My case was not a “home run” type of case. I contacted Nathan on a whim and was pleasantly surprised by his empathy. He truly did more than I expected and made sure me and my son were compensated appropriately. From regular communication, to clarity on all the different legal terms I would not hesitate to recommend Nathan. The odds were stacked against me but thankfully Nathan was able to present the truth, and with his intelligence, and diligence I won my case! Absolutely one of the best lawyers in Northern California. I hope I never need litigation again, but if I do Nathan is obviously on speed dial. What I like most is he has integrity. I had a very difficult scenario with divorce and found myself looking for an attorney in Sacramento. I consulted with several attorneys, but none of them stood out to me as someone I could trust with my case. When I went in for a consultation with Mark- I felt like he would be a good fit. He took the time to listen and immediately started thinking of different options of approach. My case lasted over a year and finally closed with a favorable outcome. Mark throughout the whole process was always responsive and made me feel like I'm in good hands. He is self-collected and has a good sense of humor. After the case closed- we ran into another issue that was overlooked during the hearing, and Mark quickly got in resolved, he appeared in court and fought until everything was resolved. I can't thank him enough. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a family attorney.

During my first visit with Mark, I knew he was a great lawyer and that I would be in good hands. It was the manner in which he communicated, his intellect and his experience. I cannot say enough good things about Mark and Tanya except that I will be forever indebted to them for their hard work regarding my case. I have had an incredibly long and difficult custody battle and had pretty much given up hope that the family law judicial system would ever take into account the emotional well being of my daughter. I met Carsen almost several years ago when I hired her. My case required a special kind of attorney who could think outside of the box, someone who would know how and when to mediate with the other parties, but also when to bring things to a judge. She is always there to coach me and work through the difficult issues that come up with a high tension case. She approaches things differently each time because every day the circumstances are different and I am so thankful for the insight Carsen has had because it has helped me be successful as a parent in getting all of the time I have had with my kid. One evening in late February, I found myself arrested and charge with a DUI. The circumstances of my case were unusual. While I was discussing my unfortunate encounter with a friend, he quickly recommended Nancy King. From the very beginning, Nancy demonstrated the professional qualities and dedication to her clients that is necessary to win criminal cases in court. Nancy's team went right to work tracking down and interviewing all available witnesses. Although a plea agreement couldn't be negotiated, Nancy felt confident in our defense and we took the case to trial. Shortly before the trial began, the DA decided to charge me with misdemeanor battery in addition to the DUI for an encounter I had with someone immediately before my arrest. The prosecutor had planned on calling roughly 5 witnesses. After Nancy had the chance to cross-examine only one of these witnesses, the DA had no problem agreeing to a plea. The court found me guilty of drunk in public. We all have lapses in judgement and moments where our character is unbecoming. In times like these you can count on Nancy King to defend your name and get you past these obstacles with as little turbulence as possible.

Nancy was referred to me by another attorney and it was a life changing decision,I was in sacramento county jail and also had a warrant from placer county,when nancy arrived she seemed to take my legal problems and carry them herself she made me feel at ease and handled all the proper appearances in both counties and what could have been literaly years of my life ruined with another attorney or public defender instead ended with her getting me a probation violation and no new charge and a rehabilitation program in placer county.Thanks to Nancy its all behind me now and i would recommend her in any criminal law case

When my husband passed away unexpectedly, I needed to consult with an attorney about estate matters. My husband and I had a joint revocable living trust, and I wanted to make sure that the trust provisions were correctly handled after his passing. The attorney we'd previously worked with to create the trust had moved out of state. I spent time online researching attorneys, and was drawn to all of the great reviews for Klosek Law Offices. I'm so glad I found Jack and his team! Working with Jack is a pleasure. He's knowledgeable, responsive, detail-oriented, conscientious, and easy to work with. He was very caring and respectful during a time that was extremely hard for me. After providing legal advice related to my husband's will and our joint trust, Jack worked with me to create a new revocable living trust, advanced directive, and will. Parts of my trust are a bit out of the ordinary, including a rather complex pet trust, and Jack was great at listening to my wishes, answering a zillion questions, and making sure everything was properly addressed in my trust document. Estate planning? Jack is your Attorney! He is intelligent, knowledgeable, professional and very gracious as Jack came to our home to conduct our meetings. Jack was quick to respond to answer all my questions in detail for me to understand "trust verbiage." My father died and his will was challenged. I was scared and my lawyer who just did probate said she could not defend the will. I was referred to Edward by a lawyer friend who does appeal law. Edward was kind to me and fought hard to defend my dad's will. He won for me everything. No settlement because I had the best. That is what Edward is: the best!

After my mom passed my sister was trustee of mom's trust. We had always been close, but my sister was doing things how she wanted not according to the trust. I was sad over my mom's death and I could hardly believe my sister was now not following mom's wishes. I went to see Ed because he does litigation. He made me feel sane! He listened to me. He understood my pain. He represented me and was able to get my sister to do the trust by the law. He even took the time (and did not charge me) to help my sister and I reconnect. Mr. Gary Zilaff assisted me at a time when I needed him the most. I had lost my job in 2008 when the economy was in very bad shape. I was transitioning careers and financially times were tough. I decided to hire Tara after attending a workshop she presented on family law. I was impressed with her quick wit, extensive knowledge of California family law and her confidence. She gave me much needed support during a tumultuous time.

When I hired Tara, I honestly did not know how I would survive the thought of being divorced and raising children on my own. I was depressed, angry, and destroyed. I will start by saying that I cannot praise Tara Rojas enough. Having now been through the seemingly endless strife of a custody battle, I know that if you are reading this that life might be hard right now. This is why I feel compelled to write about my experience and how Tara helped me through it. She has been the bridge between me and a relationship with my children. My case was complicated and tough, but Tara got me through it all.
My plight started with an ill-conceived marriage settlement agreement with a disingenuous former spouse. After taking up residence in another state, said former spouse then fabricated abuse allegations against me and got the court to cut off contact between me and my children. I consulted with several other attorneys, and did not get a good feeling. Then a friend referred me to Ms. Rojas, and the rest is history. I was confident in Tara’s ability to get the right outcome for my family from the moment that I met her. I went from being a stressed-out mess, to calm and confident. I attribute this to Tara’s tireless efforts on my case. She made me feel as if I was her only client, and I slept soundly knowing that she had my back.
After our first meeting, she evaluated all courses of action, and kept me informed every step of the way. I came to Connor by referral. I was recently let go from a role that did not end well. I was harassed, bullied, and ultimately driven out of the organization by an extremely toxic culture.
After having a severance shoved in my face, I was very suspicious of the circumstances surrounding my termination. I spoke with Connor and provided ALL THE FACTS and he found several issues I wasn't aware of in addition to the grievances I had.
He was able to work with my employer and we settled on a sizable increase in severance in lieu of legal proceedings, something I never could have done on my own. He was very supportive and guided me through each step. He is also extremely professional.

For a small fee, Mr Falcone has done more than i could ask. I lost my home in 2009 and my 2nd mortgage had begun trying to collect for a home i no longer had.
