He left no stone unturned and even though the settlement did not come easy, Nelson was able to obtain a good settlement from the insurance company and was equally able to have Medicare significantly reduce its demand for repayment.

Used in the past for certain family related issues for my S/O, attorney Anthony Picarelli charged me 3 grand for a 1 time appearance over a virtual trial and barely made a difference. Fast forward when you need him down the road and you're still owed time from your 3 grand payment it's like he doesn't want to be bothered. I hired Amanda for a non contested divorce. I originally hired a scam artist that said he was a lawyer, that also charged double what Cook charges, and got fed up after months of hearing excuse after excuse as well as silenced phone calls. I ended up talking to my father who referred me to Amanda. Amanda immediately picked up my case and got the mess from the previous lawyer all cleaned up and filed correctly. Not only was she super professional she handled my case with a sense of urgency. Amanda returned my phone calls and emails the same day often times calling me right back. Maureen was hired by my mother in 2013 to help her draw up her will. Years later my mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and we were unable to find a copy of her will in her files. Maureen said that she wanted to speak with my mother to get her approval as well but I kindly asked her not to do that. It would unnecessarily upset my mom, and I knew my rights as POA. Maureen ignored my request and called my mother anyway, causing further stress and anxiety to our family. It was an unkind, unprofessional thing to do. I do not recommend Maureen.

I highly recommend Anthony Bittner. He helped my father with a school bus violation ticket and demonstrated absolute knowledge of the law and an excellent ability to explain the process and possible outcomes to my Dad with patience and confidence. He had a plan A, a Plan B and even a Plan C and was fully prepared for Court. Anthony got an amazing result with Plan A. If you need to go to traffic Court (or deal with any other area in which practices!), you need Mr. Bittner with you.

Mr Bittner took my case driving without a license DUI suspension which is a mandatory 90 days in jail, got it dropped to a failure to present a license no jail time and no further suspension time. The man could of strung me along and got more money out of me, and he let me know from the beginning that more fees could be possible yet he is trying to get it resolved without that, and he did... Mr Bittner handles his business I'm telling you!
