After I was told by other lawyers that I did not have a case, Kevin Habberfield from Black, Lyle and Habberfield believed that I did have a case. He told me that I had a difficult case, but he believed that I had a winnable case. Kevin was upfront and honest with me right from the beginning. He always kept me notified throughout my entire case and he promptly returned my phone calls and emails whenever I had questions. Mike Saglimben handled my divorce case. Was awarded permanent alimony, $80,000 life insurance policy, house to live in, and assets divided up. Mike fought hard to take care of my needs like it was his own mother. It can be a very emotional process to go through and understand. The way the court system functions is confusing and stressful. Mike was there every step of the way trying to help me understand this process. Picking a divorce lawyer can be hard and choosing the wrong one can send your life down a rough road. I always believe in reading reviews on a company’s to help find the real story. I hope I can help someone make their choice in picking Mike. He will fight hard to get what you deserve. My fears about being able to pay her bills and enjoy her retirement are over because of Mike.

literally the best around. great rates, save more than i pay by not having to waste a work day trapped in a sweltering court room to fight a ticket. NY, especially WNY is well known for the revenue generators lurking around every corner in the 2nd and 3rdnring suburbs, land of perpetual tint tickets (or any probable cause stop) ive ALWAYS saved money by retaining Matt. Always. 1) By not spending 6 hours in some podunk court room waiting to be setup to go to "Traffic School. which is generally you pleading guilty, paying the fine, surcharge, and then paying another 150 bucks to go to the Judges Nephews traffic school class..
2) you dont have to worry about points on your license, jacked up ins rates etc. Matt has always got every moving violation reduced to a parking ticket. 3) even with the parking ticket fine, had i have done it myself, the result would be an entire eork day lost, a fine, and that insane NYS surcharge of 50+ dollars.
I referred a friend to him for her criminal case and he got that closed out and ACD's for a decent fee.
all in all ive found my lifelong attorney...just wish he did real estate also!

I called his office needing an attorney ASAP He talked to me I thought that was good for a short time as it may of been close to closing. I was going to be in Olean on That Monday ( he Said he would call me to verify that there wasn't a conflict with the other party.)I would be able to stop by to talk & if need be hire with a retainer but he did not call me back & we didn't get to me . I'm Stuck with out an attorney was hoping to hire him

Do NOT use Dan DeRose as your lawyer for ANYTHING. He represented me in the selling of my house. I already had a very large file with as he put it, "Everything we need!". I very confidently said we would close on May 1st however we closed on June 9th. During this time he took a 2 week vacation to Key West. I asked 3 times how much he would charge me only to receive no answer. Once we closed I was informed my check would be in an envelope taped to the office door as they won't be in the office for the next 5 days. It was only then that I found out he charged me $1,750.00!!! Including $100.00 for copying and mailing! I requested a refund of $1,000.00 but that was ignored. I feel that Dan DeRose robbed from me and is VERY UNETHICAL.
