The best way to characterize the work of Brett Green is to share that he has been my attorney for almost a decade now. He was able to guide me through everything from the start up to successes and everything in between. From drawing up standard contracts for protecting myself or my business, or dealing with delicate and intricate legal situations, he manages to be clear and strong while remaining diplomatic and approachable while negotiating and anyone who works in entertainment can tell you, that's not common, nor easy.
He consistently advises us so that we are protected in advance so that we don't get ourselves into legal issues and on the occasion where it's unavoidable he creates a clear path and navigates us through the chaos to where we can understand all of our options. He never encourages us to get into battles we can't win and often times finds a way to mediate and get everyone to the table to agree on terms that they can feel good about.
He's a fantastic lawyer and while he didn't sign up for it, a fantastic personal and business advisor. If you're looking for someone who can really be on your "team" Brett is the guy.

With all the negative rumors and reports about attorneys, I feel compiled to give a positive review on an attorney who is deserving of such. About three weeks ago, I called a friend of mine, who is an attorney, to handle a commercial real estate closing for me. He told me he did not practice this type of law and suggested that I speak to Antonio Reda. I called Antonio and decided to retain him. I cannot emphasize how impressed I was with him!!! He handled everything so professionally, and, so fast, I could not believe it. There were some complications, and, he took charge and remedied them in no time. From the time I first called him, to the actual closing of the property was less than two weeks! His charges were extremely fair and reasonable, especially when you consider how fast he handled everything, and, some extra work that was done. I received my copies of the documents and checks by overnight mail.
As a businessman for nearly 50 years, I cannot recommend Antonio highly enough. If you are looked for a consummate professional, who will not give you a run-a-round, Antonio is the attorney to call.

David Warren, partner at Montalbano, Condon & Frank, PC, in New City, NY, is an excellent litigator who successfully defended me when my ex-husband sought to have my child support obligation to him re-calculated based on his request that my imputed income be increased 250% to nearly $100,000.00. A former stay-at-home mom for over 14 years, I received excellent representation from Mr. Warren who thoroughly prepared me for cross-examination in Court and deftly handled my case with up-to-the-minute knowledge of relevant case law. David Warren knew specifically what information to look for and knew exactly what questions to ask my ex-husband during cross-examination. Mr. Warren was eloquent, efficient, and comprehensive, with complete command of the facts. An excellent communicator, he succinctly and effectively laid out the facts of the case to the judge. Through David's efforts, the case was wrapped up in an extremely timely manner, with an excellent outcome. Zev Goldstein is the firm to use if you have any moving violations. I had a moving violation after driving for 38 years with clean record. I hired Zev Goldstein and sent a letter stating my case and that is all I had to do. They took over the rest of process and I was told I will be notified of results. I did not have to be present on my hearing date as they will be representing me.
In addition, they are very responsive and punctual to reply to my emails and any inquires I had. They are true professionals and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for help and need to hire a prudent smart attorneys to fight for them.
