Dustin Shamburg is an exceedingly hardworking, responsive, and kind man. I contacted his office after receiving a DUI, I was completely overwhelmed by the entire situation and felt completely paralyzed as what to do or what would happen from here. This was my first time ever needing legal counsel.
I knew within a few minutes of our talking that it only made sense to hire this firm. It became obvious that he has an immense amount of knowledge and experience in this arena and I'm so glad I engaged with this firm. I contacted the Vondran Law Firm over 10 days ago. The receptionist was short, seemingly in a hurry, and apparently disinterested in my call. I left my name and number asking for Steve or his assistant to call me back regarding a federal case in California. I never heard back from the firm.
One must ask, why does a law firm like this advertise and post videos on YouTube if when a new client contacts them they never even bother to call back?

Nguyen Law Group answered my questions and working with them was an easy choice. From the start Parris was the best! She was very kind, clear with her communications, expectations, etc. and made me feel comfortable with the whole prenup process. She explained the process thoroughly in terms that I could understand. I'm a nurse so the legal jargon is like a foreign language to me. After consulting 3-5 different lawyers, I decided to go with Parris and it was the best decision I could have made. Not only is she amazing as described above but she was anywhere from 2-3 times cheaper than other prenup or family law lawyers. If you're looking for a prenup lawyer or anything that has to do with family law, look no further than Parris, I promise you, you won't regret it!

I’ve worked with dozens of attorneys at this point in my life and can very quickly identify the ones who know what they’re doing and the ones that need to go back to law school and retake the bar.
Paris is one of the best I’ve worked with among them! She very quickly knew off the top of her head laws and standards other lawyers would have to look up and bill a bunch of their time trying to figure out.

I was fortunate to work with Parris. In my divorce she was my 3rd attorney, so I had a chance to see how other attorneys could or could not handle my case, perform, and act upon my instructions in my best interests.
It was my first ever divorce and I did not know what to expect from the process or how the system worked.
My first attorney did not have a right to attend the court.
My second attorney seemed to be just interested in more money, with little to no help for me. He also was an expensive embarrassment in court.
So, when Parris agreed to take my case on, I was skeptical of the outcome. It ended up being best decision I could have made.
Parris is a true professional. She knows what to say and when not to say anything. She is fluid and well versed with legal procedure and the system. She dealt with the opposing council graciously, timely, and meticulously.
In court she was supportive to me and calm, with a professional and friendly attitude towards the opposing council and the judge.
The other side, despite a 3.5-year divorce process, was not well prepared. This cost them every point and detail that Parris was prepared for.
I wish there were more attorneys like Parris. She was a truly precious find for me and I am forever grateful!

If I could give negative stars, I would. While it may sound cliché, it is absolutely true in this case. If you are considering hiring Ilona, please take a step I regret not taking: ask around about her reputation at various firms. Doing so could save you hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Ilona took 5-6 months to draft a Marital Settlement Agreement (MSA) based on mediation outcomes, a task that should have taken just a few days. This delay resulted in costs of $50,000 to $60,000 for a poorly executed MSA. This amount does not even cover the majority of her work, which was far from satisfactory.
It’s important to know that there are remedies if you find yourself in a situation with an attorney who appears to intentionally botch work for future financial gain. This experience ranks among the top five worst mistakes I've made in 44 years. I cannot stress enough the importance of asking around before hiring.
Additionally, when I requested her to correct her mistakes, she demanded more money to do so. What other service demands additional payment to fix their own intentional errors? It’s incomprehensible.
Also she uses tactics to fool people with multiple google review pages to spam
Out the bad reviews with 5 star reviews with someone with 1-2 reviews and one happens to be for her. Such deceptive behavior

