I was apprehensive about being out of work because of an injury but Wanda Reas explained to me what rights I have under workers compensation and she made sure that I received the medical attention that I needed. Mr. Petersen is extremely knowledgable in consumer debt collection and consumer collection cases. Hired this attorney for an aggressive debt collector that had incorrectly reported to credit report and was calling continually, violating several laws. He was able to quickly resolve the issue and represent me in the court case. He thoroughly understands and defends consumer rights against these companies that will try to bully you while they knowingly violate laws, and I had utmost confidence in his handling he case. He is on your side as a consumer, and fee structure was very fair. I hired Laura not too long ago to help me with a Domestic Violence Injunction. Laura was always by my side and was on top of the case. She was there to answer my calls right away after dialing, whether at Midnight or Early in the morning. She did the same for any E-Mails sent to us, providing us with any documents that would be needed for the outcome we wished for. Then came the day of the hearing. She was punctual and there early, and she was sharp and was able to persuade the judge to go in a manner that is greatly done. Normally, Injunctions only last for about 1 - 2 years. But, with Laura's help we got an answer that seemed impossible, a ten year injunction. We got an answer that went beyond out expectations. I would recommend Laura for anyone. I'm glad I hired Phil because he just what I needed during a very challenging and tough divorce case and after using a previous attorney to no avail. He was attentive to my situation, was very patient, and understood that there is an extremely important emotional, personal component which surrounds the client and in which he was able to deeply and competently empathize with. I couldn’t have received a better lawyer than Lewis! From the start to the end, he was very attentive. It wasn’t the case of chasing your lawyer to get things done, he got things done that I didn’t even know that needed to be done. He explained all my options and scenarios we would have during meditation and court. He was very attentive and quick to communicate with us and the courts. Mr. Seagle handled condo HOA dispute in past on fees owed by me owner. His company had property in land trust. He had never received any meeting, bylaws, notices etc. from them as the trustee. I spoke to several attorneys before hiring Mr. Dunaway, he put me at ease immediately when he gave me a solid price to do my husbands probate with NO what ifs to think about. It is hard enough to deal with the death of your spouse, let alone hearing that your fees could double, even though there was a will and the only thing left was a house. I recently reached out to Attorney Melissa Pendergrass about my current legal situation and after speaking with me she explained she was no longer focused on the type of representation I was requiring. She was extremely knowledgeable about my legal problem but felt I was better suited for another attorney! I felt a review was the least I could do seeing as she took the time to hear me out for free and refer me to another attorney she felt was best suited for my situation. It's difficult to find someone who will put your best interest in front of there financial gain and for this reason alone i felt she showed her true character that my outcome meant more than her bottom line! In October 2015, My husband was a passenger in a horrible car accident and was hospitalized for two months. After being in ICU for a little over a month , I reached out to Mr. Corzo and He met me in the hospital a day after. Since my husband was still unconscious and in ICU I decided to hire Mr.Corzo for Davids personal injury and workers compensation case.
