I’m blessed to have worked with my attorney. This case was over my head. I’ve never been to court before and never wanted to, but here I was. I was involved in car accident that left me injured & unsure of what legal actions needed to be taken next. I was then recommended to Stephen Segar, and there is nothing but positives to say about him and Virginia Jonas. From day one their team was very caring and knowledge on the situation and took my worries away from the very first meeting! Their legal representation allowed me time to heal from injuries without having to worry about the legal side of things & I really appreciated that. I was involved in a bicycle accident, and a trusted friend recommended that I contact Segar & Sciortino, and to ask for Steve. He had nothing but good things to say, and now I see why. I had a phone conversation and in person meeting, all within days of my accident. Steve even suggested that I get a second opinion on something and was able to help get me. From start to finish, Steve and Virginia were incredible. They were responsive and knowledgeable, with the many questions I had, and were able to guide me through the entire process. My particular case took quite a long time, due to the other insurance company and everything involved, but no matter the unexpected twists and turns that came up, both of them were there to push the case forward. At the end, Steve was there to prep me for the next step, and Kyle assisted with me as well. If it weren't for them, a case that I thought had a little bit to it, wouldn't have produced a lot in the end. I can't thank Steve, Virginia, and Kyle enough for the amazing outcome and professionalism along the way. You are truly outstanding!

After two previous botched attempts with different attorneys, we finally were able to find someone who LISTENED and understood exactly what we wanted. Ms. Palumbo is honest (she actually lowered our fee because we didn't need paperwork done that we were told by others that we did), empathetic, and the best part is she repeats back to you what she hears as your wishes to ensure she has everything correct. Lazy,has clients writing motions for court,makes you send certified mail because he refuses to answer your phone calls only wants money,lies,looses evidence,never keeps you on the loop makes decisions without talking to you,quits 8 days before jury selection and then says you should of fired me, but if you fire him he still gets paid so that's what he wants to get paid for doing nothing,then you have to settle for one tenth of what you were do because he even refused to amend the claim DO NOT HIRE.
