My name is Omar ,
On October, 2016 I got a DUI , I was very worried and scared because I’ve never had any prior history on my record. I had no idea where to start. The day after I got my DUI I called so many attorneys and Among them, Natalia Matusik was the only person I truly felt very comfortable with to handle my case.
A few days later she took my case and I Can’t be more happy and thankful of the outcome and all her valuable help. She represented me in a courteous and professional way.
She was very informative,cooperative and reachable via phone, text, e-mail and even person to person at all time. She met with me to study my case and to inform me of all my rights and responsibilities. Then she examined all possible outcomes and informed me of ways to fight my case in court.
A few months later she managed to reached an agreement with the District attorney and the judge to downgrade my criminal charges to what might have been a DUI into a Dry Reckless charge.
I would definitely recommend her to anyone dealing with this or any case, she took the stress out of dealing with this unfortunate event in my life and I look forward to getting her help once again in order to finish my probation early.

I had found myself at odds with my former employer. I had no idea where to begin and the Labor Department was not as informative as I hoped it would be. I was stressed, confused and restless. I've known Jenna and her family for a number of years. I have known her to be interesting, funny and informed on many topics. I needed to have my will, Health directive and trust re-worked to better reflect my current needs. She took my old documents and agreed with me to the re-write because several laws have also changed over the years. She called and e-mailed me with questions, discussed possibilities and then produced the draft in a timely manner. I looked everything over and then we met for her to answer any remaining questions that I had.
Since I do not speak "legal-eese", I had many questions. She explained everything fully and to my complete satisfaction, without making me feel uninformed. We were then able to complete the documentation and I expect the final documents soon.

Our non-profit was in tax trouble and suspended by the Secretary of State. We also had a patron that wanted their donation back. This attorney resolved all of it and returned the balance of our initial retainer. She resolved the issue with the patron over dinner and got us a compromise offer for our tax troubles. She was tough and gave us great advice about letting go of our Executive Director which was better for us in the long run. We are healthier today as an organization and even though she will not join our Board of Directors, we admire her and would recommend her if your having compliance issues.

My husband and i used Michele Dobson Wilson for the preparation of our Living Trust that that was somewhat complicated. Michele was very professional, extremely knowledgeable on these types of legal documents, answered all of our questions, and made recommendations.

My family and I lost a loved one at the hands of a nursing home while she was recovering from an illness. We realize falls happen as people begin to age but this incident happened to have a witness. When we found out what happened we were devastated and decided to take action. We did not want this to happen to another family. We consulted Lanzone Morgan and Reza Sobati was assigned to our case. He “dug in” right away to contact witnesses and take depositions. We were impressed with his dedication, knowledge, and commitment. He was always available to answer our questions and made me aware of any updates in the case. There were a few meetings when the other side offered a pittance for this tragedy but Reza did not play their game. Early on I asked what he thought this case was worth and he gave me a range. In the end Reza got us the very top of the range he had quoted years before. This was not an easy task to deal with. Reza took it out of our hands so that we could mourn the loss of our beloved. I own a small software consultancy and we ran into a significant problem with a client that required outside legal support. While we've engaged with many legal teams in the past, this was the first time that we needed a litigation firm that had technical experience.
When I reached out to his firm, Charles immediately shared his personal contact information. They explained that they did not use paralegals to contact clients but only for drafting paperwork, so when you speak to them, you always speak directly to an attorney. They explained their billing procedures and ultimately provided detailed billing statements, both of which which were marked changes from prior experiences. They requested a reasonable retention amount up front and sent a bill each month to replenish any used amounts.
Throughout the process, Charles was both a brilliant tactician as well as a bold negotiator. He provided a strikingly accurate analysis of the situation and suggested a well-reasoned course of action. His plan was bold and flawlessly executed. There were points where I second-guessed his judgement, and he turned out to be correct at each stage.
It was a remarkable process. Charles suggested that I draft responses to each of the proceedings, and then he completely rewrote them. A few potentially inflammatory things he would take out, and instead insert absolutely stunning rejoinders. In many ways, law is a battle of words, and Charles has a marvelous precision and complete mastery of caselaw, legal precepts, and the English language.
I've never worked with such a quality attorney and only rarely with a man of such integrity. Each side was probably ready to go to trial, but as Charles pointed out, trial is often a case of diminishing returns where only the lawyers get rich. This litigator advised against litigation.
Once appropriate actions were taken, Charles contacted me and suggested refunding the still-substantial balance remaining in the retainer account. The very next day, I received a check via overnight mail with a nice note attached with a full refund and a final, incredibly detailed statement.
Things transpired exactly as Charles had predicted. It's certainly not that he took a lucky guess; he's more of a chess player and psychologist, and knew exactly what pressure to exert in the right place. The other side would have to choose our desired outcome because that was the desired outcome for them as well.
I'm pleased to have come to know him through this process. Charles, simply, is an amazing lawyer, a brilliant strategist, and a man of honor and integrity. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Henry "Hank" LaTorraca is an extremely competent and caring attorney. Hank aggressively represents his clients in litigation matters. I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Naylor for the past 13 years on different cases.
I first contacted Mr. Naylor shortly after my husband suffered a work related injury while working as a formen on the waterfront. Sadly our case escalated from a work comp. injury to a wrongful death case within days and needless to say, reaching a settlemet not just with the employer but with one of the big three auto manufacturers took time.

Stuart represented me with integrity and due diligence....Although my wife tried every trick in the book,Stuart was able able to find ways around it...He found case law etc and went the extra mile ,,He is very resourceful, responsive, low key when he needs to be yet unflappable and persistent when representing my interests. I had an ex-girlfriend who was stalking me and making my life miserable. One day, she was banging on my door for hours. When I tried to leave, she chased me in her car and ended up rear ending me. I got out of my car and was trying to pull her keys out of her ignition and some witnesses saw that and called the police. They arrested me for felony domestic violence. I hired attorney Joel Hoffman and he immediately called the court and had it reduced to a misdemeanor. At the hearing, he was able to have the charges further reduced to misdemeanor trespass with minimal fines and no jail time which I was very happy to accept, considering what it could have been. This was a very stressful time for me since I had never been arrested before in my life but Mr. Hoffman really helped me through the whole nerve racking process. His fees were very reasonable as well. I highly recommend Attorney Joel Hoffman.

I have worked with James a few times in the past on work related to medical cannabis. I have also had the exciting experience to see James in an actual trial. Here's how it basically went down: the prosecution was dumbfounded by James's preparedness and quick thinking, resulting in the Judge dismissing the case on grounds that the prosecution was basically unprepared.
