I would refer Summer to all my best friends if they were ever in any kind of financial trouble. Summer helped me from the very beginning of the case to the very end. She is extremely knowledgeable and kind. Her staff, especially Isabel, were so professional, helpful, courteous, thorough, and made me feel as if they had known me my entire life. It's rare to find these kind of people who truly care about their clients, but they definitely do! Not only did my bankruptcy free me financially, but they taught me how to deal with my finances so I don't find myself in the same situation again. Although my bankruptcy wasn't as cheap as I had been quoted elsewhere, I do have to say, it is absolutely true when it is said that YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

I had purchased a home and found mold within the first week of moving into the residence. Michael was referred to me by a friend and he jumped on it right away. Michael came to my home for the consultation which was a pleasant surprise. I retained him right away and we eventually recovered 90% of the remediation costs from the seller and realtor who hid the mold. I have recommended him and will continue to do so.

I was misled by my dealership and car manufacturer about my car being a lemon and was told I had no recourse. Larry gave me a free and fair appraisal of my case and told me he could help me out. I really felt that if he couldn't help me, he would be honest with me and not waste my time. A few months later Larry got everything taken care of and a buy back for my car. Larry took care of everything and I didn't have to do much more than sign a few documents and fax some papers to him. Most importantly his fee doesn't come out of your Lemon Law settlement. Couldn't recommend Mr. Hoddick enough.

After speaking with many lawyers seeking assistance with a denied auto claim I found Mr. Kaufman. He is responsive, thorough and most importantly, was successful in the recovery of compensation for my totaled vehicle, where I hadn't been. He was particularly capable at managing a group very worried franchisees during the legal process. Natalie treats you like family. I have used a few attorneys in the past and her performance outshines all of them. She always responds to my emails in a timely manner and on the weekends. She is kind and warm, but a pit bull in the court room. She isn't intimidated by anyone or anything. She actually made my ex so upset he was ordered to leave the court room. She refuses to allow her clients to be bullied. Other attorneys refused to take my case because of the lawyer my ex had and she took me on without a second to spare. If you want the job done right Natalie is the best option by far. I highly recommend her to everyone! This is the second time I have hired her and I have no regrets.

Chris is super smart and experienced. I could not figure out how to pass a means test despite a lot of debt and high overhead. And I could not figure out how I would be able to make monthly payments on chapter 13. Truly "stuck" with no way I could see an answer. Chris and his team helped me get through what seemed impossible. I would highly recommend his expertise and his workers. They are all awesome. I contacted Rhona regarding filing a partition/lis pendens suit against another family member. When i called her she was very helpful on the phone and answered all my questions. She was willing to talk to me for quit a bit in regard to the matter and explained the process and what i could expect. She was very upfront and transparent about how to handle the matter. I was impressed that when we were talking there was no rush to get off the phone. I made up my mind by the end of the conversation and set up a appointment to meet her and start the process.
We met, I paid the retainer and started process. She sent a demand letter to the other party shortly after outlining that I had retained her and how we would move forward with the partition if this could not be settled immediately. In short, The other party realized that things were going to get serious and agreed to list the property at a reasonable price, and the property sold thereafter.
This avoided a costly battle thru the court system. When this ended Rhona contacted me and said she would now close out the account she had with the retainer. Within i couple weeks I received back a refund on the amount not used with a breakdown of charged time.
I would use her services again without worry because she is honest, transparent and is always available if you need to talk to her.

After 4 years, $250,000 in legal fees, Robert Gilliland “fired” us as clients 90 days before trial. He has a reputation of being reluctant/afraid to go to trial. La Quinta,CA was hit hard by Hurricane Odile when it came through On September 8, 2014. Wind driven rain to the tune of 3 inches an hour fell in our area. Along one side of my house rain poured into the house from all along the bottoms of the window sills. The next day the insurance co. was notified.The adjuster came out called various companies to tear out the walls and insulation below the window sills to dry out the inside of the walls.
It was now my job to find an experienced contractor to find out what was wrong and to complete the job.
Robert Gilliland's name was given to me to help find a proper contractor which indeed he did.
The insurance company was sure the reason for the storm damage to my home was builder related and refused to pay for any more than the closing of the walls and painting. In calling the contractor Mr Gilliland recommended, which incidentally had 35 years of experience, he found a different reason for the water entry.
Mr Gilliland handled all the personal phone calls and correspondence with the Insurance company.
The Insurance company dragged their feet for a long nine months, but Mr Gilliland persevered until the Insurance company paid the claim

I have had an opportunity to work with Rob on two different HOA boards where I was a member. Both cases were very complicated and time consuming. In my opinion Rob was the right attorney at the right time to handle both of these cases. After a very long legal battle Rob was successful on winning these cases for the HOA.
One of the many things that I admire about Rob is his ability to take a very complicated case and break I down so HOA board members, homeowners and juries can easily understand what is occurring in the case. Rob has excellent people skills and a great knowledge of the law and how it applies in “real world” situations. He is very hard working and he is not intimidated by other attorneys. He is not afraid of a fight. Rob is the guy who you want “watching your back” in a legal situation”.
It has been my experience working with Rob that he always has his client’s best interest in mind. I have complete confidence is Rob’s knowledge, experience, and expertise. If I was being sued personally I would not hesitate in using Rob and his law firm.
