Here is some good news for those who are thinking about filing for bankruptcy. At first, considering a bankruptcy was a depressing experience. Finding an attorney that you could trust to provide you the best advice was not easy. Getting experienced and knowledgeable legal advice was a "lifesaver" during this process. Mark, and his wife Kelly, are The Team that walked us through a painful and oftentimes scary process that protected our hard earned assets and allowed us to pay off some creditors which made us feel that we had been as responsible as allowable under the law. A Chapter 13 bankruptcy allowed General Motors to survive and to save thousands of jobs. It help us to also survive and continue to feel like productive citizens that just didn't walk out paying nothing to those creditors that the law said we had to pay. We completed the process successfully and we know we did it because of the excellent services provided by Mark and Kelly. My husband was arrested for a prohibited possessor charge a d I tried everything I could to find a way to get it dismissed. Sarah came out to me in her lobby and gave me 1 1/2 hours of her time without an appointment to help me understand the seriousness behind my husbands case
A minamum of 10 years! I was floored. She communicated with my husband and me and did everything she said she would do. It was not a dismissable case. She even got a change of venue and the best Judge with morals, fairness, and integrity. Even the DA chilled out. She turned a 10+ year sentance to 18 months and most is time served! She did an excellent job. If she ever runs for Judge she has my vote. She has excellent communication skills is genuine, and all balls out defender. She truly cares about her clients and their fate as well as the families of her clients. If you are a lucky one to be assigned Ms. West that relax, exhale, your in the best hands you can get. When I first met with Darrel Jackson, I had recently lost a long-held job, and I was now stuck adhering to a long-term restrictive covenant. I was fearful for my career and for the financial future of my family. At the time, I was unsure of myself and terrified to take legal action. Darrel took his time and carefully listened to my story over a number of visits. I brought him some evidence to support my assertions, which he carefully and thoughtfully evaluated. After carefully processing and re-assembling all the parts and pieces of my situation, Darrel made it very clear to me and my wife that he felt we had a very solid case that was well worthy of litigation. However, we didn't want to litigate, we were still scared. Darrel was compassionate and understood. He did not press. He did exactly as we asked and instead of filing suite, he exchanged a series of legal letters back and forth. Finally, due to a lack of adequate response, it was time for us to either file suit and litigate or let our Statute of limitation expire and be left to face the full enforcement of the restrictive covenant. After Darrel spent time to explain the entire legal process involved to us when litigating, my wife and I became comfortable with the process and followed Darrel's legal counsel by initiating litigation and filling for injunction on the restrictive covenant as our first step. Our motion for injunction was heard in Federal court and Darrel prepped me very, very well and in advance of the court date. He prepped me so well that we prevailed (overall) and accomplished exactly what we set out to do with that motion. For the many countersuits that were soon filed against us thereafter, Darrel helped me and my wife keep our wits about us and stay focused on producing and evaluating the required discovery requests from both sides. We soon found out that the legal process is not one that anyone would consider as speedy. Again, through it all, Darrel helped us to stay the course and remain focused through his compassionate and always confident demeanor. Although Darrel made sure we both understood that the upcoming settlement hearing was technically just a formality with no assurances or guarantees, he also astutely pointed out that he felt that the other side was getting ready to legitimately consider engaging us in settlement discussion, prior to the conference. Darrel was right! He told us that any chance of meaningful settlement discussion would first require me to endure through a day-long deposition by the other team. Again, my wife and I became frightened and less sure at the thought of me being deposed for 8 hours, but Darrel was right there to remind us that he felt we were on the side of right, and not to worry at all because he would make sure that I was fully prepared in advance of the deposition. Darrel did a fantastic job prepping me for the questions the other side might ask me and presented me with the evidence from their side that he thought they would try to use to rattle me. He was right on all accounts. In the end, the deposition was a breeze thanks to Darrel. This led to a very favorable outcome at our settlement hearing - an outcome of the type and size that my wife and I had prayed for many times over during the prior 16 months. Our ordeal had finally come to an end! We accepted their very last settlement offer of the day. Wow! What a process! We could NEVER have possibly gotten through it all without Darrel as our attorney. I am happy to recommend Darrel Jackson with my highest confidence. I will never be able to thank Darrel enough for all of the "above and beyond" he did for us during this most difficult time. I'll take a modicum of credit in that I followed Darrel's directions, suggestions, and strategic instructions exactly as he told to me. Darrel knew it was a good case & had the stamina, legal expertise, and chess-game thought process to see us safely through to victory! Thank you Darrel!

