hostile company. Marc's motivation stemmed from his aggressive support of the First Amendment. I didn't know this, but he even helped author NV's Anti-SLAPP laws which would have been the basis of our case. Marc was sensitive to the issue of cost, and we made a deal which worked for me. Additionally, I was impressed by his responsiveness via email to questions and suggestions -- few emails went unreplied after 15 minutes. Bottom Line: During one of the most stressful situations in my life, Marc made me feel relaxed.

I was rear ended on my way to work. I tried to deal with insurance company on my own but got nowhere since there was not much damage to my car. Mr. Steve explained that these cases can be tough to fight but decided to represent me nonetheless. We WON. He refused to give up on the case even when the insurance tried to deny fault for my injuries. He kept going and going until we got the maximum amount possible. My family, like so many, battled with a drug addicted child. The addiction led to criminal behavior. We never stopped fighting for our son for the 11 years of hardcore heroin addiction. Multiple times he was incarcerated for both petty and serious crimes. We hired Philip Brown to help on multiple cases over a period of 5 years. In each instance he prevailed in our son's favor. These victories gave our son an opportunity to be rehabilitated rather than just incarcerated. Today our son is healthy and clean for almost two years. My sister and I interviewed four estate planning attorneys, with one of them being James Owens. After the interviews it was a unanimous decision that James was the person we wanted to work with. He was much more friendly and personal than the others and his prices were significantly lower. We felt extremely comfortable with him. With the others it seemed like it would be strictly business and you would be “nickeled and dimed” for everything. After we hired James, he created a trust and an LLC for our mother. He did not disappoint us. We felt like we were dealing with a friend who genuinely wanted to help. My mother also loved working with him. James will not disappoint you and you will be very glad you chose him!

I talked to family and friends, and only one person I know has done this professionally, but couldn't remember details, so I decided to let my spirit lead me. I did a google search, and came across The Marshall Law office on Eastern... (not to be confused with Marshall law on 8th St.) Anyway, Sam Marshall has videos on his website explaining about wills, trust, probate, and after getting a better understanding, I decided to schedule an appointment. My appointment was with James Owens, and after we spoke, I knew that he was the one. He is patient, thorough, and his humor made me relax through this serious process. I'm not from the area but my 90 year old mother is, she recently lost her husband and he had done nothing towards a will. I called a few places in Henderson, and all I had was SLOW responses, misunderstood emails, and sometimes triple the price for what Marshall law did for us.

Was referred to Mike by a friend. I was skeptical because I had an accident case years ago and my lawyer took years to settle and I ended up with little to nothing. Mike moved very fast after I completed my treatment, less than 4 months, and settled with both companies in less than 30 days. I couldn't believe the amount that I'm getting in my pocket. Thank you Mr. Nguyen for your persistence in helping me with my case. I was rear ended at a stop sign and the other car ran off. I was able to take some pictures of that car. The first attorney I hired tried and gave up as the other car said she did not do it. My first attorney FIRED me and my doctors also STOPPED treating me.
I came to Mr. Nguyen’s office with 4 months of gap in treatment and helpless. He was very confident and spent over 2 hours with me explaining everything to me without promising anything. I’ve never spent that much time with an attorney. Since my case was a loser I didn’t have any hope left. Mr. Nguyen sent me back for the treatment I needed and I was so thankful for that as my neck was still in a lot of pain.
Mr. Nguyen was able to make the other car pay for my repair and medical expenses. He was able get the entire policy limits on the other car and my own full-coverage policy from my own insurance plus the medical payment. I’m very happy. Thank you Mr. Nguyen again for all your help. I will refer all of the people I know to you because I know you’ll fight hard for your clients.

Made a choice I immediately regretted while in Las Vegas. Went through the BBB and saw the high ratings that the O’Grady Law Group had. Called them first thing the next morning. My call was returned right away by Len Julian who was very understanding and very friendly, he answered all my questions and handled everything very professionally and everything was handled over the phone. I am usually very on top of everything and while going through this i was a very nervous basket case. Mr. Julian and Mr. O’Grady both handled my situation with the Time Share very quickly and sent certified letters out the same day I spoke to them and made me feel at ease that they were on it. My husband wanted to sell his house in Las Vegas, and it was a sticking situation with a family member. Although the house was owned by my husband, he needed to get an eviction to get this immediate family member out. The family member was less than eager to move and it became somewhat volatile. The members of this firm from the first call to the end were always available, before we hired the attorney, an assistant took our calls repeatedly making us feel important and that our case mattered. That's why we hired Mr. O'Grady. So, with all the great people working in this law firm, we had a resolution within a short time, they assisted us in finding realtors who could help after and just made our lives easier as we reside outside of Nevada. I had a Ticket for rear ending someone. No damage, no-one was hurt but I got an estimated $1100 fine for not having NV license plates and $250 fine for tapping the bumper. Went to court myself (which I do not recommend) and like a dummy pleaded not guilty. No other Lawyer would take my case. Vincent Ginn is my hero! He went to pretrial for me and reduced my ticket to $75 and no points! I recommend you hire Vincent the first time. Never go to court on your own! Thanks Vincent!

First of all, I'm not a big fan of lawyers. When I got into a car accident coming home from California seeking out a lawyer was not even a considerstion. When I first saw a doctor April was whom my doctor referred me too. I was still skeptical.

Alex was dogged in her pursuit of my Green Card during the "Name Check" stall period 2006/7. During this time the INS were sitting on over 250,000 applications for Permanent Residence that had passed all the hurdles except the post 9/11 background check, "Name Check". The Federal Government "system" at that time was totally inadequate to deal with the volume and was causing delays and hardship to many. We were on the verge of taking the Federal Government to court when they relented and granted not only my Green Card, but also Permanent Resident status to thousands of others in the broken system. I know that Alex had been successful in court with other cases before mine and I had confidence that she would be successful for me, too. She will be dealing with my citizenship application shortly.

I had talked to three or four attorneys before being lucky enough to find Jherna. The first three or four were more interested in "fighting" to prolong the issue. I wanted to resolve it. Jherna tapped the brakes and told me to send her my rental lease. We had an issue with a commercial lease and she went above and beyond what I expected. It didn't end as I would have liked because the landlord was deliberately depositing our rent after the 5th to nullify the lease. They also had written what she called "the nastiest rental contract she'd ever seen". Later, she reviewed a "business interruption" insurance policy and said there were sections that were too vague that gave them a loophole. She advised I write an addendum closing these loopholes. I did and every insurance company after that refused to agree to those terms, meaning they were going to take my money but not cover any damages for "acts of god" "viruses" and "government shutdowns (9/11)".
