I did not hire Craig as my attorney - he was filling in for my attorney who had a conflict the same day of my hearing. Craig was a blessing in disguise! I met Craig over the phone 5 days before my hearing, I was nervous and anxious over the fact that my attorney (the one I hired) would not be at my hearing, but after speaking to Craig, my anxieties and doubts were put to rest. The morning of my hearing, Craig was at the courthouse before I even arrived there. He had every single document I had sent to him, neatly organized and walked me through what would happen. My hearing lasted longer than we anticipated, but Craig was professional and calm the entire time. I walked out of the hearing with very favorable results and really walked out the winner - not only because my motion was granted, but because I had an attorney by my side who represented me magnificently. I did not think that I needed an attorney, until I was sued . Raul was referred to me by a friend . When I contacted him , he was able to schedule an appointment with me the very next day. After I hired Raul he did not waste any time , just jumped into action. He took a case that seem like a sure loss for me, and turned it into me feeling that I actually had a chance to win. Sara Jackson has provided me with excellent service with the U.S Immigration applications and processes involving my Brazilian mother and sister. The Immigration service requires a very complex details and long list of forms to U.S Citizen like me that can be very confusing because of unfamiliar terminology and many of countless Rules and Regulations of U.S Immigration Services.

Recently we had some unfortunate luck with water damage in our home. This would be the first claim I have ever made as a homeowner for over 12 years. I thought it should be a simple process; obvious water damage, we did what was needed to stop it, and file a claim. Boy was I wrong. I am so glad I was introduced to Justin prior and that I called him when dealing with this ordeal. Turns out the insurance company has been nothing great to deal with and I would never have been able to do it alone. The insurance co. tried to even have my wife sign papers that would deny the claim. If Justin wasn't there at the time she would have signed away since the representative from the insurance company told her she must sign. You have rights as a policyholder and I would recommend to never go through a large claim process without the help of an attorney. An adjuster is one thing but what happens when it goes to court(as ours has)? Justin has been there for my family throughout the whole process and I would definitely recommend him.

We had an issue with the DBPR and contacted Mrs. Fuhrman for her assistance. We may have been in jeopardy of losing our license on a technicality. Words can’t express how satisfied I am of Mr. Daniel Tibbit’s expertise. My son was sentenced to 50yrs in prison. I was looking for someone to represent him and get the sentence vacated. I was sent to him by a friend. We met and I liked his demeanor. It went from there. I didn’t bother him much but when anything change he kept me up to date. I only bothered him when Javaris asked me have I spoke to him. Then the court proceedings started, we had a few continuous but nevertheless he was always ready. In January Mr. Daniel J Tibbit was able to present the facts that got the 50yr sentence vacated. So now we had the probation violation to deal with, so were back in court on the 26 of March at 8:30 a.m. Proceedings started and the Judge asked a few questions as to a plea we wanted time served, the judge asked how many year left and it was 3 yrs and he said I’ll do 2 yrs 1 year early termination. Our family was there for support we yelled with joy of the verdict. Now my son is home with family and friends. I am forever grateful. Thank you Daniel for everything and for never wavering. Heaven sent us an angel. When God is in the mist of everything all things are possible . Thanks to the man behind my sons freedom. Mr. Valentine is an excelent lawyer and really knows what he is doing. He charges a reasonable price compared to other lawyers that tried to rip me off. I had warrants for traffic tickets and owed about $800 in tickets and he got it all removed for me. I also had some other charges which he helped me clear up without doing a lot of jail time like most lawyers were telling me. I really liked how he told me exactly what was going to happen instead of "I do not really iknow its up to the judge." which is what other lawyers would say. I highly reccomend him to anyone. He is also a very nice person and gets back to you promptly and does not leave you waiting for answers. He will be my lawyer from now on.

I met Mrs. Grass in 2012 while going through a dispute in my First marriage. She took my case and started working on it diligently. A week later I had a tremendous issue with my second wife, she was trying to take my daughter away from me back to her country. It was a Friday afternoon and my wife was leaving the country the very next day when I found out. Mrs. Grass acted quickly and prevented her from taking my kid.
On the upcoming weeks after that and retaliating against me my wife made false accusation and sue three times. Mrs. Grass, as she always does, took it personally and dismissed all three cases.
In 2006 again I needed her for a divorce and then a tremendous issue I had with my son in the criminal matter. As always she assisted me and also found great criminal layers to defend my son.
She has always taken my cases personally and showed extreme care like only family member would do. I was so lucky and I truly believe it was God that placed her in my way, to assist me with so many troubles I had these last 6 years, with compassion, positive attitude knowledge and professionalism.
Many of the professionals out there of her piers already know her and when they are on the other side, they know what they are up against.

Kathy will remember your case by hard and she is honest in regards to billing. There are some lawyers that do not even remember your name and while your are refreshing your mind they are charging you - not fair. Kathy is very fair in regards to billing, she will take care of you and she replies emails immediately. You need this lawyer.
