When I went to see Stacey, I was sobbing and almost incoherent. My sister-in-law joined me to ensure that everything was comprehended and understood. Stacey, although I was very emotional, cut straight to the chase with regard to my pending divorce. She put my emotions aside, and with her experience and dedication, directed me on exactly what needed to happen next. It was clear to me that she was very experienced with a no- nonsense approach to what needed to be done. Action was taken the very same day to file for my divorce, which was not my choice as the decision had been made for me. I grew stronger with Stacey's guidance and support. I cannot say enough about how Stacey will find the time to answer your questions (even when some of them may be frustrating, and I know some of mine were because I did not understand the process) and offer support at the very professional level of an attorney who has much experience in her field. I don't think that I could have, nor would i have wanted to, work with another attorney. I would very highly recommend Stacey as she helped to guide me through one of the hardest times of my life with compassion and support, while not allowing emotions to factor into any decisions. I went to Frank with a very complected situation involving five different issues yet interrelated. (I will of course not go into situation here.) Pretty disappointed in the services received. It took over 2 weeks to get an email response back as a client that paid a retainer. When I did receive a reply, she didn’t even answer my questions or concerns. It was to let me know the case was being dismissed. I had to figure things out myself outside of court, while still checking my email every day for a reply. But don’t worry, I still got charged for the emails.
I wish I would’ve looked at the other website reviews and chose a different person to represent me. I don’t know if I have any confidence in how she would’ve represented me if the case went to trial.

I went to him for a free consultation for a divorce. He shoved a retainer agreement at me and insisted I sign it and hand him $3,000. When I decided not to retain his services he took me to small claims court for $650.00 for his time he spent with me.

I was referred to Dave by a good, trusted friend due to a last minute real estate/family emergency. Since I was frantic, I was not expecting him to even want to take my case. Mr. Savlov jumped in with both feet, so to speak, and took control and immediately called me down, listened intently, and helped me through it beautifully with professionalism and class. His ability to help me stay focused on the legal aspects of my case was miraculous. I highly recommend him to anyone with a crisis (which is usually when we need a lawyer, right?), and expect a focused, attentive and dedicated attorney. I wish I had known of him sooner, and would absolutely call on him again.

I would recommend that anyone with a brain stay away form this guy. He is filled with bad jokes (and himself) and completely screwed up my case to the point that I had to go to someone else. He says he's good friends with the DA so has all kinds of connections. Don't believe a word.

Where to start. I wouldn't recommend Mr Pease to a mouse looking for cheese. About 75% of calls went unanswered and unreturned. 100% of calls from my lender went unanswered and unreturned. After being asked 3 times to double check the property taxes because they seemed high, turned out they were indeed the wrong amount. He was always quick to blame anyone but himself for any issue that was had. Little did he know, I had seen email proof that he was wrong. Overall I've seen more professional fast food workers.

I've used Mr. Pease on several occasions to sell or purchase rental properties and he is by far the most consistent and reasonable real estate attorney I have dealt with. It may take a day or so to get a call back but he is fair with his fees and far more competent than other firms I have dealt with in Central NY.

This man, as mentioned by others, has complete disregard for fathers. I sent 6 emails with no reply and during that time, visited the mother’s residence 3 times. I was finally contacted by him after the judge told him to. He also had a conflict of interest as he knew parties involved on the mother’s side which he did not reveal. This man is unprofessional and has no empathy for a loving father who wants to be with his children which is ironic as he has 5 children of his own. I am disappointed that he was the one to represent my children and ignore their desires to see their father more in his final summation. I pity any father who has him appointed as their children’s law guardian.
