Had Mike handle a speeding ticket in Queens for me, and I have to say he was very professional. The process was so easy, everything done by email, and did not even have to appear in court and was able to get a mandatory 6 point ticket dropped down!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else for any tickets I get (hopefully I don't get anymore lol).

I got a ticket with a potential 5 point penalty for just holding my cell phone on the dashboard (I was not actually using it). Palumbo and Associates managed the entire process smoothly (I didn't have to do anything) and delayed the hearing for almost one year. At the end of the day, after pleading "Not Guilty", they were able at the hearing to get the ticket dismissed and I was found not guilty. I couldn't think about a better outcome. Thank you, Palumbo and Associates! I hope not to need their services again... but, if something should happen, they will be the first Law Office I will call!

Caitlin stole my retainer and stopped answering calls and messages. She sent me a bill that was obviously inflated but there was still a remaining balance according to her. After she was fired from the case, there was a remaining balance and she refused to send that back and completely disappeared off the face of the earth.

Barbara Cummings is unfailingly professional and dedicated to the swift, equitable conclusion of separation/divorce matters. After reading a review that claims she allegedly "churned" client relationship, I found no evidence of such. In fact, she was willing to inform opposing counsel of procedural protocols about which said counsel was uniformed such that matters would resolve more quickly. I give her the strongest, unqualified recommendation.

Barbara kept preventing settlements that could have ended my case in half the time and cost a fraction of what it finally cost. She is the typical divorce lawyer that thrives on confrontation and keeps the two parties fighting until their money runs out. The strategy was to make the other side spend so much and get so aggravated that they would settle. That didn't work and just made it painfully expensive for both of us. We lost, the lawyers won.

We provided Joan every document needed for the divorce and time after time, she would request the same documents over and over and over because she did not keep a record.
This wasted time and money as she would ask for more money for the SAME documents we would send her repeatedly. The best part was that she didn’t communicate with the other party’s divorce lawyer causing us to miss court dates, and important documents.
She would claim that she didn’t “receive” messages or emails about this…. everything has a time stamp Joan so Get your act together.
In the end Joan proved to be a nasty lawyer and rude because she couldn’t accept responsibility that she wasted years to complete a divorce that had simple requests.
If you’re looking for a divorce lawyer, run the other way. She’s horrible and not worth the time. She’s also rude because when visiting her office she would be on Facebook and neglect your concerns.
She even admitted she took the case because she has to “cater” to lower income households. So she basically didn’t care to begin with.
If we would’ve known she was a money hungry gold digger we would’ve never done business with her.

I hired her for a Real Estate matter to draft a seller's Contract she totally didn't know what she was doing so had the buyer's attorney write the contract. This is highly unethical behavior. She never provided any of the closing documents after the close and paid herself way above market rate with out having a letter of representation to justify her new high rate. This was the most horrific legal experience I have ever had in my entire life. I have sold three properties and this was the most unprofessional experience of the all.

I engaged Nirmala in december 2013 to apply for an E2 visa. We put together the package to send to the UK immigration, which took just over 6 weeks. This cost me $6000. I have heard NOTHING since. It's been over a year. Nirmala intermittently responds to me seemingly at her leisure. A friend got the same thing done in two weeks I am now using her lawyer, which would be great if nirmala would send over our filed docs to him.
I strongly advise against working with Nirmala. She is unprofessional, unresponsive and has cost me $6000 for NOTHING. I have left messages and emails for days.
