I have gone to many other offices and got the run a rounds and or poor customer service. Came to ABC Immigration and LOVED the customer service and my attorney Vanessa Black is very knowledgeable and committed to my case. At no time did I feel I was just another case or that they just wanted our money prices are reasonable as well. After several failed attempts to have IEPs updated with meaningful and functioning goals, I was refereed to Rebecca. She had our IEPs for two boys with ASD revamped. The goals were practical and not redundant as they had been.
Our youngest was potty trained in 2 months because he had the full support he needed at school to understand such an important life skill. He was also moved to a lower functioning class without any Prior Written Notice. This was immediately remedied and our son is now in the best placement and thriving.
After several years of being told our older, non-verbal, son didn't qualify for ESY, Rebecca made it happen. She reminded the school district that he was at a Critical Stage in communication and not only did he qualify, but they also needed to purchase an Aug Comm. Device as well as the necessary software he needed to be successful and have a voice. The school district purchased it and trained staff to be able to accurately assist my son and his needs on a daily basis.
Both of my children are now in better placements and have the tools needed to progress. I would not have been able to get them this far with the run around from the district, my anger and fear for their needs not being met, or without Rebecca's level headedness when I couldn't think clearly.
She is an absolutely amazing advocate and lawyer.

Rebecca was wonderful when she came to a Pediatric Epilepsy Support Group meeting that I go to. She answered everyone's questions, from "what should be in an IEP" to "what's the difference between an IEP and 504". In this crazy special ed/IEP world, her knowledge and expertise was SO helpful and very much appreciated. I'd love to have her come back again, and I have referred her to many special needs moms.

I contacted and Rebecca regarding educational needs and help for my child. She was very nice and warm when I met her. I told her everything that was going on in our situation. She was very concerned and it was very important for her to make sure that my child got the services and tools they needed to have in everyday education. If you have a DUI call Mr. Kephart. I had a complicated extreme DUI case that David did an outstanding job on. He went to court for me when my work schedule did not permit me to be in person at the hearing. He was honest, professional, straightforward, easy to get ahold of and above all affordable. Above all and below none! Mr. David Kephart's intelligence of the law, and the swag he displays inside the courtroom is simply marvelous! Mr. Kephart litigated for me at a trial on 09/18/2014 where I was facing a Misdemeanor Charge (3 Counts) of Interfering with a Judicial Order/Domestic Violence. I knew in my heart that I did nothing wrong and Mr. Kephart fought aggressively to confirm my innocence. The court room is definitely Mr. Kephart's stage! Definitely the "Michael Jackson " of the court room. Mr. Kephart has great morals and values and is not afraid to let it be known as to what they are. When two of my kids needed a lawyer, David proved to be a hero. A year ago, my college-age daughter was charged with giving alcohol to a friend who was a minor. For a future teacher, this is a serious charge which would have kept her from ever receiving certification. David worked something out where her charge was reduced and she took a class.
My son, who has had multiple legal problems due to marijuana use, recently retained David when a public defender was giving him poor advice. David got the more serious of two DUI charges removed and I think my son finally understands that pot-smokers in Arizona will pay a heavy price for their choices.
David usually returns emails and texts promptly. He is generous with advice and his rates are fair and affordable. Be careful of major law firms that ask how much money you possess and then take everything you have. Go to an honest attorney instead. I can't recommend this attorney enough. He has been a hero to our family.

mrs. Jacobs was my attorney for several corporation formations, small legal issues, and estate planning. From my will and trust, to a simple demand letter, to representing my small business corporation she was there when I had questions, fought for me when I needed it, and provided the legal guidance using everyday language without sounding too legalese. Mr. Jamieson went above and beyond the call of duty from day one. I'm one to ask a lot of questions but he didn't mind at all. A matter of fact, he always answered my e-mails immediately. His answers were always explained so that I could understand and then some.
Mr. Jamieson always would do what he said he would do. If he wasn't able to address one of my questions at that particular moment, he would say so.
He was completely up front and honest about everything all the time.
Mr. Jamieson, definitely has renewed my trust in attorneys. I wish there were more like him out there.

I recently had to short sale my investment property and enlisted the help of Mr. Robert Nagle. Real estate to me is another language that I don't speak so I wanted to make sure I would be protected and have the guidance and support of a professional to help me make the right choices. Mr. Nagle was able to answer all my questions and provide a few solid options on our first call. I was then able to execute the short sale of my property with Mr. Nagle's assistance. He was able to catch several pitfalls in contracts and deeds, saving my money and not to mention a lot of headaches down the road! When Isabel first took our case it didn't look very promising. Our mother lost her job and insurance benefits in the summer of 2016 and she passed the following winter. She did not successfully transfer her life insurance to a separate policy so we didn't expect to receive anything. Isabel fought with the insurance companys to get our family the life insurance, and she went above and beyond when it came to making sure all our affairs were in order. She communicated to us every step of the way, and even if we didn't get the payout I would still highly recommend Isabel and her firm to anyone needing legal assistance.

Nat is a sharp, diligent and DEDICATED attorney. He gave me a very quick history on precedents of my legal issue, gave me some options, made recommendations and came up with a plan.
He was instrumental in not only resolving a frustrating experience with my HOA.....but also set the scenario up so that if they *didn't* acquiesce, then we would be in a particularly advantageous position, legally speaking.
Fortunately, that never had to play out, but he was ready to be there.

Supreme! It is unarguably true that this firm’s dedication, professionalism, and skill are without equal. As lawyers, as professionals, and as people they are of the highest kind, quality and order. There is no possible way I could fully express how wonderful Gary and Hanna of this firm are both at their profession and as human beings. I had heard so many horror stories about attorneys in the past that when I found myself in the position of having to find a family law attorney I was consumed with panic and concern about finding the best firm to take on my case. After researching multiple firms of the area I came across Gary Frank P.C. and I decided to call. I was surprised when Gary himself answered the phone, it wasn’t a receptionist or a machine, and in that moment I knew that this was the type of firm I needed to help me navigate through this difficult time. Gary was recommended to me by a relative. I was in a long term abusive marriage and had had enough and was ready to put an end to it. while being "ready" i was scared to death as i was someone with low self esteem and so afraid of how my Ex would respond. Gary gave me courage to stand up for me and helped me work thru my insecurities so that i was able to testify in court and breath. We all run into personal challenges throughout life and things happen. When I first engaged with Stephen he was soft spoken and young, which raised red flags for me. In our minds we all want to think of our personal legal defense as bull dogs, right? Well, I soon realized that our perception of what we want is not at all what we NEED. After talking with him, I was quickly introduced to a new approach. For example, if the top rated attorney (pit-bull) walked into the courtroom and everyone hates him you have to ask yourself how far you really think you'll get come time for negotiating? On the flip side of that, Stephen walked into the courtroom and there were smiles all around. I mean clerk of court, judges clerks, assistant prosecutor, and other attorneys. How far do you think you'll get if everyone loves your lawyer? Exactly! It's about finding the right fit with an attorney that has a relationship to leverage. People love this guy and want to work with him which will help your case in the long run. Stephen is very friendly, charming, quick witted, genuine, but more importantly - he cares about his clients.
Stephen was excellent in negotiating and got me what I was hoping for (anger management classes). When I 1st walked into the courtroom for the final disposition, he was actually on his personal cell phone using my home address trying to research the closest location for me - that's the kind of lawyer you should hire!
I will continue to recommend Stephen Johnson to anyone who seeks a criminal defense attorney. Stephen would be an asset to any case and any defendant who needs a trusted legal counsel.
