James Murtha is simply the best. He answered all my questions, and got right to work on my case. I felt at ease like I was in good hands from the minute I called him. Even when I knew I was being a pest he was professional and put my mind at ease. When we got to court he made minced meat of my lying no good tenants and their lawyer. I called Mr Murtha after hours tonight and he graciously answered his phone. I told him of some threats my landlord made regarding my departure from my apartment and not getting my deposit returned. Mr Murtha clearly explained my rights and put me at ease, knowing i would not need his services but at the same time still treating me like a long standing client. Not all Landlord Tenant lawyers fight for the tenant, James Murtha does. I strongly recommend is services to anyone on Long Island that needs help.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mr. Coleman. I found him through my employer ARAG legal insurance plan, and I cannot emphasize enough what a blessing finding him was. At the time I found him, I had become quite disillusioned and disappointed by attorneys, but the way he fearlessly and tirelessly advocated for me while at all times being upfront and honest renewed my faith in the profession. He was confident, bold, eloquent, diligent, hard-working, and very kind and personable. And most importantly he was honest, with reasonable fees, and at all times impressed me by always maintaining the highest standards professionalism and ethics.
If any one has the unfortunate circumstance of needing a personal injury attorney, I cannot imagine hiring a better advocate for your cause. My dad passed away in 2023. It was one of the hardest years of my life. When I decided to sell his home I was worried how things would be handle since I'm 8 hours away. I have been using diamond law group since 2018, for numerous real estate transactions, and they have always been organized, prompt, and customer first oriented.
I happen to also be a mortgage loan officer, so I have worked with many many companies professionally on a day to day basis but I always go back to Diamond Law Group for my personal real estate transactions.
If you need their services, the only mistake would be not calling them. Their quick responses are shocking in a day and age where other companies leave you asking for a follow-up.

I was lucky to get Angela Starr to help me get custody and visitation with my 4 kids. I needed someone who was tough and would not allow the mother to get away with lying to the court. Before Mrs. Starr was on the case, the judge would always take my kids mothers side. Once I got Mrs. Starr, everything changed. She was my attorney for the last 3 years and she was tough in court. She fought for me to get joint custody and to see my kids without having a stranger in the room watching everything I did. I dont care what anybody else's experience was, without Mrs. Starr I would still be fighting just to see my kids.

I needed my settlement money after a bad accident. Jennifer Leahy promised to help me, but she never did. Her receptionist made excuses for her, and keep me hanging for over a year. Finally I had to take the case somewhere else. She is not trustworty.

I hired Ms Leahy to represent me in a case where I had been left completely disabled. I hired her as she promised to aggressively litigate my case.
Ms. Leahy did the opposite, in four years she collected not a single document from a single doctor who I had seen.
She delayed the case by adjourning her appearances over twenty times.
She did not return phone calls or emails for status updates. As a final insult she removed herself on the eve of trial.
I would strongly suggest any other attorney to represent you. The list of promises she made to me to hire her were extensive- she only delayed my case four years and left me in an impossible position limiting my recovery to a fraction of the lawsuit.

am disgusted by Rand Schwartz If I could leave 0 stars I would. I acquired Rand as a divorce attorney, he charged me 4k and said he would help me being that he worked on my accident case a few years back, little did I know it was going to be the worst experience in my life. Rand hit me with a bunch of hidden charges two years later. I am currently on workmancIomp. He charged me $2500 on top of taking my 4k from the beginning. I thought I could trust him and he took advantage of me. Never trust a lawyer/lier. He had the nerve to say to me when I get back to work I can pay him. Please stay away from this attorney he has no sympathy for his clients. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! I HAVE BROUGHT BUSINESS TO THIS LAW FIRM AND THIS IS THE THANKS I GET!!!!

I hired Rand to deal with a separation that involved a foreclosure and credit debt. Rand was insightful and compassionate, calm and professional. Brian drew up divorce papers for me and never filed with the courts. I went to the courts and did a search. NOT IN THE SYSTEM. He took my payment in full and when I inquired of the status of my divorce he said he'd look into it. Signed paper in February of 2017, last email responded to was in July 2017. All communications since then have not been acknowledged. I have send registered letters, emails, phone calls, texts. The worst part is this man is an old friend of a friend of mine. I can only imagine how he treats clients that are not referred to him by friends.
