We needed help writing an operating agreement for our LLC that went from a sole-proprietor LLC to a three person partnership. Rob Xides was very helpful in crafting the agreement, and getting us to think about things we didn't think about on our own. He also helped us to feel confident in setting up the operating agreement with terms that worked for us, and he didn't necessarily try to coerce us into typical attorney-like contracts. He was very understanding of our goals for our partnership.

Earlier this year I engaged Robleto Law, PLLC for business services and highly recommend this firm. I worked directly with Mr. Robleto, who was able to resolve my matter in a very timely manner. I am so happy with my settlement that Tom and Hal got for me. After our accident, I had no idea where to go for help. I had never been in an accident before and had only dealt with an insurance company to buy insurance. I felt like dealing with the medical bills and paperwork was a full time job. When the insurance company insisted that I take a very low settlement for my injuries, a friend suggest I look into hiring a lawyer. I am so glad I did. When we started on the journey to get an immigration visa for my wife and her son, we didn't know many of the details, forms, costs and time frame that would be needed. We read many horror stories about others trying to get to the USA.

firm in Pennsylvania fit our needs.From the time all the documents were sent to USCIS till we had our interview and approval took approximately 9 month.
Others we talked with, including the doctor appointed by the American consulate, said this was very quick.The Shimmigration team that handled our case was very professional and gave uspersonal,individual attention. living abroad meant many emails, scanned documents and other information needed for our process. They even responded on weekends through their cell phones.Our many questions were answered rapidly and there was little confusion about what was needed.

I came to the United States from Vietnam in 1999 on a C-1 visa. I met with several lawyers over the years and they all told me that, because I had come in on the C-1, they couldn't help me without sending me back to Vietnam which would be very risky. I met with Pete Rogers and he too wasn't sure he was going to be able to help me without me traveling back to Vietnam. However, he told me that "If there is a way to do it, I will find it for you."
