Went above and beyond with my case. Many lawyers will not go the Extra mile she has went for me. Plea after plea, she got my charge of discharging a firearm dropped. The state wanted me to take a class and pay fines, but I was innocent. I wouldn’t think of hiring anyone different on my case, if your reading this hire her.

I cant say enough about Dave Sackman and the staff at this firm. I was involved in a car accident while on my job. Dave was able to handle BOTH the workers compensation claim AND the car accident claim in one office. So convenient. I appreciate the legal advice I received. I feel that without knowing that this has already been an option that was tried, would be the perfect response for this situation. And it was something I had tried approx. 5-6 yrs. ago with horrendous results, turning what started as a simple contractual disagreement, property damage, items thrown at me, dispute into what they called a "training session" on what "harassment", "terroristic threatening" and how "useless a TRO" was/were on a daily basis, and is still ongoing - though now just verbal threats/commentary. Which I realize I must not have specified when I first submitted my question, and have since corrected. Along with another question in regards to other issues that have cropped up due to this situation. (I have tried most of the normal venues, but was hoping for a last resort legal agency or such that could be contacted at this point.)

I wanted to thank you and your staff for the work you did for me in 2008 on the David Anderson Case.
Using the evidence from the civil complaint, the State Attorney's Office in Palatka filed criminal charges against Anderson, which resulted in his agreement to plead "no contest" on charges of Operating an Organized Scheme to Defraud. Anderson will receive probation provided that he pays most of the civil judgment, on which he made the first installment on paying back to me yesterday.
Two other people whom Anderson defrauded were at the sentencing, and many others are aware that Anderson pleaded "no contest" to the criminal charges. These people are grateful, as I am, that Anderson did not escape the consequences of defrauding his customers (besides myself there were eight other customers who were similarly defrauded).
Most importantly, Anderson has been prohibited from using his business to harm any other potential customers in the future.
As a result of this experience, I have learned much about the way civil and criminal law works. I respect the good work that you and others in the legal profession do every day. Our society is held together by the idea that all of will receive a fair hearing under the law, and people such as you and your staff enable that to happen.
Thank you again for the good work by yourself and your staff. I am sure many residents of our area have benefited from representation by your firm, as I have.

Marty was one of my lawyers on a case I was the defendant on when the state of Florida charged me with Murder and Attempted Murder. This case lasted 5 years with hearings and motions. Mr. White is a phenomenal attorney. I am a police officer and came to him after my department stabbed me in the back, lied and fired me. I knew what they did was completely wrong but no matter what I said, they didn't listen. Once I was fired, the State Attorney filed charges on me. I was getting it from every direction. My livelihood was on the line, I had been a cop ever since I was an adult. The initial findings in my IA would lead anyone to believe I was a bad officer and should have been fired. However, none of it was true but no one knew that and they just knew what was in the IA. I went to Mr. White for help. Once I explained my side of the story, he saw the evidence and saw how the evidence fabricated or skewed against me, he said lets get them! I knew he was the attorney for me. His background as cops cop and attorney was awesome to have. All I wanted to do was huff and puff then call the admin a bunch a bad names. Mr. White took care of it for me so I didn't! He took the City to arbitration over my termination and won. He was able to tactfully point out about the errors and lies the Chief said. I eventually got my job back and was paid all my back pay for the time out of work. As the way the cards played out, I actually went to criminal trial AFTER I got my job back. Mr. White won again. He is incredible. I'd be happy to speak with anyone who was considering Mr. White. Just ask Mr. White you'd like to speak to me and we will be in touch! You won't be disappointed!!!!

Seven years ago, the hospital of my medical employment colluded with a particular insurance company. They initiated a complex and worrisome legal action against me (unrelated to malpractice). Social Security claimed that I owed $47,000+ for overpayment, and discontinued my benefits. Mr. Auffant convinced them that I didn't owe for overpayment and made them pay my benefits for the 2 months that they cancelled. I didn't pay Social Security for the overpayment claim, and benefits are restored!! James rocks!!

I was almost permanently crippled by an uninsured at fault driver, and other attorneys just told me to sue my own car insurance company for my $10,000 uninsured idiot coverage PIP limit. James was able to get me a quarter million dollars, which enabled me to pay for medical rehab for my shattered spine, live fairly well, and afford my medical treatments for life. He was instrumental in helping me to get social security aid, which other attorneys said I couldn't get. He went "the extra mile" for me, and did what no other of my 5 other attorneys said was possible. I feel a great debt of gratitude towards this guy, as he seemed to REALLY CARE! I highly recommend him, especially with social security cases, in which other attorneys don't have the experience or tenacity to make it happen. I highly recommend Sophia Dean. She came recommended in regards to bankruptcy and she offered a free meeting to explain how it all works. It took us a few months to decide on pulling the trigger but even with that she was quick to answer any of my questions. She was able to guide me in decision making that I was unsure of myself and I greatly appreciate her help. Throughout the entire process I knew that I had nothing to worry about because she truly had my back. At one point she even advised me to not use one company for the online classes because they were charging more then they advertised and she was able to save me a good amount of money by redirecting me to a different website. Obviously people in this situation understand what saving $40 can mean in a tight week. She kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and I honestly feel like we should have never hesitated on this as it was not nearly as scary as I thought it would be.
