Mr. Papa was very patient and went well above and beyond the call of duty. He took the time to explain to me sometimes more then three times just to ensure I understood what to expect and what could occur as I am not at all savvy with legal jargon. He was always readily available via phone. If I got his voicemail, he would call me late at night or while on vacation even. He cares. This meant quite a lot to me. He took the time to get to know me as a person, not just a client, and lended the "ear" well beyond what most lawyers do. He understood the person he was representing. I couldn't have asked for better representation. Without thought, I highly recommend Mr. Papa. I was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree, a class C violent felony. I gave a full confession to the crime, even though I didn't really commit it. I'm a Marine Corps veteran of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, who now represents a registered nonprofit, that's focused on serving the at-risk veteran population,all of whom suffer from chronic PTSD symptoms.
Since returning from war, these vets have been forced to fight for every benefit owed to them, by a public that's forgotten the war, and those who fought it. “I served in the Army and saw combat in Vietnam. I developed a service related disability years after my in service toxic exposure to herbicides, including Agent Orange. With my honorable discharge, I applied for Veterans’ Compensation Benefits. The VA denied me service connection for my disability, so I had to hire a lawyer. An excellent lawyer. What impressed me most about Indzonka was her ability to reason with the narcissistic, megalomaniacal judge Kevin J Quaranta. Judge Quaranta, an ambulance chaser by day, country judge by night, has the tendency to mistake his small town judicial robe for a batman cape. Attorney Indzonka achieved the seemingly impossible: she made Quarantana open up his pig-headed ears and actually listen to a word or two she had to say. I wonder if any other attorney, no matter how trivial the case, managed to accomplish such an impossible feat!

I was told by my sister this law firm was the best.
However, I had David Gross at first whom I never met.
I was in a large uncomfortable boot for 8 months after falling, and then had to from have surgery on 3 fractures in my foot, and one that couldn't be operated on.
I also had damage to my discs in my neck and back which could not be fixed.
I had to have a pain management doctor which I went though 20 epidurals up and down my back to help relieve some of my pain in those areas.
I NEVER met David OR my trial attorney, Sharon, in the almost the 5 years of my case.
iNFACT, I never MET ANYONE from that firm in the 5 years.
I just saw a gentlemen in the very beginning that came to my house and agreed to take my case.
It was settled by them without giving me a chance to have a trial or not, and I NEVER GOT A BREAKDOWN OF THEIR EXPENSES.
I ended up getting less than $18,000.00 FOR EACH YEAR OF SEVERE PAIN.
I was told my insurance company took out $20,000.00 for all the expenses they put out during my PAINFUL procedures.
I still am in as much pain as I was in the beginning, and will be left in pain for the rest of my life.
