Seven years ago, the hospital of my medical employment colluded with a particular insurance company. They initiated a complex and worrisome legal action against me (unrelated to malpractice). After discussing the nature of my case with a few attorneys who came highly recommended by my colleagues, I did not feel satisfied to the point of selecting one.
I contacted Ms. de la Torre and met with her in her office. I felt confident she could effectively argue my case. She acquired a thorough and reassuring grasp of the issue and its complexities. Ultimately, Ms. de la Torre came through for me and proved herself to be an exceptional attorney.
While working on my case, she crafted a letter that identified and dissected the illusory cluster of allegations made by my accusers.
Her scrutiny of detail brought clarity of thought to the big picture. She exposed biased presumptions and effectively disassembled key elements that formed the tenuous foundation of their case.

Living in Miami-Dade county, I needed an attorney in Orange County to represent me as the Guardian Advocate for the ward living in Orlando. Immediately, I needed representation for a scheduled hearing before the Court. Time was of the essence. I recently had the privilege of having my will drawn up by Attorney Zobel. I was recently divorced and had to have a custom will drawn up to meet the requirements of my specific divorce settlement. Attorney Zobel took the time to thoroughly review my case and drew up a will that met those needs.
She took her time explaining every step of the process. At the time of signing, she went over everything, making sure I had no questions or concerns before leaving.

Mr. Fong helped us with an issue with our builder/hoa penalizing us with legal fees unjustly. He was very knowledgeable and assured us we would be in the clear. He kept us in the loop and always followed up with us and the builder/hoa when they dropped the ball. In the end we received a 3-round apology and fees were dropped. He was friendly and very kind throughout the year we worked with him.

I recently bought a house at auction and it had tenants that refused to vacate. Brooke was abled to make the process of evicting the tenants seamless. Social Security claimed that I owed $47,000+ for overpayment, and discontinued my benefits. Mr. Auffant convinced them that I didn't owe for overpayment and made them pay my benefits for the 2 months that they cancelled. I didn't pay Social Security for the overpayment claim, and benefits are restored!! James rocks!!

I was almost permanently crippled by an uninsured at fault driver, and other attorneys just told me to sue my own car insurance company for my $10,000 uninsured idiot coverage PIP limit. James was able to get me a quarter million dollars, which enabled me to pay for medical rehab for my shattered spine, live fairly well, and afford my medical treatments for life. He was instrumental in helping me to get social security aid, which other attorneys said I couldn't get. He went "the extra mile" for me, and did what no other of my 5 other attorneys said was possible. I feel a great debt of gratitude towards this guy, as he seemed to REALLY CARE! I highly recommend him, especially with social security cases, in which other attorneys don't have the experience or tenacity to make it happen. I highly recommend Sophia Dean. She came recommended in regards to bankruptcy and she offered a free meeting to explain how it all works. It took us a few months to decide on pulling the trigger but even with that she was quick to answer any of my questions. She was able to guide me in decision making that I was unsure of myself and I greatly appreciate her help. Throughout the entire process I knew that I had nothing to worry about because she truly had my back. At one point she even advised me to not use one company for the online classes because they were charging more then they advertised and she was able to save me a good amount of money by redirecting me to a different website. Obviously people in this situation understand what saving $40 can mean in a tight week. She kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and I honestly feel like we should have never hesitated on this as it was not nearly as scary as I thought it would be. In fact my husbands credit is already 100 points higher in just 3 months! So, if your looking for the right bankruptcy attorney, you’ve found her!

After my adult son was in a near-fatal fiery crash, Mike Reese was outstanding in representing him for Social Security benefits, quickly moving his case to a successful SSI hearing.
I was unaware the action of the Social Security Administration from the hearing to actually awarding benefits could take many months. However, when evaluating the attorney who put the process in motion for the client, I could have not been more pleased than I was with the Michael Reese Law Firm.
Unfortunately, after his approval, my son had a misstep which could have caused him to lose all benefits, but Mike immediately filed an appeal. He successfully explained my son’s misunderstanding and had his benefits reinstated.

