Jarrad is very pleasant to work with, and more importantly he is very knowledgeable with regards to the law and does his "homework" to know and understand all that is taking place with our business issue.
Jarrad always makes himself available if we need to speak with on the phone, or if we communicate by email he is quick to answer. He also has an excellent paralegal who works closely with him, who is always available to discuss matters with or to pass on information to Jarrad.

I was put in contact with Ryan after sending an inquiry to the Primerus website. After receiving an e-mail response, Ryan and I spoke over the phone discussing aspects of my concerns with a previously signed Non-disclosure Agreement. Ryan was extremely helpful in presenting a clear explanation of my options as well as knowledge pertaining to such an agreement in its generality. At the time of leaving this review, I had not moved forward with the matter due to the conclusion that it would be un-necessary. However, I would not hesitate to proceed on subsequent steps with Ryan should the necessity arise.

I worked primarily with Ashley Arizaga, and she was great. I had regular communication and they were very helpful and coordinating post accident care and finalizing my accident settlement in a timely fashion within the constraints of everything that goes on between lawyers and businesses and providers and insurance companies.

Recently I had issues with a brand new vehicle I purchased from a dealership in Reno, NV. The brakes on the vehicle failed four times in less than 30-days. Despite the Attorney General of NV classifying the vehicle as a lemon and interceding on my behalf, the dealership and manufacturer wouldn't take the vehicle back. That was until I hired John Funk. In my opinion, he's one of the best attorney's I've ever worked with. He's a no-nonsense, transparent, and clear communicator. From day one I felt he was going to resolve an almost four month dispute. John's plan was implemented swiftly and ultimately I received a brand new vehicle and a settlement check from the manufacturer. I am very pleased with this result. We recently updated our estate documents with Laury Macauley, Esq. We have had trusts for over four decades and have worked with a number of attorneys over the years. After moving to Reno Nevada, a community property state, we needed an update. We contacted a number of estate attorneys. Almost all had 60+ page boiler plate trust templates into which they inserted relevant individualized information but most of these bloated documents had information that does not and never will be relevant to us. Such large trusts are cumbersome and inefficient since during settlement, parties must read everything to be sure something important is not missed. We wanted a more personalized straightforward trust which eliminated all the bloat, unnecessary legal jargon, generation skipping wording, minor dependents, dependent trusts, etc. etc.
Laury agreed to work with us to accomplish what we wanted…estate documents relevant to our situation written in a straightforward manner. In the end our very comprehensive trust is 22 pages long. We found her to be bright, helpful, knowledgeable and ethical. She was among a very few lawyers willing to help us create what WE wanted rather than something off the shelf. This took extra time so the process did extend over 2 months but we are extremely pleased. We would definitely recommend Ms. Macauley without reservation to others.

John has been my lawyer for at least a year now assisting with my stressful divorce. He is an honest lawyer who won't act on a request simply because you ask; if he believes it’s not the right or fair course of action, he will not proceed. He fights for what’s best and just for his clients, especially when children are involved. Although I wasn't 100% satisfied with the outcome of my divorce and custody battle. As he mentioned in every litigation, you can’t get everything you want. I trust that John’s expertise and understanding of the judge led to a fair result. He doesn't just do what you want to charge you more or unnecessary; he adheres to the law and ensures that actions are fair.
I recently hired John again for a motion that my ex and I couldn’t agree on. I chose him because I know he will act in the best interest of me and my children. John is not the type of lawyer who will simply charge you for actions without sufficient evidence or necessity. Unlike some lawyers who will do anything for a fee, John maintains a high standard of integrity and only pursues actions that are supported by adequate evidence and proof.

Waste of money! Scheduled a meeting to discuss my kids case we had my 3-year-old granddaughter with us. In the middle of me explaining why I did not feel he should sign a plea deal for 2 to 5 years Jesse screams at the top of his lungs "Get out of my office", I do not like the way you're talking to me", Get out now" everyone in the entire office including my friend outside in the car could hear him scream at me. I was not being rude I was just explaining to him my feelings about the plea deal and he acted like a crazy person totally unprofessional He had not looked at my kids discovery, he had not read one bit of any of the information in the discovery. He just wanted my kid to sign a plea deal after we paid him $8,000. He has caused my son duress through this entire process and that day he caused me duress and my 3-year-old granddaughter duress. I can understand if he felt disrespected but you do not scream at the top of your lungs for a clients a mother to get out of your office. He is mean and rude and has not offered my son one bit of communication or compassion through this entire process. What is your freedom worth??? I Will be contacting anybody that will listen because as far as I'm concerned he owes my son back all the money he's paid. He was so mean and evil looking I was blown away. As well as my son.

My dad passed away and my brother, two sisters and I had no idea where to start as my father left no directions. We consulted with several firms before coming to Anderson, Dorn and Rader on a recommendation. Mr. Rader had a remote conference with all of us (we're spread all over the country), listened to us, addressed our concerns in words we could understand and agreed to work with us. Rather than telling us to surrender our father's estate to someone we'd never met (as several other firms had) he encouraged us and agreed we should be involved.
