Phillip kindly, and with incredible detail, answered my initial questions/concerns on this Avvo platform. He helped put me at ease but I still had further work that needed to be done.

My realtor advised me to contact Mr. Morey Law Firm in order to get a probate.
My aunt and uncle had two Levy County lots since the 60’s. They both passed and I inherited the lots. In order to having them under my name for future needs I needed a probate.
As soon as I contacted Mr. Morey Law Firm they guided me through every single step to get the needed probate.
The Last Will and Testament was in Spanish as we live in Puerto Rico. They took care of the translation as well. Here in Puerto Rico the Last Will and Testaments have to be processed through a certified Attorney, not just a Notary and be registered in Court immediately the document is signed and witnessed. Therefore the process is quite complicated in order to get all the required original and certified documents directly from Court.
Mr. Morey Law Firm through his wonderful Assistant, Junrey Quico took care of everything for me until completion of the process. And finally I was able to get the desired probate.
Now both Levy County lots show my name in the Titles.
Therefore, I am extremely grateful of the kindness , expertise and service rendered by Mr. Morey Law Firm.
Definitely I can recommend them.

We were served notice by our HOA in mid 2023, and needed to find representation quickly as our previous representation had retired and we did not know how to proceed on our own. From our initial reach-out to their office, they were able to lay out a fixed fee (and clearly defined what was included and what could become extra fees), get the case on the rails within 48 hours, and then carefully shepherded it through delays on the HOA's end over several months until it was resolved in early 2024. They kept me informed as status changed and when things were blocked on the other side, and were always ready to answer my questions as I needed. Wonderful experience, would hire again!

Just recently on February 13, 2020 a had my interview for a Citizenship. This firm truly is a powerhouse! I hired Chad Brandt, and lawyer Kelly Sanchez joined us in my case. So another word I had two lawyers watching after and taking care my case! Chad is very done to the point and Kelly is very detailed and organized. So this team truly is a powerhouse! Win Win! I hired Mr. Richardson on a drug charge. He went through the evidence from the prosecutor and told me the police probably overstepped and he was right. We went to court hearings and did well ... case did not go forward and the state had to drop it. Now Mr. Richardson is working on cleaning up my record. I cannot say enough great things about working with Mr. Richardson. He always called me back and spoke w my family to ease their minds along the way. He let me make regular payments too.

I can’t say enough about this law firm. As for me, I got referred to Jordon for a felony criminal case. Jordon and his fellow lawyers will not blow smoke and pretty much inform you what may happen. They will do everything in their power to get the best result for you as a client. The cost may shock a person but you have to consider you get what you pay for and they are worth it. I am not trying to scare anyone away but I found the cost for my case reasonable. This firm will put up with a million questions throughout the whole process. I found they had a good relationship with the courts and in my case they fought for me from day one till the end, especially James Smeriglio 111.

I am an invalid and could not go to Sanchez Law Group in person to consult with Attorney Sanchez, so everything was conducted on the telephone. I was so pleased with all of the hard work the employees did to help me. On the day of the court hearing, Mariely Vega, their Notary Public, came to my home to verify facts and stayed with me until the end of the hearing. I was very happy with the results, and getting so much respect, courtesy and knowledge from the Group. One person, Vicky, was so wonderful and caring to me. In August I found out a lawsuit has been filed against me. It was in regards to a very emotional and sensitive matter, plus having never been sued before I was nervous. I got recommendations from lawyer and court employee friends, and looked up lawyers on Google. I called 12-15 law offices in the area but ultimately decided to put my trust in Mr Chris Turner at CRT Legal. His office staff was friendly, personable, and professional right from the start. Mr Turner then took the time to speak to me in depth about the case on our first phone call. I knew I needed a lawyer who is smart, organized, and can fight. Mr Turner is that. I felt like he's old enough in his career to know what he's doing extremely well, but young enough in his career to enjoy the fight. Exactly what a good lawyer should be. He hasn't disappointed. He's professional, incredibly smart, and great at what he does. Glad I made the choice to have him fight my battle for me. I contacted Mr. Turner about a possible civil law & defamation case. Mr. Turner was very prompt about returning correspondence. He was quite knowledgeable and informative in his response.
As a physician, i deal with many attorneys (typical personal injury lawyers), but i found Mr. Turner to be insightful, honest, kind and not pushy. He seems like a very caring individual to me.
If the need arises, i plan on using Mr. Turner again and if someone asks me for a referral in the civil law department, Mr. Turner would in fact get my referral as i do recommend him.

Jeff and his staff helped me with my chapter 7 bankruptcy case. I initially attempted to do the process on my own and failed at it. After looking into getting legal counsel I came across the Badgley Law Firm. The reviews were great and very informative. Upon my first consultation via phone I was offered an in person interview with Jeff which was a nice change because other firms wanted to do virtual meetings. I met with Jeff and he explained how things worked and reviewed my case. He was upfront with the process and cost and then said he would be able to assist me with my case. The first 341 creditors meeting had to be rescheduled and the second one was successful. I was able to be in the office for the meeting with Jeff right there in case I didn’t understand what the trustee was asking me. That helped me so much because I tend to get confused when doing the virtual meetings. Gisel was great as she kept me informed about my case and gathered all the paperwork needed to proceed with my case. I’m forever grateful for Jeff Badgley and his team for assisting me. A huge stress relief for me and my family.