I had a situation where a Goliath company tried to steamroll me on an employment matter. An attorney I knew urged me to contact Richard Klauer citing his expertise - and I'm very happy that I did. I admit that I was very intimidated but Mr. Klauer immediately put me at ease, collected all the information that would be needed and put together a compelling case. The case drug on for some time due to continuances but Atty Klauer diligently stayed at the ready for every twist and turn. In the end, we prevailed!

This was my first ever car accident. I’d never gone through this experience before and boy, was I put through the ringer. I was hit by a semi truck changing lanes and pushed into another semi truck to my right. I was scared, confused and this was my very first car (which I loved, so I was very sad about it haha). The moment I spoke to the team and to Chris, I felt comforted. I felt supported and encouraged.
The other guy’s insurance company that we were trying to settle with fired and rehired at least 5 different case workers for my case alone. Now the company is going under. Chris. Was. Awesome. They put red tape, hoops and so many other things in front of him and he just led me through it every step of the way.
During this time (March 2019- December 2019) my car was classified as abandoned, had the wheel stollen off of it, the battery stolen off of it, and some of the items inside were also stolen while it sat on the lot. Someone from the tow yard decided to steal the title on the car. I moved states. I got married. I was taking classes. AND SO MANY OTHER THINGS.
So everything that could have happened during this time DID. And Chris was ALWAYS on top of it. He was so communicative and explained things to me in a way I could understand. I could ALWAYS get a hold of Chris at least within the same day and that’s something I really appreciate.
I’m very grateful and blessed by Chris and the team because of the way they “held my hand” from start to finish, even through the absolute WORST parts of it. Thank you Chris!!

Steve assisted us when my wife's parents moved out of a retirement home due to being unhappy with the food. This was a "purchase" type of unit, where they paid $200,000 when they moved in but were promised 90% of that would be returned to them if they moved out. After moving out they were told that they would not get their money until their unit was sold and occupied. Sure enough, buried in the legalese of the contract was that provision. With the housing market down in Phoenix, that could be years. We found that the retirement home owners had subsequently changed the contract such that that provision had to be initialed because others had complained of being misled. Steve filed suit and successfully negotiated the refund of the deposit.

Steve Sparks educated himself so well with our case that he learned more about our products performance than we even knew. He knew nothing about the paint industry and water vapor transmission before he started but became so knowlegeable through his investigation and research that he was able to discount the claims against our products performance. Steve worked extremely hard and he and does his homework. We found him to be a very intelligent, fair and honest attorney. He kept us well informed throughout the ordeal with his findings of the false claims against our products performance which gave us hope that things would go our way. We have used services of Randy Sassaman's law firm for our negotiations with a big insurance company. He was recommended to me and my wife by another lawyer, who was not able to take our case at the time. And we are so glad now that Randy and Mike took that case and pursued it so tirelessly. They prepared exhaustive arguments to defend our side and were almost successful in doing so. The judge seemed to be leaning our way, so it's still not clear how the decision went the other way.
Randy suggested and we decided to appeal the case to the Ninth Circuit. Fortunately it was accepted there and Randy traveled to San Francisco for the hearing and presented our side of the story so convincingly that the case was returned back to Arizona for retrial.
That was enough to eventually reach a settlement with the insurance company that helped us financially a lot in our situation.
We will sure recommend this law firm to anybody seeking help with personal injury and insurance cases.

Mrs. Lepore has been my attorney during a very difficult divorce. After 3 long years of getting no where, while having another divorce attorney, I was referred to Mrs. Lepore. By my first appointment she had already acquired as much information as she could put her hands on, so she was was already prepared when I met her. She has displayed her knowledge of TN law, by being completely accurate in every question I threw her way. She has been readily available through phone or e-mail, keeping me currently updated on every detail of my case, almost on a daily basis. If unavailable, my phone calls or emails are returned within the day. She has not only been a terrific lawyer, but a counselor to me as well, always sensitive to my feelings and emotions. My second experience with L&R was different from the first maybe because it was a bad time or just not the right hand involved before Matt. We hired Matt because we we were having trouble understanding how to work out our international taxes and US taxes. He was honest with his legal scope on the matter, and was effectively able take care of all our necessary needs in a thorough, professional manner to ensure we did everything according to law and IRS compliance. Additionally, we felt his pricing was fair and appropriate for his work, as sometimes attorney hourly charges can get a pricey.
