Mr. Fuiaxis and his paralegal Margaret did an absolutely incredible job helping my client close on a 1-bedroom condo for $599,000 in Astoria. Margaret was always available to talk when I needed her and I truly appreciate that. They really went above and beyond in looking out for my client's interests especially since the deal was quite complex involving owner financing and took longer than normal to close.
