After researching for few days and contacting few attorneys, I chose Scott to represent me for two traffic violations tickets. I am glad I made the right choice. It took few months but finally he was able to get my tickets dismissed.

I had to file BK back in 2009, it was one of the most devastating things I have ever had to do, but my husband became sick and I just could not do it anyone, I meet Richard Zirt and he explained the whole entire process to me and held my hand through the entire process within 6 months I was already released of all my debts and it was done. Richard has since has continued to be there for us and even after 5 years and at times something comes up and I have to call him, he always answers my questions and still get involved if he has to if I need him to . He has a great secretary name Patti who is always there for you when he is not around or in court. I promise you that you will not find an better attorney to handle your Bankruptcy case.

I called many lawyers before I ultimately hired Eric for a high- speed I received in Upstate NY. Unlike many traffic lawyers I discussed my speeding ticket, Eric had a unique defense in my case. He is also a lawyer where I got my ticket, so he knew the court system well. Needless to say, I got a favorable resolution, more than I could have possibly ask for! Was assigned to my children by the court and did not listen to their wishes. After going on a whole soliloquy telling them about how she would "fight for whatever they wanted. Even if it was ice cream for dinner" she did not, infact, fight for her clients. They told her verbally and through texts multiple times what they wanted. She went along with whatever the judge wanted instead. Now they are doing poorly in school for the first time ever, and having behavioral problems. They felt like she abandoned them and she helped to traumatize children for her own agenda. (Whatever that is, I can only guess is being a judge's lapdog)
She's also unprofessional, she only followed up with them at the very last minute during the case: litterally the morning of. She never responded to their texts or returned their phone calls. They were so hopeful that she would help them. They don't understand why she didn't fight for them, but they definitely know that she didn't because she never responded to their texts or phone calls.
Do not use this lawyer if you're looking for someone who actually fights for you or your children. She severely lacks a backbone and listening comprehension skills .

Mark was the greatest, most caring Attorney! He got me the best help, the best surgeon in New York. I had a spinal fusion which was scary. Mark represented me for my workers compensation case. Recently I have been having a lot of issue with them. I called Mark and took weeks to hear back. Then suddenly about three weeks ago he called me and had a hearing about my case. He had no idea what was going on, what the issues were and stated he would call me later that day with update. My husband was appointed Mr. Schick for his defense in 1992. He has been wrongfully imprisoned for murder in New York state since November of 1992. But before unraveling the issues and facts, I ask you : Do you feel secure in your liberty and justice knowing that the following circumstances exist to deprive people of their freedom and lives ?
There was a trial, but the Legal Aid defense attorney who handles the case made no meaningful defensive investigation. Angry at my husbands refusal to accept a plea deal for a crime he did not do, Legal Aid worked to prevent an effective defense.
Identification procedures were found by the court to have been " certainly suggestive" but allowed. Indications of misidentification at key points are indicated, but ignored. Over a dozen police reports, and accounts from at least four additional witnesses are being withheld by the prosecution. Also, crucial evidence such as the deceased's leather jacket, pants. underwear, boots and socks, as well as hospital x-rays, autopsy photos, weapons, and blood samples are absent or not being disclosed by the prosecution. These and other indications of evidence manipulation went unchallenged and ignored by Legal Aid.
The jury itself was unfair and biased. Prejudicial evidence suppressed by the court nevertheless reached the jury without the courts knowledge. On record, Legal Aid refused to inquire into objections to the unfair jury. On other occasions some jurors maintained their biased intent to view all evidence in favor of guilt.
Some declared their social connections to those prosecuting the case yet were never removed from acting as a jury member . Legal Aid refused to act upon any of this. It is even demonstrated that the Legal Aid attorney, and an intern, both perjured themselves on the stand to prevent my relief in a post-trail issue. But the court chose to protect the attorney's careers and ignore this falseness rather than rule in my favor.
Taken together with other specifics of the case, the unreliable and unjust nature of this New York conviction should be apparent

I tried to contact this lawyer. At first he seemed rude to me. When he contacted me back he seemed better. Still not friendly to me. I requested some idea of how much the service would cost total. He was unwilling to answer. He said something to the effect of there was no ball park amount. I tried asking in a couple of different ways. He said something like we keep going round. He told me at that time he was 300 dollars an hour. I decided to not hire him. I was hoping for some kind of base price.

I became a client of Mr Kelson in 2012 when my wife and I were filing for divorce.. The process should have been fairly simple due to the fact that their were no children involved. I put down a 2500 dollar retainer which I was ok with because he came fairly highly recommended. About a week after putting down my retainer I called to see what progress was being made and my phone call was not returned. I continued to call until I finally got a hold of him about two weeks after the first try and he assured me that he filed the papers with the court. Again after finding it extremely hard to contact him I called the court and there was nothing on file about my divorce. Mr. Kelson flat out lied to me and was certainly avoiding the situation.. Nobody wants a divorce to carry on longer than it needs to so if you are looking for trust, integrity, and due diligence; which all attorney's should possess, stay away from the law office of Zachary D.