My husband was in an automobile accident that left him with a severely fractured arm. The fracture required surgery which caused hospitalization, and because of the severity he was left unable to work for an extended period of time. Adding to my devastation, I had a three week old newborn.
My husband was in the hospital recovering from his first surgery when he decided to contact the office that Tiffany and her husband Eric own and practice law. The day he contacted them, they came to my husbands hospital room to talk to him about what they may be able to do for us.
We had a new baby and absolutely no income coming in, plus my husband was staying in the hospital due to complications from the surgery to fix the fractures in his arm. I was extremely fragile and scared. Tiffany called me to assure me that she was doing everything in her power to make sure we would start getting my husbands lost wages. She was very knowledgable, confident, compassionate, and thorough. Also, from that point on she made sure to keep me updated along with my husband every time she had any news concerning our case. Tiffany made every effort to fight for what was rightfully ours, she was honest, forthcoming, and diligent. She made every effort to make this process was as easy and as quick as humanly possible for our family. After months of trying to negotiate with my creditor- who refused to budge on their demands-they had added on $2,700 to the original debt for late fees. I could not pay what they were asking- if I could, I would have paid it to begin with. They finally filed to take me to court. I tried to mediate, but they refused and said they would seek judgement. I was in tears. I had just so happened to receive a letter from Bryan the day before offering his service. Something told me to contact Bryan. I am so thankful I did. Brian and his Mom were so helpful in explaining everything and listening to my problem. For a VERY reasonable fee Bryan got the collector to completely dismiss the debt. I owed nothing! And they agreed to remove it from my credit report too! God was watching out for me when he sent me to Bryan. Such a nice, honest man willing to listen and help. I would not recommend any other lawyer.

Attorney Dangler exceeded my expectations. After both consulting with another firm and failing to take care of my debt lawsuit on my own, Mr. Dangler was able to have the case dismissed and I didn't have to pay anything to the debt collector.
Attorney Dangler maintained constant contact with me during the duration of my case, even going so far as to give me a congratulatory phone call when my son was accepted into college. He was very knowledge, blunt in in terms of which solutions were realistic, and guided me through the steps he took during the case in an effort to further educate me on the issues.
Should I need any help or advice when it comes to anything relating to debt, whether or not I absolutely need an attorney, I will be sure to contact Mr. Dangler to at least gain his insight into my options.

Previously working with a South Florida attorney from a large firm, I discovered that I was not being represented in the manner that I had been initially promised. I you want a lawyer who is hard to get, if you want a lawyer who has a rude staff, if you want a lawyer who makes you think you wasting his time, if you want a lawyer how has the bedside manor of a dead cold fish. DON"T call Mr. Walker.
This man walks tall among other men, this man is a team leader, this man is not scared of a fight, this man will walk into hell with two open buckets of gasoline to make sure he is giving you all he can give.
Mr. Walker was so easy to talk to, it was like talking to your brother, if the conversation went off to something not related to the subject he would listen, he understood that he needed to hear everything you said. Mr. Walker never let me down when it came to my case and never even when I expected him to try and rush an event, he took his time.
I never had a case go into the federal court system, you could feel how Mr. Walker knew what to do and to walk the walk in both local and federal level. No better man walks. He also wears the uniform of the U.S. Army . God bless him and all like him who defend us in court and on the real battlefield.

I hired Kevin to find information relating to a suitable condominium for me to live in as my primary residence. In the course of representing me as an exclusive Buyer Agent in his capacity as a Realtor he negotiated a favorable purchase price for me. After the contract was entered into, Kevin attended the inspection which revealed a couple of minor issues but was acceptable. As an attorney, Kevin handled all aspects of the cash closing including the prompt issuance of a title insurance policy. During the closing Kevin explained everything I needed in order to qualify for Homestead Tax Exemption and even accompanied me to the Office of the Orange County Property Appraiser to timely file for the tax exemption. What impressed me the most about Kevin was his ability to be fair and honest with the Seller who he didn't even represent.

Alex was one of the attorney’s that replied back to me on a lawyer referral site. I was in an auto accident where a driver ran a red light. I could not avoid hitting her.
This accident aggravated a previous injury and instantly life changed. The at-fault driver was driving her mother’s car. The Mother’s policy limits were mediocre, which just seemed so unfair after everything.
After doing some research, it was discovered that the at-fault driver also had a separate auto policy. However they we’re not very cooperative in the beginning. Thanks to Alex’s tenacity, both insurance companies tendered me their limits.
Everyone in the Ed Norman office has been great to deal with. I loved the personal attention that went into my case. They were always very responsive and helpful!

My husband and I had a terrible experience with the first lawyer we hired to handle a Family Law dispute with my husband's ex-wife; he actually put us in a worse position than where we started.
