Audrey was great, supportive and reliable. each time i called she was responsive and i am thankful for her effort, she came to court about 10 time for my case and did not ask for any extra time cost which i think she did it because i had to pay a big amount of return to my client and she knew that was putting me in a tight financial situation and was the only way to get out of the mess, That to me is valuable in a person.
Something we should know that i learned is lawyers work based on the document you have not your story, I was almost getting charges and being guilty because i pleaded guilty but i realized I have to dig into my document and send them to her which took my hours and days and when I sent them she started to organize them and send me things for correction and presented a great defense and finally from pleading guilty the case dropped and all charges to Null.

I contacted Mr Hoffman on behalf of company over a contractual dispute. The opposing party had developed a majority of their financial basis for indemnification on matters not relevant to actual contract law. Additionally, the opposing attorney had made numerous errors in their filing. What I’ve highlighted is just a small portion of what Mr Hoffman was able to point out quickly and change the direction of this discussion toward a mediation and a “reasonable” level to negotiate. I felt Mr Hoffman did what was in my companies best interest to make matters practical and not emotional. As a small business owner trying to get by, the last thing I want is to deal with nuisances of a frivolous lawsuit… having Mr Hoffman on my side certainly brought clarity and confidence how we could handle this matter without creating an unnecessary and complex trial out of this.
Another item to highlight is that Mr Hoffman was quick to return calls/emails. When I originally reached out, he answered his phone. Can’t say that about any of the other attorneys I inquired with and I reached to a handful.

Called him late one evening to inquire about how to obtain my business license. He didn't get annoyed that it was after working hours. Instead, he promised to look it up first thing the next morning and get back to me which he did. He provided me with all the information I needed to get my business license. 5 stars is all this website offers but he gets 20 stars from me.

Top caliber lawyer. I had a home improvement contract I was struggling to get out of after the contractor kept delaying the work and tried to bait and switch me with the materials they were going to use. He was thorough in going through the details of the contract and pragmatic about what my legal options were. Drafted a very well written letter to the contractors requesting a cancellation of the agreement which they promptly obliged to. Saved me a lot of headache. I'd recommend him without hesitation.

I have had a complicated case that needed to be defended.
I have searched and talked to many attorneys in this area of practice. I found Mark in Avvo due to his high rate of great answers to people's questions.
Then, I had the privilege to set up a time with him to have a consultation him. I found him a very knowledgeable and resourceful person. I would name him a researcher rather than solely an attorney, who knows exactly where to get the legal basis, what to do next, and how to act with clients and the court employees.
It has been a great journey working with him and I am very much satisfied with his detail-oriented personality and answering all of my questions.

I cannot recommend Sharon Diamant strongly enough. I consulted with her in early 2022, and her approach was refreshing, real and utterly straightforward. She did not sugarcoat what sort of results she could produce, and she was very straightforward in giving me all of my options.
Sharon always got back to me when I texted her. If she was in Court, she said so. She met with me on my schedule, which usually included Saturday mornings.
When we were in Court, she was organized and prepared. My custody case actually wound up going before a Judge, and she presented my case in a methodical and easy-to-follow way. She simplified a very complex process.
She appears to be incredibly well-liked by her colleagues and the Court, and it was clear to me she is well-respected.
I was very impressed by her calm, rational and reasoned demeanor. She answered every question I had and was never condescending, nor did she ever make me feel like I wasn't the most important client she had.
On a personal note, Sharon is an absolute sweetheart. She always insisted I call her by her first name, and it is very clear this lawyer has no ego. She is there to get a job done.
I don't recommend divorce, but if you have to go through a divorce or custody case, you cannot go wrong with Sharon.
I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER.

When our local planning office approved a gas station on a site of great historical and community significance, we (as citizens) tried to fight it on our own. The gas company's corporate attorney was too much for us, and we didn't know where to turn. A chance call led us to Michele Rosenfeld, who understood our situation and went to work on our behalf. Although the planning office's original decision remained intact , Ms Rosenfeld was able to negotiate funding from the gas station folks to mitigate at least some of the damage their construction would do. An important point is that, because the planning office had approved the project and because Maryland's standing laws are surprisingly strict, the gas station folks were legally not required to do anything. Thanks to Ms. Rosenfeld, instead of telling us to go pound sand, the gas station company provided funding to address important needs that our planning office had just dismissed out of hand. Ms. Rosenfeld worked for us with reasonable fees and terms, and settled our issue with the best outcome possible.

