He could care less about the case or do I g what is right. He accepted a payment from me and then withdrew as my attorney weeks prior to court, do to my inability to give him an additional $5,000 retainer. He had already charged me $8000+ and had accomplished nothing.

Glenn worked with me to help get custody of my children. He discussed all aspects of the case and made sure I knew everything that could and couldn’t happen. Was his rate higher than some other lawyers? Sure-but he fought for me twice as hard as my other lawyers had in the past. I promise, his value far exceeds his rate. Hire him. You won’t regret it. And I am saying that after my case did not go the way I wish it had.

I have used Glenn for a few years ... yes, years. I am a single father to an only child and my ex and I have equal custody; but as these things go, as she has aged and life has become more about power and control (and gasp, money), I found myself increasingly defending myself against frivolous claims ... not wanting to lawyer-up for simple paperwork, I'd prepare all of my own documents and then use the one-hour consulting offer from Glenn to make sure I wasn't going to make a bad mistake. After a couple of years, and dealing with an onslaught of legal filings, I bit the bullet and decided to go the "retainer" route with Glenn and his practice ... figured it was worth the cost to make all of the aggravation and emotions someone else's problem. It was well worth it as I was able to relax knowing I had someone very professional, experienced and competent taking care of everything for me ... I can't say I "won" but I certainly didn't lose and my life (and my child's) are so much better with all of this behind us ... and all of this is because I trusted Glenn and his firm. We have two more years until my child turns 18, and while I hope I never have to see Glenn again, I won't hesitate retaining him again if ever I find the need!

Has a "Badass Rep", she will act like she is tough & there to fight for you. That is a very overcharged ACT. She will definitely charge you a ton, and do NOTHING for the money. "Trial Fee", does not mean Trial either, and if you did do a trial & the doc then you would be in for 10,000 of thousands more for her to do little to nothing. If you want to pay an attorney to work hard for the other team, this is definitely your person. If you want to pay out the rear to ensure that you get treated like dirt, no communication, & even less empathy in a terrible situation, this is your person. If you want a manipulative human that only wants to demand what she believes, & not listen to what you want or what you desire & not stand up for you in anyway, this is your person. She is not at all timely with her responses, they can go for days or weeks without answer. She will not show for meetings that have been scheduled, and not give a reason. You will not be addressed until approximately 3 days before any of your trials or hearings, & then at that time you will be overwhelmed & rushed to get the information that is needed. Heaven help you if you don't have the additional funds, even if you have to sell your soul you better come up with the money, or else, her unqualified skills will become even less helpful to you. This lawyer ensured that walking through Hell was every bit of how it should be, the worst, and ensured you got absolutely nothing for your efforts in your family. Don't bother with the auto response, it would amount to anything anyway.

Was blunt, unhelpful and cut me off during the final part of the very brief couple minute initial discussion we had, clearly seeing me as a waste of his time, and said "I've got to run", in the middle of me speaking. Couldn't allow for any final professional closure of our conversation and had to interject with I've got to go. Not very cordial or professional way to deal with a potential client. I felt like I was a waste of his time from the moment I started speaking to him. He never seemed to want to take the time to understand what was going on from the very beginning. Would not recommend his services based on my first impression.

I needed to do a will and powers of attorney after my divorce. I found Mr. Udall to be extremely patient with my many questions, issues, and taking the effort to understand my personal situation and concerns. He took his valuable time with me, and never gave me the impression that I was on a fast-ticking time clock. He was prompt on returning my calls and provided all completed paperwork on the exact date he had arranged with me. He impressed me tremendously, and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone.

I was hit with an erroneous protective order from my soon to be ex wife after I filed for divorce. I was devastated as I always maintained a spotless record. After hiring another attorney, I was hoping to get this Order of Protection quashed. 3 days before my hearing, this other attorney suddenly withdrew from counsel as there was a conflict of interest that they overlooked. I was terrified and by pure chance, I was given Eve's number from someone who works in the same building my office is in. Even took my case on such a short notice and her team worked tirelessly for the next day and a half to help build my defense for the pending hearing. At the hearing, Eve was the reason the hearing went in my favor. Her knowledge of the law and her plan of action worked so well that my wife actually ending up admitting in court that no harm was ever done to her! As painful as the divorce has been, I owe so much thanks to Eve for the peace of mind I feel today. Thank you so much Eve. I will gladly recommend you to everyone I know. You are truly an amazing attorney!!

