From the first meeting me an my wife had with Mr Brown we felt that things would be okay with my wife's immigration process. Mr Brown and his staff were able to help us throughout the complete process. Every time we had a question they were able to answer it in detail and give me and my wife the confidence that we were completing all steps of the process accurately and completely. We had a special case because of the type of visa my wife had. Mr Brown was able to explain the difficulties we could face. But he also reassured us that all would work out. In September 2015 I was in a car accident were I was hit by a person that ran a red light. So after getting home from all the chaos. I was referd to Nicholas Childress. I called him up and he meet up with me and we discussed everything going on. After hiring Nicholas to take my case, he took care of everything for me and bills I got from the doctors I visited. He talked to the letting them know they would be talking care or so I wouldn't have worry about that stuff. Nick is the guy to call.He help my case in ways you wouldn't imagine.The way my case was looking my injury an hospital bills wasn't even goin to get paid. Honest fact i even missed 2 or 3 months before even goin to my chiropractor. That there alone got all my bills rejected they even said they wasnt paying. when i promise you he made a way for that to happen within a couple of months an got me money in my pocket.He even called me every week to inform me how everything was goin. We went through 3 (THREE!!) lawyers who pretended to have the knowledge and expertise necessary to help us with our situation. To be fair, it wasn't a cut and dry problem but nobody we had hired had the decency to tell us that they weren't fully prepared to fight for us. They were quick to take our money though. And then Nicolette came along. We spent 8yrs and 3 lawyers trying to solve our problem and she cam along and had it taken care of in 6 months. She didn't rip us off like the others and she actually answered her emails. We had begun to think that all lawyers sucked, but she changed that for us. She actually showed us that she cared about our case and every step of the way she kept us informed and took all of our thoughts and feelings into consideration with how the case was handled. I have only amazing things to say about her and mostly that she made us believe that there are good lawyers out there. I hate to sound like a tv commercial but if anyone I know ever needs a lawyer, she's the ONLY one I would recommend.

We requested Last Will and Testament, Durable Power of Attorney, Living Will and Health Care Surrogate legal documentation to be drafted based on our rather uncertain desires for eventual satisfaction of our personal final decisions.
Attorney Jacobs stipulated a fee, arranged a personal interview with us in quiet, comfortable office, and comperhensibly briefed us on the broad ramifications of end of life legal documentation and the decisions to be made by each of us. He followed the interview some days later in another informal meeting when our ideas were finalized and personalized in documents he later developed.
In the third and final session, again in a quiet, comfortable office, Attorney Jacobs explained in detail the documents put before us, introduced us to competent witnesses he had arranged to be present and guided us through each document, our approval of each document, the formal signing and witnessing of each document while responding objectively to any questions we offered.

I appreciate the legal advice I received. I feel that without knowing that this has already been an option that was tried, would be the perfect response for this situation. And it was something I had tried approx. 5-6 yrs. ago with horrendous results, turning what started as a simple contractual disagreement, property damage, items thrown at me, dispute into what they called a "training session" on what "harassment", "terroristic threatening" and how "useless a TRO" was/were on a daily basis, and is still ongoing - though now just verbal threats/commentary. Which I realize I must not have specified when I first submitted my question, and have since corrected. Along with another question in regards to other issues that have cropped up due to this situation. (I have tried most of the normal venues, but was hoping for a last resort legal agency or such that could be contacted at this point.)

Kyle,
I wanted to thank you and your staff for the work you did for me in 2008 on the David Anderson Case.
Using the evidence from the civil complaint, the State Attorney's Office in Palatka filed criminal charges against Anderson, which resulted in his agreement to plead "no contest" on charges of Operating an Organized Scheme to Defraud. Anderson will receive probation provided that he pays most of the civil judgment, on which he made the first installment on paying back to me yesterday.
Two other people whom Anderson defrauded were at the sentencing, and many others are aware that Anderson pleaded "no contest" to the criminal charges. These people are grateful, as I am, that Anderson did not escape the consequences of defrauding his customers (besides myself there were eight other customers who were similarly defrauded).
Most importantly, Anderson has been prohibited from using his business to harm any other potential customers in the future.
As a result of this experience, I have learned much about the way civil and criminal law works. I respect the good work that you and others in the legal profession do every day. Our society is held together by the idea that all of will receive a fair hearing under the law, and people such as you and your staff enable that to happen.
Thank you again for the good work by yourself and your staff. I am sure many residents of our area have benefited from representation by your firm, as I have.

Marty was one of my lawyers on a case I was the defendant on when the state of Florida charged me with Murder and Attempted Murder. This case lasted 5 years with hearings and motions. Mr. White is a phenomenal attorney. I am a police officer and came to him after my department stabbed me in the back, lied and fired me. I knew what they did was completely wrong but no matter what I said, they didn't listen. Once I was fired, the State Attorney filed charges on me. I was getting it from every direction. My livelihood was on the line, I had been a cop ever since I was an adult. The initial findings in my IA would lead anyone to believe I was a bad officer and should have been fired. However, none of it was true but no one knew that and they just knew what was in the IA. I went to Mr. White for help. Once I explained my side of the story, he saw the evidence and saw how the evidence fabricated or skewed against me, he said lets get them! I knew he was the attorney for me. His background as cops cop and attorney was awesome to have. All I wanted to do was huff and puff then call the admin a bunch a bad names. Mr. White took care of it for me so I didn't! He took the City to arbitration over my termination and won. He was able to tactfully point out about the errors and lies the Chief said. I eventually got my job back and was paid all my back pay for the time out of work. As the way the cards played out, I actually went to criminal trial AFTER I got my job back. Mr. White won again. He is incredible. I'd be happy to speak with anyone who was considering Mr. White. Just ask Mr. White you'd like to speak to me and we will be in touch! You won't be disappointed!!!!

I was facing loosing my job and getting jail time and Mr. White ( Marty) defended me and my case was won and I still have my job. I was told by another Lawyer that I needed to take a plea bargain because I was already going to loose my job and taking a plea would keep me out of prison. I would recommend Mr. White to anyone who needs a good Lawyer.

From the moment Ryan received my case he was all feet on the floor, running towards whatever would be in my best interest. I met Ryan after an accident I was involved in while on the job. Ryan went up against a very large multi-national corporation and their legal team. My case was very involved and intricate.