First off I want to say that I feel very blessed that I was recommended to Amy, I have a Special Needs Trust that my parents left me when they died .In the Estate & Will they named my sister Susan as the Trustee of my SNT, to make a long story short my sister was not impartial with me and we both had conflicts of interest. A really good friend of mine listened to my problems and immediately referred me to Amy and my life has dramatically been stress free ever since. I agree that the probate court doesn't move fast but Amy was always consistent in replying to my emails in a timely manner. She has been Unbelievably Transparent with her billing even though this is a SNT and I am a Sole Beneficiary. I really admire the level of respect and honesty she gives me. I was searching for a licensed defense attorney in California that specialized specifically in defending nurses against accusations from BVNPT/BRN and came across Ray & Bishop, PLC through a google search. I read reviews that former clients have posted about their representation and also looked up their webpage online. I decided to take a leap of faith after reviewing their reviews, website, and blog and seeing the successful comments and how satisfied clients who were represented by Ray & Bishop, PLC. were. I was dealing with a criminal matter that was dismissed but later was picked up by BVNPT and was sent an accusation that my license was being investigated and that they wanted to discipline me based on these allegations. The process from when the incident occurred to posting an accusation was approximately 5 years. Long story short, I was assigned to Mr. John Bishop regarding my matter with the boards and he was attentive, knowledgeable, matter of fact, understanding, straight forward, and responsive in answering my never ending questions and concerns. He was genuinely concerned and was available via email and by phone. Even though he was busy he would return my emails/calls promptly. Luckily, my case did not have to go through an administrative hearing and after 5 months I received the most wonderful news I could have ever asked for “accusation withdrawn”
Words can’t express how grateful and relieved I am that this nightmare was finally resolved and I can finally move on. I can’t thank Mr. Bishop enough for his representation and how successful he was with his communication with BVNPT and ultimately avoiding any discipline against my license and not having to attend a hearing.

I received a discipline in another state and California immediately followed suit. During trial, I did my best in answering the prosecutor’s questions. John would then ask me questions that further clarified my answers so that my answers could not be misinterpreted. I truly appreciate John. Kendra Thomas was/is awesome! Divorce is messy child custody is messier. Kendra is a pro. You don't always get what you want, but the court system is setup to make sure of that. You get what you need and Kendra is a professional advocate for the children caught in the middle. My kids were so lucky to have her advocating for them, so they end up with time with both parents. Kendra is fair and that's all I could ask for.

In August 2022, the judge hearing the custody/visitation case regarding my minor son (10 w/ ADHD) appointed Ms. Thomas for his representation. Ms. Thoman was great! She interviewed my ex-husband and me. She spoke to my son privately to collect the information she needed to determine how she would present her(his really) case. She was truly for my sons his best interest, so much so that at the final hearing my ex-husband and I felt good creating a parenting plan together without the judge all while considering what Ms. Thomas expressed to us. We were able to talk amicably, but most importantly co-parent in a way that we had not been able to do in years. We both found a plan that works for us both, but especially for our son who is much more happier. Also, Ms. Murray, her assistant was on it. Her response time showed my ex-husband and I that they were invested in the case.

I initially consulted with Devin because my wife and I were entering into a "for sale by owner" plus "seller carryback loan" home purchase, using the seller's drafted loan contract. Although we ended up contracting with Devin to handle the sale and loan paperwork for due diligence and to help negotiate with the seller's less than cooperative attorney, I could not have been happier with the whole experience of using Devin and his team. The seller's loan paperwork was inconsistent with California law, and one-sided to the seller's advantage. Devin was immediately able to spot red flags and holes in the loan contract. He re-negotiated the loan to a fair and proper standard. He and his team also helped us with our prop. 19 paperwork after the sale. He and his staff really cared about us.

My husband passed from Covid which he contracted at a business Conference. In California, if a spouse passes due to a Worker’s Compensation injury… The surviving spouse receives $250,000 from the board if the spouse makes less than 30,000 a year! I did not meet the income requirement And therefore did not automatically receive the death benefit. Attorney More negotiated a settlement with the insurance company's attorney. Without Attorney More I would’ve received nothing. Attorney More is a very passionate and considerate man who stands up and fights for what is right!

Wow, anyone need divorce attorney? Checkout Richard Sullivan.
My spouse and attorney was doing everything possible to delay and obstruct the divorce process.
After 3 years and trying couple attorneys, I found Mr Sullivan. He was the only one who got my case moving forward and to the end
I noticed that some attorneys are just pushing papers, which is great for an easy-going divorce. However, reaching a settlement it’s always within your control. And I play that no one has to go through what I have.
But if you have, or just want to avoid it, give Sullivan Law and associates a call. They continued to negotiate up to the last day, to avoid a trial and settle out of court. But Richard Sullivan is a trial attorney and sometimes you need a trial attorney to avoid a trial.
