I would give this firm more than 5 stars if I could! Can't say enough how wonderful Patrick and his para-legal, Irene, have been to me in dealing with my case. They walked me through every step of the way. Patiently answering all my questions and working out a great solution to my case. this attorney was completely usless in defending me as a 4th dui case in 10yrs. The CHP police report stated I was doing 96 mph on the freeway which is a false statement. I religiously use my cruise control and was using it on the night I was arrested for a dui. I was held down by force by two officers to take my blood. Mr Stotter stated to me that he would keep me out of prison which was a not true. I was sentenced to 2 years in state prison, back in 2010. My Stotter was useless in my case!! Mr Stotter did not, proceed in my case with a complete investigation of the details of my charges. Best you find a good attorney who can represent you further!!

This is the worst, most unreliable, impossible to reach lawyer. He’s in charge of my dads estate & I’ve been trying to reach him for two months without any progress. I’m in a domestic violent relationship, which I’ve communicated to him & in the time it’s taken to try to reach him, things have gotten so much worst. My ex-partner mishandled all the resources I contributed to our shared living space leaving me completely broke currently & now I am trapped in this home with no money to escape, mentally broken down & hardly capable of working, & my only hope for getting out of this situation is checking into a women’s shelter or Douglas releasing my share of my inheritance so that I can afford a different living arrangement.
I believe this lawyer to be complicit in the abuse I’m experiencing & I know my dad wouldn’t want a man like this who’s doing nothing in his power to help his daughter… to profit from managing his estate.

In 5 years of being a client I only saw Steven Riley once when I signed up. It was also very difficult to see his paralegal Jessica. The only saving grace is the receptionist who was very helpful and nice. It was actually a problem with communication between me and the company who handled my workman's comp case as they couldn't talk to me directly and neither could the doctors.

Mr. Robert L. Hamilton is exceptional in working with prosecutors and Judges. He is professional and his knowledge and work with the law is above measure by far. Always cool and practical, he is straightforward and never once did he bend the rules though I was scared and asked him many times if he could, tell me my outcome, he never once told me I would win. This was hard for me but in law matters, this shows ethical and without a doubt someone who someday would hold a Judicial seat

I was referred to Ben in 2020 after I took it upon myself to file an industrial injury/workers compensation claim. The claim was initially denied, as is the case in the majority of claims filed, and a court date was set. It was then I called Bens office and he was able to successfully obtain a rather generous award after a short period of time. While working with him on my claim I came to realize that he possesses a wealth of knowledge about the workers compensation system and always had an answer to any questions or concerns I had.
Ben is still diligently working on getting me a lifetime award through another type of claim he filed on my behalf because of the accumulation of injuries I sustained over my 30 plus years with my employer.
Unlike the negative reviews that are out there, I can’t imagine nor did I ever experience Ben not following up with me after I contacted him or him giving any type of bad advice. I would not give any weight to what was written that is not positive about him. Some people are just unhappy no matter what transpires.
I actually referred a co-worker to him and Ben has handled his case successfully and with great results also.

Approximately 2 years ago I was a passenger in my husband’s car when we were rear ended at a stop light.
After the accident I had x-rays taken at a local hospital, had an MRI done, saw two doctors, went through physical therapy and paid all the bills associated with the physical damage done to my body after the accident.
In order to obtain compensation for my expenses, because the person who hit us was underinsured, I made an appointment with Mr. Griff Tonkin.
Griff and his staff walked me through a deposition, obtained a settlement reimbursing the hospital, doctors, the X-Ray company for the MRI, and my physical therapist with a professionalism I would expect from an attorney and his staff.
His office kept me informed of the status of my claims via phone and email. Griff answered all my questions in terms a lay person could understand.
I have referred friends and acquaintances to Mr. Tonkin and will continue to do so.

My fiance is going through bad child custody/ support case with his ex, and I was scared cause judge was going for mom and child support went up, so I called almost all attorneys in our county and no one would work with us - we don't have thousands of $ to give a lawyer... but she could hear how scared I was and she is working with us. Ms. Lauser is a wonderful attorney. She is an attorney who is devoted and loves what she does. I truly respect her for the work and devotion that she puts into each of her clients and cases. I have seen her at work she is constantly fighting for what is right. When she believes in her case she will fight for you until the end. She is handling my juvenile case at this moment and is doing an outstanding job. As far as if Ms. Lauser loves the Lord on some of these reviews they say she is a hypocrite I say this to them "You without sin cast the first stone" we all have our dirty little sins and we are not perfect but I can say that Ms. Lauser does love the Lord with all her heart and she may have her faults at times but she is a very God fearing women and an excellent attorney. I was recommended Pamela by another mother going through custody and CPS false reporting. After the interview with Attorney Pamela. She reviewed my case with a short noticed that trial would be in 30 days. I felt confident and quickly hired Attorney Pamela. I felt very confident that I called Attorney Pamela one a week, I had no worries that my case was in good hands. I had two days of trail, well-organized, a list of witnesses - Yes! Pamela had to move fast on my case. Two days and Pamela was great in asking all the right questions, reviewed all documents and on time. An honest, hard working, well prepared to a last minute trial. I was given custody in a small increment but at the mediation meeting two weeks after the trail. The other party decided/willingly to share 50 - 50 joint custody.

Fred has been meeting with us and guiding us through the trecherous waters of opening a new business, multiple LLCs, constructing strategic employment contracts and navigating us through other employment contract offers for about 3 years now. He is cynical, hyper vigilante and absolutely THE BEST person to have in your legal corner. He offers very objective advice, erring on the conservative/safe side of things but also cheers us on when we take risks while helping us do so only after knowing all variables and facts in play.
