My attorney was Jason Arnold and I was extremely pleased with attention and service provided. Jason took care of everything! He had an investigator arrive at my house the very next day to take my statement and collect all of the info needed for my case. The ER referred me to a neurosurgeon and the earliest appointment I could get was 14 days away; Jason was able to get me into a neurosurgeon days later. There I was with recently diagnosed with combat connected PTSD, looking at the diagnosis of Bladder Cancer and facing a series of back surgeries that will leave me a cripple for the next 3 years. I was so depressed I wanted to give up. I had filed with the VA, going from one overworked and sometimes ignorant VSO to another. Some were helpful, but now I was overwhelmed waiting on the VA to answer, only to be denied or told I did not have a form filed correctly. My VA doctors were very good to me but way overworked and restricted by so many rules. Frustration and depression do not heal PTSD. Pain and the drugs the doctors plied me with made me a zombie. Only my faith in my God and Savior keep me from ending my life. My prayers were answered by finding Hill & Ponton on the internet.
Connecting with Lawyer Leslie D. Gaines has been a great experience. Leslie’s experience, professional attitude and patience in dealing with a crusty old veteran renews my faith in humanity. Recently, I called Patricia Carbone, Esq. to request an appointment hoping to discuss my IRS dilemma. To my surprise, I was able to speak to Attorney Carbone directly at that moment and we immediately entered into an initial question and answer dialogue. After a 30 minute conversation, Attorney Carbone explained to me, with great clarity, my position and the options that were available to me in order to resolve my case with the IRS. She explained how she could help me through the collection process including but not limited to the review and filing of documentation with the IRS, application preparation and submission, communications, and negotiations. She further described the efforts and action she would take on my behalf to minimize and where possible, limit my financial exposure to them. After about 30 minutes on the phone call, we ended the conversation and I hung feeling I had found just the right professional to represent and protect my financial and legal interests. To make a long story short, my IRS problem has been resolved.

I have found Larry to be an excellent litigator with a sound understanding of the law and good writing skills. Larry is very personable and will tell you up front if he is the right lawyer for your particular problem. I call Larry often for his opinion and advice on all kinds of matters. Over the years I have referred my friends to Larry because I know he is honest and will do a good job.
Most recently, I told Larry about a problem I had with a lender on a commercial property. Larry suggested a chapter 11 bankruptcy (reorganization) for the property in order to force the lender to negotiate the loan and stop a foreclosure. He jumped right on it, stopped the foreclosure, negotiated down the lenders legal fees (from $10,000 to $3,000) and got my plan approved. Today I still own the building, the loan is reinstated and I have equity in the property.

I would not think twice about reccommending Daniel to anyone who has been in a car accident or is having any sort of issue with their insurance company. Daniel has represented both my wife and I in a car accident as well as a home insurance claim where our insurance company originally denied our claim where a water pipe bursted in our home! Nick is the guy to call.He help my case in ways you wouldn't imagine.The way my case was looking my injury an hospital bills wasn't even goin to get paid. Honest fact i even missed 2 or 3 months before even goin to my chiropractor. That there alone got all my bills rejected they even said they wasnt paying. when i promise you he made a way for that to happen within a couple of months an got me money in my pocket.He even called me every week to inform me how everything was goin. He is the attorney i will prefer to anyone ever to he even coach me on the in's an out's of how situations like this turns out .Everything he said will happen happened he even became a great friend to talk with at times. I've been an inventor from the UK over 25 years and been successful in obtaining 7 UK patents.

Jack has expertly prepared a large number of patent applications for my inventions. He won a 10 year long patent examination at the USPTO Board of appeals, not easy to do. His technical writing is excellent, the patent claims effective. I don't know how he knows so much about engineering but he does. Nice to work with. Highly recommend Jack.

We went through 3 (THREE!!) lawyers who pretended to have the knowledge and expertise necessary to help us with our situation. To be fair, it wasn't a cut and dry problem but nobody we had hired had the decency to tell us that they weren't fully prepared to fight for us. They were quick to take our money though. And then Nicolette came along. We spent 8yrs and 3 lawyers trying to solve our problem and she cam along and had it taken care of in 6 months. She didn't rip us off like the others and she actually answered her emails. We had begun to think that all lawyers sucked, but she changed that for us. She actually showed us that she cared about our case and every step of the way she kept us informed and took all of our thoughts and feelings into consideration with how the case was handled. I have only amazing things to say about her and mostly that she made us believe that there are good lawyers out there. I hate to sound like a tv commercial but if anyone I know ever needs a lawyer, she's the ONLY one I would recommend.

We requested Last Will and Testament, Durable Power of Attorney, Living Will and Health Care Surrogate legal documentation to be drafted based on our rather uncertain desires for eventual satisfaction of our personal final decisions.
Attorney Jacobs stipulated a fee, arranged a personal interview with us in quiet, comfortable office, and comperhensibly briefed us on the broad ramifications of end of life legal documentation and the decisions to be made by each of us. He followed the interview some days later in another informal meeting when our ideas were finalized and personalized in documents he later developed.
In the third and final session, again in a quiet, comfortable office, Attorney Jacobs explained in detail the documents put before us, introduced us to competent witnesses he had arranged to be present and guided us through each document, our approval of each document, the formal signing and witnessing of each document while responding objectively to any questions we offered.
As we would say in the Navy; Well Done, Attorney Jacobs!
