I was being sued by a company that I had worked for. I had left the company to stay home and take care of my husband who's health was failing. My attourney dug in and did her research. When she appeared in court for me, she was able to get the said company to drop the lawsuit!

I found out the the driver who ran into me at 70mph had only the minimum of insurance. I didn’t know if my medical bills would be covered. The “big name firm” who called daily until the lack of insurance became known, had now stopped returning my calls. I fired that firm and called Kevin Butler. Kevin worked as hard as possible on my claim. He treated me like a “million dollar client.” He returned every phone call, settled the claim within an appropriate time frame, and made sure my medical bills were all covered. He then worked with my medical providers, so I had settlement money left over. I can not say enough good things about Kevin Butler. I recommend him to anyone who needs an attorney.

I contacted Attorney Brown for assistance with a legal matter. He was kind and actually listened to what I was saying. He did not use legalese or talk down to me during our consultation. Lisa is by far the best attorney I have worked with. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the law, competent, hard-working, determined, reasonably priced and genuinely cares about you and your case. I had an interstate case that was rather complex. After speaking with Lisa, I knew she was the best attorney for the job. I had called about 7 other attorneys and they were all confused about how to go about my case and they were hesitant as to my next step. Not Lisa! Lisa knew exactly what to do! She was an angel. She is also one of the hardest working attorneys I have ever encountered. At no time did I ever feel in the dark about what was going on. She kept me up to date on everything and made sure I knew what was going on at all times. She oftentimes worked from home into the wee hours of the night (thanks Lisa). I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to Melvin "Mel" Wright and his whole team for all he has done for my son. At a very, very dismal time in our lives, when we literally felt all odds were against us because of very particular immunity laws surrounding our case, Mel fought long and hard and hung in there until he found a vein of hope to help my son in his recovery. Mel never gave up no matter how many dead-ends nor obstacles we faced. Our case was not an easy case at all due to the facts and extreme injuries involved. Good Afternoon to all my freinds in the Orlando area. Just to let you know theirs a great Law Firm in Orlando ! As a client i love the Quelity service they give me. As a client i went in front of a Judge with a V.O.P. case, not good at all. In my situation i really really felt i was not going home. It was not a violent charge in anyway but i did not see any hope in my case. I really thougth i was going to prision because of a dumb desicion that i had made in the past. Well, i dont know how my attorney did it, but Bourdon got me out of there on a V.O.P. . Not to many attorneys are able to do that on a situation like the one i had. I was referred to H. Manual Hernandez (Manny) by another attorney as I was being investigated based on allegations made that I had committed Elder Financial Exploitation.
This was unequivocally the worst fear that I had ever encountered. I could literally write volumes in this review regarding how well Manny conducted my case. I appreciated him never patronizing me by sugar coating issues. He always articulated very clearly the issues regarding my case. He was fastidious regarding being well prepared and was outstanding regarding how he respectfully interfaced with the lead criminal investigator, as well as numerous others. He consistently demonstrated an extraordinary level of professionalism. I felt that he was sincerely my advocate, not just my attorney. He always treated me with dignity and respect. Manny is extremely intelligent and has impressive credentials such as, having been a Federal Prosecutor for numerous years; he has a substantial knowledge of numerous areas of other legal expertise and is highly regarded by his peers. He is a credit to his profession. Manny is a very ethical attorney and I was impressed with his core values. Regarding his law firm, his paralegal is outstanding and as well as his investigator. Manny worked extremely expeditiously on my case. Due to his ongoing conversations with the lead detective for criminal investigations and his exceedingly thorough final police report submittal of which reflected concrete tangible evidence that I had not committed a criminal act and it was truly a unfortunate misunderstanding regarding the allegations made. I have to start by saying that my situation was a bit of a conundrum from the start. I was doing a favor for a woman that I knew from my church by taking her daughter to the nearest retail outlet. Unbeknownst to me the young lady while in the Dept Store Shoplifts. I never enter the building. Doesn't Matter. In the End Police in my Area try to charge me with Robbery, Then DCF visits me about my babies, Etc.etc. I've never been faced or even heard of a situation like this. Heiko Moenckmeier had this Resolved in matter of weeks. He was Prompt. Answered every question I had thoroughly and clearly. He was Patient. "As you could imagine I was a wreck". I hired Laura not too long ago to help me with a Domestic Violence Injunction. Laura was always by my side and was on top of the case. She was there to answer my calls right away after dialing, whether at Midnight or Early in the morning. She did the same for any E-Mails sent to us, providing us with any documents that would be needed for the outcome we wished for. Then came the day of the hearing. It wasn’t the case of chasing your lawyer to get things done, he got things done that I didn’t even know that needed to be done.
