Rich was amazing! I had gotten a DUI, just about the dumbest mistake I could have ever made. Rich was honest with me from the gate. He was very informative and kind while dealing with me and my case. He walked me through the entire process calming my nerves the entire time. Always answered my calls, texts, and emails. He was friendly and professional. Rich was great. He explained everything clearly. He told me from the beginning he could not promise me anything, but he would use every option possible to keep me out of jail. We ended doing an open plea and Rich spoke on behalf about who I was, and why I did not deserve jail. The Judge listen and agreed with Rich. I am very thankful for everything he did for me.

Rich never believed in me… I wasn’t a felon before he made me sign a deal that I didn’t want to.. now he made me sign a deal for 21 to 58 months and I wasn’t on probation and I got a drug dealing charge without selling it to a C.I .! I believe that I would have probably received a better deal with a public defender than with him . He charged me 8,500 to go up state anyway. I am an addict, NOT A DRUG DEALER! Not to mention I’m a single father to my 12 yr old daughter her whole life! Which now I have to leave to be with family. I needed rehabilitation NOT incarceration!!!

Early 2019 Amanda didn’t offer to meet her new client(me) before the case, didn’t contact me before that morning, showed up for my hearing late, did not introduce herself, was completely unprepared, and seemed lost during the case being heard in front of the judge, responses seemed uneducated. Still waiting for the return of my retainer ???

Kevin and his Associates namely Patrick were amazing to work with and a God send to us I. Our time of need. They especially had to work even harder during Covid 19 to make a safe way to put our troubles to a smooth and safe finish. They were caring and understanding to our personal situation in the health and well being of our son who was hit by a car. The monies they were able to retrieve are so important to our son’s new normal, new beginning. He was able to rectify medical bills as well and help us to find a way to put his monies in safe keeping of a special needs trust so he had safe access to his funds for his needs, while maintaining his forever life changing needs that will be met by assistance now and long after his monies run out. My daughter was in a car accident. A family member told us about Kevin. He had helped them . I called his office. His staff was professional and caring .I asked for a family meeting. Due to the accident we did not have a car. We were going to take public transportation. When Kevin called to set up the meeting I told him we would all have to take public transportation. Patrick called me and wanted to represent me in my worker’s compensation case. He said I had a great case. Most of the work wAs done by Laura, his associate. She wears very nice. The first inkling that he was lacking was that he forgot to obtain a court reporter for my deposition with the insurance company’s lawyer. Mr Hickey sent me to a “pill mill” for treatment and therapy for a rotator cuff tear. Medical care was poor and caused my pain to increase due to their failure to diagnose a compression fracture in my thoracic spine. After 6 months Mr. Hickey said we had to settle and the most he could get me was $10,000.

Deborah represented me in an adoption case. She was absolutely horrible. Saying she was unresponsive was an understatement. She went a year without one response. She took thousands of dollars and accomplished absolutely nothing. We were only able to recoup a minimal amount. It was highway robbery. Mostly, she simply did not know what she was doing. When I hired a new attorney, things went smoothly and we were able to complete the adoption. Unfortunately, the cost was much more than it should have been. Please spare yourself and look elsewhere.

We knew nothing when our parents died within 5 months of each other. My friend recommended Joan because she had helped her family. I am so pleased she did. Her fee was a percentage of the estate or an hourly rate. The choice was mine. As executor and not a resident of PA I had no idea what to file or what to advertise. I could do as much or as little as I wanted Joan would fill in the gaps. I could handle the bookkeeping but not how it got together for the estate. Joan consulted with an accountant which we could hire or not. My parents never shared ANY of their finances with us. What I thought was a simple estate turned into to a mystery tour thru the unknown and soon discovered sources, this included a broker, no estate planning, at least 5 banks , a real mess. Joan guided me thru everything and took the reins when needed. I am so glad she was there and she has become a friend. Now getting her to send us a bill was another story. I still don't think she charged us enough for the lawyer stuff and the medation between the siblings and spouses. The assets have been sold and equally distributed, so we are done soon. Parents in urned
together in Arlington National. Tax returns filed for State and Federal,we hired her accountant and were very pleased the estate even paid for the beneficiaries tax obligations to be prepared. I am very pleased with everything . I will soon be moving back to PA and will be doing some legal work with Joan and our accountant Steve.

Katherine guided me through a long drawn out divorce (over 2 years), involving two children. She was absolutely both Professional & Pleasant the entire time. The only reason I gave her 4 stars and not 5 is; at times I felt she could of been more proactive at touching base, and letting me know where we stood.
