Family member ended up not going to court, and Rebecca negotiated a fair deal between the spouses. It was a difficult situation between a couple in their 70’s. Matthew was great at explaining everything that you needed to file bankruptcy. He was fast at answering phone calls and even emails with all the questions you had. He made sure you knew exactly all filing bankruptcy entailed and all the costs upfront during the consultation. Matthew made sure when it came to doing your hearing in front of the creditors that you knew exactly how to answer the questions beforehand and what they were so there wasn't any surprises. A few people in our family has also used him for bankruptcy cases and we would all recommend him to others.

The local township filed legal documents to secure a large portion of our families property through eminent domain for a sewage plant. I reached out to Renee to get a second opinion on the expungement for my DUI. I'm in the ARD program and she is helping to expedite the expungement process. The attorney that represented me during my DUI trial said there was nothing else I could do to get the DUI off of my record early. Renee is looking at different angles and moving forward with helping to resolve this matter. I also received two summary charges that do not look good on my record for future job opportunities. She is helping me to appeal these charges when two other attorneys told me there was nothing I could do.

Bernie represented my son in a case 7 years ago that had a satisfactory conclusion. With the decision of the courts it lead him to the sobriety he enjoys now. Recently he was attempting to rent an apartment in another state and he was turned down because records showed he had a felony. This was incorrect so we contacted Bernie for advice. Consulted with Attny Pavelle on two encroachment matters; he is incredibly knowledgeable. He made me certainly feel that I'd have someone in my corner should issues arise where I may need more help; but, for now, we are writing letters to give our neighbors the chance to do the right thing.
Attny Pavelle offered useful, specific information that provided not only ideas of what we need to do first to protect our property from further damage but how to handle each encroachment matter. He also emphasized that we must decide on what we'd be willing to accept to make us "feel" whole again from the damage done to our property, even though one of the issues cannot possibly be restored but simulated. He also quoted the law section several times, provided calculation resources for evaluating the destroyed privacy and other encroachments, and he advised me on how our issues could play out.
He was very thorough and thoughtful.

My boyfriend needed a lawyer and we called Schragger and Associates and explained the situation. We made an appointment and met with Lyle. After explaining the situation to him and hearing what he thought we decided to hire him. It was the best decision. He instantly made us feel at ease and assured us he would do whatever it took to help the situation get resolved. Our first visit we also met Erin and she was so amazing that day and every time we were there or had to call the office. They always made us feel at ease and that they were doing everything they could for his case. She would return my calls and even gave me her cell so I could reach her on weekends. a year ago i was walking my senior dog on my street. a neighbor whose dogs are all aggressive towards other dogs slipped its collar and tried to attack my dog. she was also walking her dogs. during this i ended up getting bit on both legs.

Recommended to anyone in debt over their head!! Emily is the best for many reasons. 1. She charges a flat rate. Many attorneys charge for a percent of the debt. In my case this would have costed me thousands more than what I paid Emily. 2 She is the most knowledgeable person I know and I've spoken to other attorneys who understand the rules but not as good as Emily. 3 she's gotten me much more than I can ever imagine on cases where I owed debt.
