We had a Lemon of a travel trailer purchased brand new. When we discovered that the heater had never been installed and could not be properly repaired by the dealer we hired Lemon Law. I bought a brand new 2022 Dodge Ram 2500 and after a few months noticed it kept leaking oil out the bottom of the engine. After a couple failed attempts at the dealership to fix the problem I knew I had a problem. I googled lemon law and I came upon Lemon Law Pro. They had the highest stars and and I didn’t know anything about lemon law so I gave them a call.
They were so professional and straight forward about what the process looked like. They were able to completely resolve my issue and I was able to return the truck and and be properly reimbursed. They have the most polite staff and truly felt like they empathized with my situation and fought hard on my behalf to correct the issue. I strongly recommend, and have to friends, their expertise. At no point did I feel like I was dealing with just an attorney who wants to rush the process but rather a friend who was there ti help me. They deserve 10 stars but Google only has 5. I did quite a bit of research and spoke with many attorneys, once I spoke with Lance I knew I found the right one. He helped me with my 2nd DUI among other charges. I obviously had anxiety due to the fact that I would most likely serve jail time. Lance took the time to text and call me throughout the process and definitely helped with my anxiety. He was more personable than I expected, which was really nice. He was able to keep me out of jail and helped me throughly. I was referred to Lance after being arrested for a DUI. I wasn't sure what to expect, as this was my first (and hopefully last) criminal offense. We spoke for about 20 minutes over the phone and he explained all of my options clearly and concisely. Lance put my anxiety at ease and I instantly knew to hire him as my attorney. I provided some necessary paperwork on my end and he handled just about everything from there.
Lance recommended to test/re-test the alcohol level in my blood from the night of my arrest. He kept me posted every step of the way: where the results come from, what the results were, what our next course of action was, etc. The results came in and turns out my blood alcohol was lower (0.07%) than what was recorded in the breathalyzer. With this, Lance was able to reduce the DUI down to a wet reckless!
Also, it is important to note that Lance appeared in court for me each time. Aside from the final court date, I didn't have to worry about taking time off from work.. He kept me informed of each court date. On the final court date, Lance and I met, but again I didn't have to step into the courtroom. We were able to talk about the results and tie up any loose ends (how/when I could get my license back, how this affects insurance, etc).
If you're convicted of a DUI/DWI, contact Lance immediately. You will not be disappointed!

California is a difficult state to be a medical malpractice plaintiff. You're going to need the best and in my opinion, you could do no better than David Smith. Ours was a complex case, one which other attorneys had rejected due to all the difficulties of prosecuting medical malpractice in California. Once Mr. Smith agreed to take our case, he was like a bulldog! We encountered some serious obstacles and were up against a heartless insurance company law firm that tried to play some ruthless games and (in my opinion) shady legal maneuvers. But Mr. Smith was ahead of them at every step, even as they seemed intent on taking the case to trial. Ultimately, they came to realize that we had a tenacious pro on our side, and they settled.
What I can tell you is that I'm not a big fan of attorneys in general, but we really felt like we had a powerful and effective ally in Mr. Smith. It turns out he's a helluva nice guy too!

Matthew was recommended to us by my husbands sister and her husband after she had been married and in the USA for a few years. He had handled her K-1 Visa case too and she gained citizenship with Matthew's help a few years before we hired him for my husband's citizenship status. From the moment I called Matthew the first time(he was in Mexico on a vacation with his wife and also out to dinner) he made us feel important and special even though he's done many of these cases. That was the start of a great working relationship. Matthew is extremely organized, always on time(actually he's always ahead of schedule which is so nice!), saved us money in certain instances, and kept all the paperwork simple by tagging all the spots that needed signing and including return envelopes. Matthew has turned into more of a friend than just a professional we worked with. We are hiring him again for green cards for my husbands parents! I want to make sure to include how difficult of a time we had before hiring Matthew with trying to get a visitor visa before we got engaged and then hired Matthew. My husband and his family are from Pakistan and that passport gets ya no where, sadly. We had a lot of heart ache in the beginning being so far from each other but Matthew wasn't intimidated by the challenge. I was expecting a quick blip of Matthew saying congratulations to my husband but no- he put extra effort in and made this super cool mini scripted movie with his wife in it too! We always look forward to that part of his citizenship video! I knew nothing about probate law. When my brother died I owed it to him to be his Administrator and I wanted to do my best for the heirs to the estate. I called John Palley Probate Attorney. He and his assistant Danielle Swain guided me through the process. Any time I had a concern or a question, he was always available. He recommended a great probate realtor and the house sold in a week. He told me what I needed to do to set up an estate account. Have my brothers final taxes done. All the way through to the final petition being approved. Probate law is a complex step by step process. It requires an up to date competent probate lawyer. I would have been lost without John Palley and his team, they did a great job! Great and smart attorney. He will fight hard for your case. If there is any small error in your report or procedure he will find it. After a year of fighting my case he got it thrown out. 99% of attorney's take your money and it will be VERY HARD to get a hold of them. I had a reckless driving ticket with some other DUI complications. I found Byron on Yelp. He was quick to respond to my request for help. He gave me some idea of what to expect and the potential results. He knew his stuff. They were scary but not guaranteed. I didn't like the idea of going to jail for six months and that was looming over my head. He was able to get the charges and fines reduced and keep me out of jail. Putting Byron on my team was definitely a good decision. I recommend him highly!

I was pulled over for minor speeding and was hit with two other correctable offenses in the same stop (the officer was having a bad day). I hired Byron to defend me and he did an amazing job. My parents wanted to create a living trust and I wanted to find someone in the Sacramento area that spoke their native language (Cantonese and Taishanese). English is their 2nd language and it would be hard for them to fully comprehend some of those legal questions.
