After researching for few days and contacting few attorneys, I chose Scott to represent me for two traffic violations tickets. I am glad I made the right choice. It took few months but finally he was able to get my tickets dismissed.
I was very concerned about these tickets but he was very patient through this process. I sent him multiple emails in last few months for updates. He responded within 24 hours each time. I highly recommend him.

I had to file BK back in 2009, it was one of the most devastating things I have ever had to do, but my husband became sick and I just could not do it anyone, I meet Richard Zirt and he explained the whole entire process to me and held my hand through the entire process within 6 months I was already released of all my debts and it was done. Richard has since has continued to be there for us and even after 5 years and at times something comes up and I have to call him, he always answers my questions and still get involved if he has to if I need him to . He has a great secretary name Patti who is always there for you when he is not around or in court. I promise you that you will not find an better attorney to handle your Bankruptcy case.

I called many lawyers before I ultimately hired Eric for a high- speed I received in Upstate NY. Unlike many traffic lawyers I discussed my speeding ticket, Eric had a unique defense in my case. Tim Havas lacks the demeanor and respect to work with self-respecting individuals who appreciate direct and honest communication. He speaks in ambiguities to skirt accountability on basic clerical and referential faculties nonspecific to your case. If you don't simply listen to him and take it he will take an aggressive and belittling rhetorical style to come back to you as just another number in his coinflip of a legal practice.
Those in need of public aid deserve better and there are many options out there, an attorney should never make you feel unheard, speak nonspecifically to you about the logistics of your case, or not be able to handle basic secretarial and service standards constantly expected from the working class defendants he supports with local tax money.
Sullivan County is victim to outdated Boomer legal and carceral practices on both sides of the bench and the leader of this group, Tim Havas, is just another cog in an inequitable county system that preys on the least fortunate and medically dependent individuals in the community.
I appreciated and felt heard by the Attorneys who spoke with me in the Sullivan County Jail, as well as the staff of COs, Social Workers, and Nurses who helped me through my stay. The disconnect is with those in Havas Group who represented me in court not relaying the information I shared with the other attorneys in jail, and Tim Havas in his communication style with myself and multiple members of my family.
Your taxes pay for these services and whether or not you are charged with a conviction you should expect decency always, but especially when dealing with legal matters that may have a serious impact on your future. Sullivan County and the people who live here deserve better, public aid is important to all of us and our community will improve when we hold the dominant institutions and practices here accountable to their constituents and the American Spirit of Freedom & Equality for all.

Was assigned to my children by the court and did not listen to their wishes. After going on a whole soliloquy telling them about how she would "fight for whatever they wanted. Even if it was ice cream for dinner" she did not, infact, fight for her clients. They told her verbally and through texts multiple times what they wanted. She went along with whatever the judge wanted instead. Now they are doing poorly in school for the first time ever, and having behavioral problems. They felt like she abandoned them and she helped to traumatize children for her own agenda. (Whatever that is, I can only guess is being a judge's lapdog)
She's also unprofessional, she only followed up with them at the very last minute during the case: litterally the morning of. She never responded to their texts or returned their phone calls. They were so hopeful that she would help them. They don't understand why she didn't fight for them, but they definitely know that she didn't because she never responded to their texts or phone calls.
Do not use this lawyer if you're looking for someone who actually fights for you or your children. She severely lacks a backbone and listening comprehension skills .

Mark represented me for my workers compensation case. Recently I have been having a lot of issue with them. I called Mark and took weeks to hear back.
