As a human, a great reputation is one thing we all can control. This was something Deon helped me keep, and for that, I will always refer him as a great criminal defense lawyer for life.
I was in a position of being falsely accused of theft, which could have resulted me in federal prison for several years. In the very beginning, I do recall the stress I encountered and I can for sure tell you that having Deon on your side made this entire experience very uplifting, and empowering.
While explaining my side of my story, his solutions were immediate (Gave me solutions during my explanation haha, that's how quick). Before we even finished our call, I already felt that everything was going to be resolved due to the confidence, energy, and reassurance I received from him. With the court system backed up due to COVID, the length of my case extended 6-7 months. To imagine my experience without Deon, I can very well predict that those 6-7 months would have been very stressful on my end.

I remember back in 2015 walking in Claudia’s office after 2 failed attempts with UCIS. Claudia took her time and we talked about my case for about 35 minutes. Very nice and professional, although she was very strait forward when she told me that I only had one option with the type of case we were working with as there was no waiver for this situation, but with this option there was a 50/50 risk.
I didn’t want to take the risk at that time. With that in mind I decided to give up or go somewhere else. She did warn me though that I would just throw my money away if I filed a different way. To make the story short, 4 attempts in total since 2012 I came back to her and Mr Stoller in 2024. She calmly explained to me again and again and said “you know what we have to do”. Something about her that made me feel like she was so honest and didn’t just want my money but in the contrary she wanted to help me. Her words “the law is the law “ made me feel optimistic. So I decided to hire her.
4 months later!! the moment my wife and I saw the approved Email, was the happiest day in our lives.
Thank you Mrs Claudia and Mr Stoller for not giving up on me and for taking the time to explain the situation in both English and Spanish to better understand it.

David Stoller is such a unique attorney. He is so smart, honest and knowlegeable. I had a very complicated case which nobody could figure out what to do. I called the USCIS customer service almost every week, but the only thing I get is frustration and confusion. David gave me the advice in 10 minutes after he reviewed my paper. He knows exactly what I need to do. I hesitated if I should hire him at the beginning because I had such bad experience with attorney before, but I decided to give him a try. I am so happy I made the right decision . Now having my green card in my hands, I really appreciate David's help. I only have one regret. I should have hired David Stoller earlier.

Mr. Richard Hornsby is one of the greatest, Attorneys He is his father's son. No doubt . I found him excellent. I used his father early on in the day when he was still with us. And now I used His son Being Richard Hornsby. I read some of these reviews which I thought were very cruel.I think peopleneed to learn the difference between a straight Out forward black & white hard working attorney instead of putting him down as some of these reviews, I saw and I believe the reviews were the same exact person just by the writings on the wall .Mr. Hornsby is very black & white straight forward very quick with his words Boom! He don't want to hear Nothing but the facts. Okay, I get it. Hey, I drove him crazy too. But I gotta say something this man works. that's the kind of attorney you want straight out black & white. No bsing. Hes a hard worker and he does have time for everybody. It's just that he's fast and he's quick at the tongue. But that's a good thing, because when you get a attorney like that. You know something is getting done and he got my case Done in just a few weeks and now I have hired him for the second time as of today being December 14th 2024.. So if you want an attorney that works hard and is fast and quick at the tongue and straight out in black & white. Hes your guy! No white picket fence here. Let's just get the job done and that's what Mr. Hornsby does, and that's what makes him so valuable, and that's what made me respect him as much as I always respected his father.

You sounded like you might have been a bit confused through your review and your case I read Mr Hornsbys rebuttal back to you and I thought it was excellent. And it also thought it was very mannered. And it also thought it was very professional not nasty just straight out and to the point! So I'm just gonna say this. I hired him again today. Like I said earlier and I would hire him again and again and I'll keep referring him. Not that he needs it because everybody wants the !Richard Hornsby just as they wanted his father! . I was so happy to be able to get him.
And other attorneys, I know personally criminal attorneys. Asked me, why did you hire Richard instead of us? And my answer was crystal.Clear and clean and the truth.I said I used his father.He was a magnificent man and I liked the way he carried himself like father like son. Win Win! I hired Mr. Richardson on a drug charge. He went through the evidence from the prosecutor and told me the police probably overstepped and he was right. We went to court hearings and did well ... case did not go forward and the state had to drop it. Now Mr. Richardson is working on cleaning up my record. I cannot say enough great things about working with Mr. Richardson. He always called me back and spoke w my family to ease their minds along the way. He let me make regular payments too.
Attorney Richardson has a great office and great staff...is close to courthouse (in Orlando) I highly recommend Mr Richardson. I sent him a friend who got a charge in Daytona and they are happy too.

