I am never one to post a review be it good, bad, or indifferent. However, my experience with Kolette and her paralegal Tina deserve everything that follows. I have worked with attorneys before in varying capacities. I have always felt like I was just a body and never really developed any kind of relationship with that attorney. I can tell you that from day 1, Kolette and her staff treated me like I was family. Kolette and Tina were THEE most friendliest, personable, educated, experienced people, let alone, attorney and paralegal that I have ever worked with. They assisted me in the process of obtaining a work authorization and green card for my sister-in-law. The process was flawless. No hiccups, no resubmission, no problems...ever! I've hired Kolette's husband, Brandon several times in the last 28 years and was very happy with him, both as a person and as a lawyer. I had the pleasure of meeting with, then hiring, Kolette yesterday. First of all, Kolette was very personable and friendly on the phone. I felt very comfortable with her, unlike most attorneys who barely give you the time of day. Kolette took time to talk to me and explain things. As a result, I hired her to handle my LLC formation. I was pulled over on Sunday 12/1/24 at the corner of Ward and Willow because of my expired registration. I really thought it was taken care of, but I explained to the officer and he listened and then went to check my information. When he came back, he told me he wasn't giving me a ticket and that I had to promise to get it done the next day. I was soooo grateful! I didn't look at the officer's name, but if someone sees this and knows who that gentleman was, can you please tell him it was the first thing I did on Monday before doing anything else. And please thank him again for me! You are all awesome over there, thank you for everything you do!

Awesome department from the officers I've met they've been nothing but professional. I visit North Tonawanda weekly and have no complaints about the town or the officers.
Officers are very knowledgeable and easy to speak to, I learned alot from my conversations with them, unfortunately I didn't catch thier names which next time I will ve sure to do.

I will be filing a complaint about officer Dziura, R everywhere I can. This is not an attack on him as an officer. This is a complaint towards the whole department and system used by North Tonawana and many other towns. They are taking advantage of hard working citizens so they can make money for their town and employees. To pull me over while a yellow light turns red, turning into the parking lot of Walmart, while oncoming traffic lights are still red, is very Stupid and a waste of tax payer dollars. There are criminals roaming streets, child abuse, domestic abuse, missing persons and so much more to deal with. This is a money grab to disrupt citizens way of life. I highly urge locals to start complaining and criticizing this horrible behavior and system. I support the blue. I don’t support stupid policies. 🇺🇸 Dont’ be silent. There’s no time for that anymore.

Robert cutting hasn't put in any motions for my husband case, he hasn't went to visit my husband while he is incarcerated and will not answer anyone calls. He promised my family he would do his best and has not done anything. I've called Robert over 40 times and he hasn't returned one yet. He works with the prosecutor to convict black men. He's horrible

I was falsely accused in a domestic violence case. I had never been in trouble before and was facing jail time. The evidence was all in my favor, but I needed Bob to educate the judge on what happened . He brought out the truth and I was acquitted of all my charges. I was so relieved that he proved my innocence. He knows what he's doing and has a great demeanor as well as a sense of humor. I would recommend him to anyone that is going through a criminal trial We didn't even think of a plea deal. We took it straight to trial and won! Hire this guy.

Well, my case was complicated from the start. Mr. Cutting was very upfront and honest about what he believed should be done and what we were gonna do. He secured a favorable outcome prior to the disposition of the case and then to my surprise, something better ended up happening: I was acquitted of all felony charges, by a judge who is well known for her tough stance on felony cases. At trial, Mr. Cutting argued my case so well that we obtained this acquittal when we expected something different. If I ever need representation again, I will definitely contact Robert Cutting, and I recommend anyone else to do so as well.
