I never anticipated being in the position of needing an attorney, and was genuinely reluctant to even call one. When your co-trustee says "your dad's property will be your problem when I die" and the trust lawyer ignores letters and requests to try and work things out, you need the best. Tyson immediately took the lead. With his knowledge, thoroughness, persistence and charming personality, he followed through on every aspect of my dad's estate. He negotiated a final settlement that was agreeable to all. Losing a loved one is not easy; a co-trustee who thinks the estate belongs to her is doubly disheartening. Written on 11/2015 I was so pleased with Mr Edlow's performance, he accepted a very difficult slip and fall (Public Entity) case. My case was pursued aggressively and was quick to realize that he was not only defending me as a client, but also defending my wife and 3 children that were affected as a direct result of my injuries. Every avenue of my case was carefully examined from a loss of consortium claim for my wife, to a negotiated discounted amount to be paid back to my medical insurance for past medical bills. This case was settled out of court and was very pleased with the final settlement amount low seven figures. Mr jaffe is very smart in his field sometimes making you feel incompetent with your questions aside from being really busy he has always done what he said he would do this area of law is very detailed and mr jaffe is a wealth of knowledge I know I have been difficult at times but after all this is my life my case hasn't settled yet but he let's me make up my mind by giving me the cold hard facts I have many health problems hip arms wrist bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome and now severe depression which he is addressing I would recommend Doug jaffe just know that this area of law moves slowly I have tried his patience and he has tried mine in the end I think he's a great workers comp lawyer nobody knows more about the way this system works than Douglas jaffe sincerely Richard means

I was looking to file bankruptcy for a chapter 7 and I wanted someone who was very knowledge. Then I came across Kale. What a wonderful person. After doing the initial meet I hired him and we began the process. We both were able to work on the process which I really enjoyed being apart of and doing some research to. It’s not required but I wanted to be very active in the process. We had our debt collector meeting and to our surprise one of debt collectors shows up and I have to say Kale handle that very well. Overall I had a really good experience with him. I have recommended him to friends and family. Thank you for helping with the process. I truly appreciate it.

Yes, I would certainly recommend Mr. Mercer for legal service; and I have. After my lender denied my loan modification, I was lost and in fear of losing my house. Mr. Mercer has successfully helped many borrowers as myself in a difficult hardship situation and so what better person to go to than someone that has proof.
For the average person who pays a monthly mortgage, losing a job can be very devastating. That is exactly what happened to me. Although I was fortunate to find another job, my new salary was less than my previous job, which made it very difficult for me to meet my mortgage payments. My financial hardship is one of the criteria’s to qualify for a loan modification so I applied with my lender. After a 3 month process of miss guided information, my loan modification was denied by my lender. Refusing to accept losing my home as an option, I decided to seek alternative options.
I came across many counsel services soliciting their guarantee to help but when I called, the people I spoke to were telemarketers with a serious sales pitch. This is when I spoke to my cousin who was successful in modifying his loan and referred me to a lawyer in Sacramento by the name of Eric Andrew Mercer. I called Mr. Mercer, scheduled to meet in person, and the rest was history. During our initial consultation, Mr. Mercer was very clear and concise with the task in hand and the next series of events that is about to unfold. Throughout the whole litigation process, all mortgage payments were seized and most importantly, the end result was everything we hoped for and more. Mr. Mercer successfully modified our loan with a staggering new APR rate of 2%; not only that, about 1/3rd of the total principal was reduced. I'd been to another lawyer's office to attempt my bankruptcy, they put me with a paralegal who stuck some numbers in a spreadsheet and said I could only qualify for chapter 13 with huge monthly payments. Shareen looked at my situation as a whole, and was able to help me file chapter 7! It was great to work with someone who has the knowledge and was willing to take the time to advise me on the best way to proceed in MY situation. I had Greg look into the option of finishing a legal separation agreement as a divorce. He spent quite a bit of time researching my options and presented me with a memo that was extensive and thorough. He answered all of my questions and was neutral and didn't give any opinions just the facts. The memo was well laid out and professional. I feel he did more work than he charged. I would not hesitate to use him again.