My mother accumulated a lot of credit card debt which I discovered upon helping her with finances and her health following a stroke. Due to her stroke, she was unaware of the gravity of this situation. Paying off her debts were increasingly becoming a huge burden to her financially as she also needed to be cared for at least 75% of the day. Upon researching and contacting local law firms handling bankruptcy cases, we discovered the Kurland Law Group. An initial contact from their office was quickly followed by an initial phone conference with one of their attorneys, to determine the type of bankruptcy my mother would qualify for. Following the phone conference, emails were sent to inform my mother and I the procedure, the contract, and paperwork requirements. While the process seemed to take a long time, as long as we provided all the information required, the Kurland Law Group was quick to do their end of the process. There was always good and clear communication. They made the bankruptcy process seamless. Attorney Hope and her assistant thoroughly briefed my mother prior to the meeting with the creditors. Because of the Kurland Law Group’s help, my mother now feels more responsible with her finances, thinking more meaningfully before spending. We highly recommend the Kurland Law Group’s services. My experience in your office started first by receiving a very warm and friendly welcome greetings offered by two of your professionally mannered Staff-Ladies which was telling me a lot about the existence of a very friendly and professional administrative setup in your office.
I had arrived earlier than my appointment time and was sitting in your office waiting-room that you put the key onto the office entry door-lock, opened it and seeing me sitting there, you walked right towards the chair I had sat on with a warm welcoming smile on your face rather than rushing right into your office. We shook hands and exchanged some short icebreaker friendly conversation with each other and then you walked away going into your office. I liked those friendly gestures a lot.
Shortly after, I was escorted to your office. After getting to know about my overall problem which was almost sketchy because of the time laps, you engaged me with a series of interesting methodical questioning about my situation and continued with probing into my almost over four decades old memories which I was frankly thinking that you would be looking to find a needle in a haystack.
With a promising and encouraging sign on your face, you continued with your probing for finding any additional clues while kept revising your arithmetic’s workout upon each one of your additional findings and came up with a great plan of action at the end that I felt all so comfortable with it. My husband and I were having a rather bizarre issue with our S-Corporation and The State of Maryland and we needed to speak with a tax attorney. When I explained our issue, Eric listenened and gave me a few options to consider. There was no "sales pitch" to get us into his office. I was injured in a rear end collision on the Capital beltway. Mr. Rosenthal worked on my case patiently for an extended period of time due to continued medical treatment. I highly recommend this law firm. Someone directed me to this law firm when my daughter’s mother sued me for child custody and child support with the intention of extorting money from me. With the help of attorney Michael who practice under this law firm, my case was dismissed with prejudice . Michael is very knowledgeable with Maryland family law as well as international law. Attorney Chester has been referred to me by the online Montgomery Bar Association Referral Service. NO THE PHONE REFERRAL SERVICE, I have to underline that because they are incredible and do they best to assist. Back to Mr.Chester! I contacted him for a Condo Association dispute. first thing on the phone, He asked me what is the management company, I told him and he answered: " the company is owned by a good friend of his". Without being an attorney I spotted a conflict of interest right at the beginning of the conversation and the end of the conversation attests it and the lack of objectivity of this attorney. He found normal for a management company to hold a storage key of an owner for 2 years, He found normal a management company don't have and hold accurate and update paperwork. That management provide a 1989 ( 35 YEARS OLD) contract to be applied on a newly owned property of 2020. and so on.
I definitely DO NOT recommend this attorney.
He doesn't go to court to represent you or the law he studied!!

Kim Boettger helped me get through my divorce, seeing it through from initial filing to the final hearing a year and a half later. She was passionate about my case from the start, and she worked diligently to ensure that I was not unfairly marginalized by the family law system as can sometimes happen to men.

I hired Kim after being pro se and only a month away from trial. My ex, who was represented by an attorney, slapped multiple motions on me. My family and I engaged Mr. Ronald Karp following my involvement as a victim in traffic accident (involving a truck) in 2012. Mr. Karp reviewed the case as it stood, and with his staff meticulously ferreted out the evidence to support my case. That evidence uncovered proved irrefutable and the several aspects of the case (medical, insurance, adequate compensation) were reviewed and comprehensively addressed.
The fees for handling my case were addressed up-front without any further ‘add-ons’ that might have been otherwise expected. Mr. Karp was involved in interviewing me first-hand and was involved in acquiring medical reports on the extent of my injuries. At no stage was there any coercion, for me or my family, to settle on any offered compensation. In fact, his actions encouraged us to ‘stay the course’ through the lengthy process of settlement which he advised could be extended. We felt, that to a great extent, we would be directly influential and involved in the outcome of the case and were confident that our attorney was acting scrupulously on our behalf.
Mr. Karp also, in his capacity of attorney, cleverly and successfully negotiated (on our behalf) with the medical insurance companies.
In the end, we (my family and I) were very pleased and satisfied with Mr. Karp’s and his colleagues’ efforts. We benefitted greatly from such human sensitivity and support. We are extremely grateful.
