I am a senior executive at a large company here in Orange County. Having received a separation offer from the company, I was looking for an attorney to manage the negotiations and potential claims I had in the case.
Ms. Kim was incredibly responsive, reviewed my separation agreement, and evaluated my case in a thorough and professional manner. She gave me suggestions and ideas as to how to best manage a complex negotiation. The most amazing part is she did all of this without charging me anything. She told me that it did not really make sense to have her get involved in something that I could do myself given the facts in the matter. She helped me tremendously by sharing her legal knowledge and helping me get the best settlement possible.
Any other attorney would have gladly charged me thousands of dollars knowing that in the end the results would be the same. Ms. Kim was honest with me and still took the time to be incredibly helpful. I truly appreciate her efforts and HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to anyone who needs employment law help.
It is very difficult to find an employment lawyer who will represent employees. Most of the large firms only want to deal with employers because of the continuing revenue stream. Ms. Kim is a tremendous exception. There are lots of "ambulance chasers" who will tell you they will represent you in an employment law matter, but they are all contingency based and only want to talk if they think they can make significant dollars off of your case.
I found Ms. Kim to be honest, knowledgeable, and acted in my best interests instead of her own. That is a rare find in the law profession these days and I am truly appreciative to her for her help. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a good employment lawyer.

Susan took my case to help me with permanent residdency/adjustment of status. I knew that my bankruptcy proceeding was going to be more complicated than most, so I wanted to make sure that I found an attorney who was a fully versed expert in the law and who was also a consummate professional. By my definition, a true “professional” not only has the requisite specialized skills; they also have a passion for their work and a compassion for their clients, which allows them to listen and understand.

Granted. Now I don't have to hire another atty to file Motion to vacate my previous conviction at my cost.

I cannot recommend Andres Ortiz enough! He was able to keep my Father from getting deported despite an extensive and complicated criminal history. A case highly challenging that no other immigration attorney dared to undertake. I consulted and hired the wrong immigration attorneys until my colleague and good friend (also an immigration attorney and previously a USCIS employee) suggested Andres Ortiz. She told me that “If Andres can’t help you, then nobody can”. Andres quickly rose and surpassed all expectations. The case lasted approximately four (4) years and although Andres moved law firms to ultimately opening his own practice, he always maintained us informed and up to date on my Father’s case. We never once felt that Andres was unresponsive or unsure on the progression of the case. Andres ensured we were kept up to date on new applicable case law that could assist our case and ensured we were thoroughly prepared for all court hearings, especially when rendering testimony. Furthermore, Andres was exceptionally prepared at all court hearings, a quality I have personally witnessed often lacking in other Immigration attorneys. Andres was so meticulously prepared at all court hearings to the extent the Immigration Judges would thank him for his exceptional work. Our entire family if forever grateful to Andres for helping us keep our Father with his family. I highly recommend Andres to all family, friends and general public. I want to recognize the excellent experience we had with Megan Moghtaderi and her team. We had a situation where we needed a loan to the family trust in order to avoid triggering higher property taxes under Proposition 19, and we needed assistance with finalizing the distribution of the trust assets. We had been working with a previous attorney who was unable to complete the job, and time was of the essence.
Megan and her team obtained and reviewed the files from the previous attorney, worked with the loan company on a rush basis to calculate the distribution schedule and loan amount, facilitated the property transfer, filed the documentation with the assessor, and provided the documentation needed for taxes and beneficiary distribution.
Megan was clearly experienced and professional in handling this type of work, and was very patient and responsive to numerous emails and phone calls throughout the process. She was instrumental in finalizing the trust situation for us.

Seth was communicative and clear, he always made me feel comfortable with the progression of my case and "broke it down" so I didn't feel like any lawyer-ese was too dense. The most difficult part was waiting for dates to come due to COVID delays, but Seth and his team made it pretty painless. I highly recommend this lawyer to all my family and close friends. I had to higher Richard another lawyer because my previous one completely miss informed me on my case which made everything worse even leading up to me having a warrant! I needed someone ASAP!! Luckily I found Richard Wynn through a recommendation from another friend. He set everything right and even got rid of my warrant.