I have no words for how amazing Stephanie is! If you are looking for someone who will get the job done, Stephanie is who you want on your team. Stephanie advocated for our family and our children. She listened to us, and I mean really listened to us. We ended up with the best case scenario in our court case after years of work and documentation. Stephanie looked at EVERY piece of evidence after coming into our court case after we were already five years in, and she knew our case like she was living it with us. Stephanie is empathetic, always professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. Like many court cases there was a lot of tension between parties and she managed it all so well and professionally. 10/10 recommend! If you are newly looking for legal services, are getting nowhere with your current case, or just feel lost, Stephanie is who you need!

This lawyer was hired for a motor vehicle accident in which I was severely injured. Gunn allowed this case to drag on and on and on for over three years! His representation for me on this case was terminated. When my new lawyer was reviewing the case to acquaint himself with it since he was coming onto the case midstream, we learned that Gunn missed important dates, deadlines, etc., for filing papers with the court, missed deadlines for depositions and various other extremely important deadlines, we almost lost the case! My new lawyer had to file a lot of motions and other legal papers in order to bring my case back up to a viable status. Gunn's failure to properly and adequately represent me in this case nearly caused the case to be dismissed and/or lost. As time passed, we learned that he has done this same thing to several other clients. Be careful. Save yourself many headaches and find yourself someone who will truly have your best interest at heart.

Disappointing, I was blamed for "changing your mind" and when I confronted Alison about the nearly 2 years it took when we accomplished nothing she offered to write up a judicial complaint for me to file against the judge. Emails went ignored, then I get a bill for $60/per email since I terminated the firm. Never met anyone from the firm, despite multiple attempts to come conference in person, meet in person, never once did I step food in their office. I called them last summer letting them know that im looking for a lawyer to talk about filing BK, and they lady told me that she can take my name and number, and have someone give me a call back back. i had given her that info and within 5 min Morgan McCain called me back asking me what was going on. i was able to explain what had happen and he invited me in to the office. Meeting the Mr. McCain was extremely professional, we sat down in his office and came up with a game plain to file Chapter 7 BK. a week later the paper work was ready to be filed. we were able to get a court date quick and about 30 days later we go to court and all my debt was discharge. If you're looking for an attorney that will return your call, and communicate and work with you and fight for you. We paid our retainer in full and UP FRONT and have been blown off. Our phone messages go unanswered, our emails go unreturned. When we call for his assistant "Jen" we get a routine response of "she just stepped into a meeting". We feel we were given faulty information during our consultation which has led us to an additional financial consequence of $2,000.00. An absolute failure on customer service. An absolute failure on knowledge and guidance. Creditors DON'T CARE what your attorney tells you, especially if it's incorrect information. During our consult I did explain to him the reason that I had contacted an attorney was because I could not get the other side's insurance to communicate with me at the end of the consult he told me that I would still need to try contacting them on my own and would not be doing that for me or helping me with that. I was a client of Roger Wrights Law firm. I was attempting to get back $50,000 from a contractor that did not perform any work for us. After giving Roger well over $10,000 he wasn't able to get us any money back because the contractor filled bankruptcy. He said that we should have been able to get the $10,000 bond at the very least. Later the contractor started doing business again same name and everything - so Roger said he should be able to get the money back for under $5000. So I gave him $5000. After that was gone and he wanted more money I said we couldn't afford anymore so he said he would do the rest on contingency so I let him proceed. Now he is garnishing my wages and emptying my bank account because he filed a lawsuit for unpaid legal fees. I took him at his word that he would take his fees from what he was able to collect if anything. Now I had to close my business and I'm about to get evicted because of him.

For ongoing services, businesses might pay a monthly fee for a set number of hours or services.

Highly experienced lawyers may charge higher fees.
    • Geographic Location:
Legal fees can vary significantly by region or city.
    • Additional Expenses:

  • Estimating Total Costs:
Request a detailed fee agreement outlining all potential costs.
Discuss any additional expenses that may arise during the case.
