I had the wonderful experience of having Charles W. Smith as my lawyer. When I tell you the attention the detail and the kindness that he puts out was absolutely amazing.
Anytime I would call I was always greeted by Gina Amat & Rebeca McCormack. They really take care of their clients and completely listen to any issues or concerns you have. Whether I emailed them or called them I always got a response.
This is a no fool around law firm, they are there to get the job done and make sure their clients are taken care. I did not feel like a client to them, I felt like I was somebody that they truly cared about and they wanted to make sure that I was happy by the end results.
I would recommend them to anybody that I know because I know that they would be in great hands. If they could write a handbook on how respectable, honest and hardworking that they all are and have the other law firms use that as a guide, then I believe all lawyers would have five-star reviews.

Mr Smith is by far the BEST lawyer I have dealt with in every aspect of the way. Between his values on client satisfaction and his dedication to his cases on an individual bases shows that not only is he a very personable man but a highly professional one as well. While most lawyers I took the time to visit In reference to my case, I was always looked at as a difficult situation and possibly too much work to handle. I’m laments terms if it was too much work they didn’t take the case. Mr Smith not only took my case but won it in such a short amount of time. His communication, efforts, persistence and constant follow up ensured I felt like the case was being treated fairly and handled appropriately. I was hit from behind by a truck at an intersection in 2015! I hired Ryan Rudd & his team Ady & Carly. This was the best decision I have ever made. I did not care for Attorney's but Ryan has renewed my faith that there are great attorneys out there. I am still in litigation but Ryan and his team consistently keep me informed and are on top of everything. You can expect a response from Ryan and his team within a day. Ryan genuinely cares about his clients. I was so impressed when I relocated to NV and called a meeting with Ryan. He walked in with a huge folder and knew every bit of my case. My divorce took 1 year to complete. We were fighting a horrible mess that included restraining orders, custody battles, selling our home, etc... Before I contacted Charlotte, I had some trust issues when it came to lawyers due to some shady ones I met to in the past.
She puts alot of effort in your case and doesn't just try to squeeze you for every dime she can. In my case, I ended up owing IRS just under $30k in back taxes. But yet, even after paying her fees, she still managed save me quite a bit of money. She is definitely a lawyer I would recommend to anyone.

Andrea Morgan saved me. Divorce (especialy with children) Is a difficult time for anyone that goes through this process. Andrea was my second attorney on my case. My case should have been a landslide my direction after six or eight weeks with another attorney things were not going my direction like the should have been, I luckly saw the writing on the wall. After doing extensive research I called several attorneys including Morgan Divorce. After my consult it was clear Andrea and her team were the one, knowledgeable, ruthless and caring, difficult to find all three of those qualities in an attorney. She took on the difficult task of taking over a case mid stream against one of the most difficult and unrealistic attorneys in Orlando. She was very easy to work with, she listened and cared what I had to say, we worked together on direction and she shut me down when I was going off off-course. She helped get me the quick resolution (difficult with this opposing counsel) I wanted with a fair and acceptable result. NANCY has always made me feel like I’m her ONLY client. Even though I hear her phone(s) ring during every call! I haven’t waited more than 15 minutes for a direct returned phone call from her, EVER. From the initial consultation she has always shown complete professionalism. I can tell she genuinely enjoys helping.
She’s handled every matter I’ve thrown to her extremely fast and with the utmost professionalism. I’ve also caught emails from her in the extreme early morning to the late evening to quickly handle issues. Over the past month I’ve grown to trust Nancy as family although we have yet to meet in person. She’s represented me as the title company for my recent home purchase, to review/correct all loan and contract issues, and to protect my rental security deposits rightful return.
I live in Cape Coral and was skeptical to hire an attorney so far away, but I assure you not to hesitate because of distance. Your initial consultation will show you exactly what I’m talking about. I had the privilege of working with Ms. Campiglia last summer. A group of us homeowners used a go fund me account to hire her for her legal services and it was so refreshing to speak to a lawyer who really knew her stuff. Our initial consultation was eye opening as we learned things about HOA laws and the State of Florida laws that we never knew about. Her advice was spot on and her method to get results was amazing. She is calm, but persistent. She was available almost 24 hours a day for us and didn't try to nickle and dime us with billing for quick responses or questions. It truly was refreshing working with her and if you are having any HOA questions, concerns,or problems, RUN don't walk, RUN to Ms. Campiglia. These HOA issues can get harrowing and stressful on residents, but Ms. Campiglia was the the mature adult in the room who knew the laws and had the answers. I almost get emotional when I imagine what my life would be like if had not called Attorney Ryan LaBar when I found myself needing representation for a very serious case. My brother was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer, he did not have insurance or a will. I needed legal help quickly but did not have an established relationship in the area as I’m from out of state. I found Joe online and was impressed with his reviews.
I emailed Joe 4:30 pm on a Thursday with my brothers situation including the need for urgency, Joe called me within a hour. I was not a wreck but wobbling, Joe’s beside manner was comforting as much as his quick response.
Joe was out of town at a conference but he procured the information he needed from me , consulted with our family attorney back home and unbelievably produced a will, living will, Power of Attorney, Healthcare Surrogate and Lady Bird Deed by 3:30 the next day.
Joe obviously bent over backwards while at the conference to pull this off for a complete stranger with a small chance of repeat business.
I enjoy attorney jokes as much as the next guy, but from now on I will always preface a joke with “I’m not talking about Joe here…” so Joe is my hero and I cannot tell you how much pressure he took off my plate trying to protect my brother and niece in a dire time if need.

Joe was hired to assist my family with probate and trust work after the unexpected death of my brother. It was complicated due to paperwork that had not been updated , a divorce, a special needs trust for my nephews that had been poorly written by a different attorney, questions of dollars owed to the estate etc etc. Joe organized the family members involved, arranged meetings and taught us the law and what to expect. He let us know what was needed from us and very patiently listened to our concerns. All emails were answered in a timely fashion and all work with the courts, banks and other attorneys involved was taken care of professionally and as expediently as possible. The probate process takes time but I always felt connected to where we were in the process. I would highly recommend Mr Percopo for legal work in his area of expertise.

After the initial consultation, documents were prepared and ready for review within a matter of a few days. If we had any questions on the process or what something meant he had a way of using layman's terms that made it easy for us "non lawyers" to understand. James still is a point of contact for us when we have any questions regarding our auto insurance policy, when we're not sure what exactly covers what, as it can be complicated.

Living in another part of Florida and needing a second opinion from an experienced trust litigator I contacted Ms. Sundberg. Since I am involved in a trust but am not the grantor, the local attorney who created the trust had been (rightly so) keeping me a bit at arms length.
Ms. Sundberg was available to take my call and did. She listened patiently while I explained my situation and questions regarding the trust, and my concerns about what might cause an adverse decision to the trust and myself should it be challenged. She then very calmly, but obviously from a place of experience, gave me her take on the pitfalls I might encounter. Importantly, she clearly differentiated between those items and courses of action that were middle of the road and safe and those that might be at the edge of the road and could go either way should the trust go to litigation. That distinction was hugely helpful.
Finally, much like the character in "Miracle on 34th Street" who advises a Macy's customer who couldn't find the item they were looking for at Macy's that they could find it at Gimbels, she pointed out that an attorney who was certified in elder law and practiced in my geographic area would be the best attorney to consult for my remaining questions, since that is where the trust would be litigated if it came to that. Zimmerman Kiser Sutcliffe is lucky to have her and anyone who needs her assistance in her area of expertise cannot do better.