I can’t say enough about this law firm. As for me, I got referred to Jordon for a felony criminal case. Jordon and his fellow lawyers will not blow smoke and pretty much inform you what may happen. They will do everything in their power to get the best result for you as a client. The cost may shock a person but you have to consider you get what you pay for and they are worth it. I am not trying to scare anyone away but I found the cost for my case reasonable. This firm will put up with a million questions throughout the whole process. I found they had a good relationship with the courts and in my case they fought for me from day one till the end, especially James Smeriglio 111.

Jeff and his staff helped me with my chapter 7 bankruptcy case. I initially attempted to do the process on my own and failed at it. After looking into getting legal counsel I came across the Badgley Law Firm. The reviews were great and very informative. Upon my first consultation via phone I was offered an in person interview with Jeff which was a nice change because other firms wanted to do virtual meetings. I met with Jeff and he explained how things worked and reviewed my case. He was upfront with the process and cost and then said he would be able to assist me with my case. The first 341 creditors meeting had to be rescheduled and the second one was successful. I was able to be in the office for the meeting with Jeff right there in case I didn’t understand what the trustee was asking me. That helped me so much because I tend to get confused when doing the virtual meetings. Gisel was great as she kept me informed about my case and gathered all the paperwork needed to proceed with my case. I’m forever grateful for Jeff Badgley and his team for assisting me. As everything, sometimes you can have a difference in opinions but the overall process was great. Mr. Weart is an outstanding lawyer. So thankful, I was referred to Mr. Weart by my bail bondsman. From day one, he took on my DUI case. Explained the pros and cons of the situation and told me it was going to be hard, but I could do it. Even with the load of cases he had, I never once felt neglected. Had an extremely complicated driving history and needed someone who could confidently manage a citation that was previously adjudicated 4 years ago. Camy Schawm Wilcox and her team are some of the best family law attorneys in Central Florida. Camy handled my divorce and dependency case involving a termination of parental rights. I believe Camy is the only family law attorney in Central Florida who could have achieved the outcome we did, most attorneys in the area were simply not qualified or willing to take on a case this complicated.
Camy was on top of everything from day one and addressed every curveball thrown at us with speed and efficiency, (and boy were there a lot of them). Camy is very honest and straightforward with her thoughts and opinions. Personally, I love that! I never found myself wondering what she meant when she said something. I tend to be blunt myself and appreciate direct communication.
Camy can absolutely be aggressive in court when she needs to be however she’s also very respectful and courteous to all parties involved in your cases. Camy works very hard for her clients and makes it a point not to engage in unethical or unprofessional behavior. Even when the opposing side is engaging in this type of behavior Camy maintains her integrity. Time and time again, the outcomes in the end were a good reflection of her professional behavior. This certainly doesn’t go unnoticed by the judges or their assistants either.
To say Camy is a hard worker is an understatement!! She is a machine!! Camy and her team always communicated with me regularly. Camy even worked my case from her mother’s hospital bedside when it became necessary and it wasn’t uncommon to see an email come through during the evening hours. That said, when there’s nothing really happening (which happens a lot in the court system), Camy NEVER bombarded me with trivial things just to bill hours. If everything was quiet, then everything was quiet. This can be nerve wracking, however running up your bill with unnecessary questions and comments when there’s no reason would be nerve wracking as well.
Camy, associate attorney Leah, paralegals Gio and Shannon, and firm administrator Debbie are an incredible team of professionals who worked tirelessly for my family. They are absolutely the ONLY attorneys who could have done what they needed to do to protect innocent children from being placed in harm’s way due to a biological connection.
I highly recommend Camy and her team to anyone who needs a family law attorney or an attorney for a dependency case. I haven’t had a need for representation in any of the other areas of law that the firm practices in, but I wouldn’t hesitate to call them should the need arise. Camy doesn’t take on cases in areas of the law that she isn’t familiar with and if something happens to come up that she isn’t familiar with, (as it did in my cases) she never hesitated to reach out to a colleague for assistance. That speaks volumes about her character to me.
My cases certainly were not considered “normal” circumstances and this firm fought long and hard for my family until we were ALL safe. For our family, they are Superheroes!! I still think of these ladies often and my youngest still asks about them and misses them too! After going through something like we did with an amazing team of “Superheroes” standing beside us throuought the duration, there is a fondness in my heart almost like that of family that just can't be explained in words.
