Marc is very knowledgeable of Immigration Law and the proceeding that follow. Our case was complicated and took many years to resolve. Kevin was a very caring and honest attorney. He kept me mostly aware of how my case was going and where I was standing with my situation. He was concerned with my health situations. Mr. Fisher recently completed my car insurance claim that was filed on my behalf due to an arm injury. I was completely naieve to the legal procedures involved. He thoroughly explained things to me in a simple and concise manner to which I was able to clearly understand the situation that I was dealing with. I contacted Mr. Fisher regarding an injury I sustained due to a improperly assembled bicycle. I had made several trips to the hospital, and had lots of bills and paperwork being sent to me. From the minute I made contact with Mr. Fisher, he explained in detail what services he could provide, what the end-goals were for my case, and walked me through every step of the process. He was always available to answer any questions I had, and I always felt comfortable reaching out to him. In the end, all of the goals for my case were met, and then some. I was more than satisfied with the outcome.

If you have a divorce or custody situation, you MUST retain this guy. I had two very bad experiences with family law attorneys (had never hired one before) and Joe completely turned my case around. He is very aggressive in court, promptly returns your calls and emails and somehow does all of this stuff while still being FUNNY and making you actually like hearing from your divorce lawyer!!!

When I retained Pollock Begg and Joe became my lawyer, I realized that there are attorneys who will respond to your calls, address your concerns and be an aggressive advocate on your behalf. I hired Atty. Gordon to help me re-negotiate my divorce case. I came to him with an existing divorce agreement that was settled without representation. Needless to say he had his work cut out for him. He did a wonderful job of explaining where the issues were and where we had room to negotiate.
