I contacted Attorney Gregory Unatin a few weeks ago at the suggestion of another local attorney. Our question was regarding the issue of a medical/prescription error for a relative.
His response was prompt, and his promise to email more information was followed up almost immediately. Calls were returned and his explanations were clear.

I reached out to Mr Wymard shortly after getting into trouble with a friend. Mr Wymard assured me that while the charges were "trumped up," there was still some risk to the case against me. After reviewing all of the facts and speaking to several witnessed, I was assured that we would have good chances in a trial. While I was still nervous about the situation and the impact it could have on my life, Mr Wymard's confidence made me feel better about the imminent proceedings. To my surprise, my attorney had been working in the background to have the case thrown out, and he did!

I did mail my revised N400 using USPS certified mail with return receipt and I also included all the valid documentations from the correct state agencies.

Hired Domenic after I was not able to get thorough paperwork or understanding on my own. With his guidance from the first phone call. I felt comfortable with my decision to hire him. He guided me along with help getting all records needed. I was able to get a speedy hearing due to my circumstances and granted we won the appeal. It's a shame that more people don't seek professional help for appealing or even if you want to do it yourself Domenic bellisario is able to explain the reasons and clearly gave me hope for my future after my injuries. I worked from age of 17 years till 49 only to be told I could still do certain work. My medical records were not available or released. Get advice. Anyone looking to hire an Attorney that is knowleable in workers compensation, he definately has my vote. I am so happy with my settlement that Tom and Hal got for me. After our accident, I had no idea where to go for help. I had never been in an accident before and had only dealt with an insurance company to buy insurance. I felt like dealing with the medical bills and paperwork was a full time job. When we started on the journey to get an immigration visa for my wife and her son, we didn't know many of the details, forms, costs and time frame that would be needed. We read many horror stories about others trying to get to the USA.

I came to the United States from Vietnam in 1999 on a C-1 visa. I met with several lawyers over the years and they all told me that, because I had come in on the C-1, they couldn't help me without sending me back to Vietnam which would be very risky. I met with Pete Rogers and he too wasn't sure he was going to be able to help me without me traveling back to Vietnam. However, he told me that "If there is a way to do it, I will find it for you." He was confident that he could help me. He did. He was able to adjust my status to permanent resident without me having to go back to Vietnam. After I received my green card I traveled to Vietnam to see my father for the first time in 15 years. Today the fear of having to leave the U.S. and be separated from my family is finally lifted off of our shoulders. Mr. Rogers and his staff made it happen and now we have a new life in the U.S.
